Dr. Haas is top notch! I lived with incorrect fitting contacts from age 12 to 25. Finally, I changed to her a few years back and now the world is in focus. Gone are the days of itching and burning. Truly, one can not find a better optometrist! I can’t say enough about the quality of care. The staff are exceptional as well! If you have poor vision dont waste your time on others, they just cant compete. Lastly, the prices are more competitive than chain stores or online. I leave this review as we are moving and I will miss her. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment.

Dr. Nett gave me a thorough eye exam. Was in listening to my description of my problem, Diagnosed me properly, and gave me a referral for a follow up exam. He explained my condition to me very well, and gave me options on the care I needed. The office staff were great and completed their tasks well. Thank you everyone for your help

I noticed several months ago that the office staff at the Cheyenne Family Vision Center had been communicating with one of my family members, rather than myself. This was in regard to my appointments and allowing the family member to reschedule my appointments, although I am an adult. I contacted them to request that they please contact me primarily, as I am an adult and would like to be in control of my own appointments and provision of care at this facility. The employee on the phone with me informed me that they did not have my phone number on record and that they would add it. This claim was not true, as the clinic had been sending text message reminders and appointment confirmations to this phone number for several months prior to this request. The next time the staff at the vision center needed to contact me regarding an order pick-up, they chose to call the same family member as before, despite my requests that they communicate instead with me. They had also informed me on a previous call that I would be the one contacted about this order, however that ended up not being the case. I called again to ask why this was occurring and to have them verify that they had the correct contact information for me. They verified this accordingly. The next time my family member came into the facility, the staff-member they dealt with began a conversation regarding the phone calls I had made about the communication errors. They revealed things that were said in the phone conversation, including making claims about things I had said, which in reality had never been said. The staff-member also claimed that I had been “very rude”. While this is a subjective opinion that they have a right to hold, it is inappropriate to say these things in a discussion with a family member who is also a patient of the clinic. On the Cheyenne Family Vision Center website, it states on their Our Promise to You page: “We at Family Vision Center take particular pride in our personalized, and professional service to our patients”. The events and behavior that I have experienced do not align with their promise to provide professional service to their patients. Dr. Haas is a wonderful and compassionate doctor, but the manner in which her clinic staff conduct themselves is unprofessional, and frankly inappropriate. After many years as a patient here, I will no longer be returning for any further care.

Dr. Nett was fantastic! We were dealing with some eye health issues with my teen daughter and he put her right at ease. She is normally very nervous and he spoke so frankly with her about the tests that he did that she was calm throughout the whole appointment. Also it was great to finally get an answer to our concerns!

Dr. Theresa Haas and her staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Good selection of frames and they did an excellent job at getting me into contacts for the first time. Highly recommend.

I rarely do reviews but I had such a very terrible experience at this place that I felt I should warn anyone contemplating coming here. Here are my complaints:1. The customer service was not good. The workers were very rude and gave me a lot of attitude.2. I ordered some glasses and they never told me the extra costs prior to ordering the glasses. (The cost wasnt a problem but I would expect a call to ask if it is okay first.)3. I sent an email containing files that they needed to proceed with the order and found out later that they do not check their emails. Why give an email address if you dont check it.General concerns with how they do business:They use a very outdated office. They have folders containing SS# hanging on a wall in plain view and could be easily stolen.Overall I had a bad experience maybe it was a one time occurrence, but I doubt it.

This eye center is the best in Cheyenne for quality AND reasonably-priced eyewear. I was referred here by a friend and couldnt be happier with their service and product. After taking my daughter to three other providers around town, we found exactly the brand and style we were looking for here at about half the cost of the other providers.
