My wife and went here and they were awesome best eye clinic we have ever been to. We highly recommend coming here. We would give 10 star if it were possible.

Took 3 visits to get my contacts right, sales of expensive products is their goal and during the pandemic my prescription expired and I had no way to get more contacts. They were unresponsive to all my calls and emails. When they finally reopened I got a bunch of excuses and frankly they didnt care if i was going to another provider. You can see here they are not addressing reviews, good or bad. Thats pretty much their attitude.

Last March at the beginning of the pandemic, office staff was not wearing masks when a lot of businesses and offices and most certainly medical facilities had incorporated mask wearing. Even when we were well into the pandemic staff were at least wearing masks, but they allowed customers to choose making masks optional for patients even when there was a state mask mandate. Staff was rude and unprofessional on multiple occasions. Last straw for me is I ordered frames to replace ones I had broken, got a call that they were there. But when I went to pick them up, one of the staff told me they werent there, and they didnt know what I was talking about. Several months later, I got a voicemail saying they had found the frames, but had no idea why they were there and were calling me to ask if I knew anything about them. My voicemail glitched, and I unfortunately did not receive it until months after it was made. There was never any follow-up calls though beyond that one voicemail, and I would think good business practice would be to follow-up in some way. Apparently they just tossed the frames or more than likely re-sold even though I had paid for them, because when I called to ask about them, they again said they had no idea what I was talking about, and that I was out of luck.

Friendly staff, great equipment, and price!! Definitely going to be my lifetime office!

My daughter is a special needs, young adult. This is one of the only eye doctors who accepts WY Medicaid. They are very kind and understanding, with my daughter without being condescending, in this office. We received a ton of information due to my daughters various eye issues. The optician and eye doctor were very helpful and answered all my questions. The optician also helped us find the perfect glasses for my daughter, without being asked to do so. I think they are great!

So Dr Dave & Robert are awesome! I got a thorough exam, they explained the changes in my eye health in great detail to me and even comped the imaging since this year has left me financially bankrupt due to covid and my shoulder surgery. Thank you so much!!!

First visit here due to insurance change. Newer equipment. Excellent exam. Introduced me to a new style contact lenses that I’m really happy with. Better vision, comfort and almost eliminated the need for my reader glasses. Robert and the entire staff very professional. Glad I had an insurance change. Highly recommend 👍.

My children and I came to Eldred Eye Center due to a change in vision insurance. And as much as I liked the last eye doctor, I do not regret switching to Eldred Eye Center. The staff are very professional and extremely courteous. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door. This is a very kid-friendly doctors office. The kids exam rooms are brightly painted with fish and have a variety of toys. The exams are quick and convenient yet still very thorough. Robert and Dr. Eldred were able to tailor my daughters glasses prescription so that the insurance would cover 100% of the cost and I would have no out of pocket costs. We were extremely satisfied with the visit and would highly recommend to others.

Love the staff here, very kind with a high attention to detail. You can tell they really care.

I called and they were able to not only give me one but two complimentary pairs to last my trip. Amazing customer service & so personable. My puppy got ahold of my glasses the other night and by time I got them from her the lenses were badly scratched. I called the next day, was told the lenses were still covered under warranty. It took about two weeks for them to come in and when I took the glasses in they had them fixed in about 30 minutes. Im very happy with the service and products. Thank you.

Our family has gone to Eldrigdge Eye Care for years, and we have never been disappointed. They are highly professional and friendly, and you don’t have to have your eyes dilated to get them checked. We have never had a poor experience. I highly recommend them. They work with your insurance, and they don’t jerk you around.

Kudos to the staff of the Advanced Eye Care Clinic for promptly helping me with an eye infection recently. When I called the clinic, the technician Robert made sure I was seen by Dr. David Eldred right away. After a through examination I was prescribed drops to resolve the issue. The next day Robert made a follow up call to check on me. That is above and beyond service in my opinion.They have a great selection of glasses and sunglasses and their prices are good for their quality frames and lenses. I own several pair of glasses and the staff will clean and straighten them at no charge whenever I stop in.I also wear a contact lens and their prices are comparable to ordering online. I know when ordering from Sarah at the clinic that I am getting the correct lens and most often I can pick it up that day or the next.I have changed insurance companies a few times over the last couple of years and have always felt the clinics billing staff has been very helpful in explaining everything in advance and getting me the best optical deals with my insurance.I highly recommend the Advanced Eye Care Clinic due to their friendly staff, being able to get an appointment quickly and knowing that I am getting quality optical products from them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Eldred for years. I have the option to see hundreds of eye doctors due to my high travel territory, but I chose Dr. Eldred because he has always been open and honest about my overall eye health. This year my pressures were extremely high and I was at risk for Glaucoma. His technicians Robert and Sarah both were extremely sensitive to my case and Dr. Eldred walked me through the diagnosis and a proper medical drop plan/recommendation. I have to be honest, I was not happy with my glasses and due to my insurance taking forever to pay, I procrastinated going in and getting my prescription and glasses exchanged. In spite of this, they allowed me to come in, at no charge, and fix my prescription and exchange my frames. Sarah and Destiny were amazingly patient, kind, and helpful with me and I couldnt be happier with my new glasses. I would highly recommend Eldred Eye Center to anyone in the Cheyenne area. Their customer service is phenomenal!

My dog scratch my eye 12 hours later the pain was nearly unbearable. So I called at 4:15pm to see if they could get me in the next day (as a new patien). They squeezed me in the same day and within 10 min of being in that chair the pain was gone. They took such good care of me and fixed me up. My family will be patients here for life! It’s hard to find good osteopathic sometimes. But these guys are truly amazing. I can’t thank them enough.

This is defiantly the best clinic in town and they truly give the best customer service. I would give them 10 stars if google would let me.I tried so many clinics in town and was shocked by the amount of overpriced fees and lack of customer service. I started seeing Dr. Eldred in 2008 and have loved this clinic.The technicians, Robert and Sarah are some of the kindest people you will ever meet and always make sure we are taken care of.A few months ago, my husband had an extremely painful uncler on his eye. They were able to see him the SAME DAY he called. They properly diagnosed and treated him quickly for which we were very grateful.I also love that their prices are so competitive. When shopping around for contacts, I quickly found that they were the cheapest in town and even cheaper than online stores. They order them very quickly and will even mail them to me if I want.On the one rare occasion I had an issue with my bill, they were very willing to talk it over with me AND my insurance and resolved the problem quickly. Not many doctors offices will do that, which really meant a lot to me.

Have great current equipment. Fast and efficient. My only complaint is they ordered very expensive eyedrop prescription so had to call back and have them reorder prescription.

Horrendously expensive. It was my first time getting my eyes checked and I told them that repeatedly, they talked about what my insurance would cover and I told them I didnt want anything to pay out of pocket. My insurance covers exams but not glasses, so after paying almost $300 for one set of glasses with the smallest prescription one said. I got a bill in the mail, turns out they took a picture of my eye that my insurance doesnt cover. After doing some research it turns out they would have known that, but did it anyway even after I told them I didnt want to do anything to pay out of pocket. So after I went to my insurance and they contacted them and agreed to wave the fee, I received a late bill in the mail a month later! When I called them they said I needed to pay it, even though they never informed me it wasnt covered... One lady that works there said shed try to talk to the Dr and call me back on Monday, yesterday I received another bill (its been almost 2 months) with a final bill. They have lowered the amount but to me this is all showing me they are greedy.
