I got a Groupon deal for feel good inferred, because with the work I do it’s a lot of stress on my back and pretty much my whole body. LolI was also reading how the infrared sauna helps with acne. Being 28 years old and still getting acne a couple times a month this definitely peaked my interest. The woman working was very nice and professional. I got there a little early so she was able to let me start early, which was awesome seeing as I live about an hour away. I definitely recommend!! I will be going back.

Massage table and sauna were great! My sister-in-law and I made an afternoon out of it. I felt amazing the next day with less joint pain and overall feeling of increased health. I definitely plan to return.

Treatments were great, staff was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. Clean and welcoming environment, relaxing music and positive vibes. My body felt at least 10 years younger all day and I slept great. I felt rejuvenated!

I decided I needed a day of relaxation and came across a Groupon for them. I couldn’t have made a better choice. The massage table mixed with the sauna was the perfect combo to help me get rid of some built up stress.The staff was also super friendly and helpful. You can’t go wrong going here

Nice and quiet place. Came on a Saturday early afternoon. Did both the massage table (30 minutes) and sauna (about 40 minutes). I really liked the massage table, the pressure was customizable. I chose deep and the rollers went from your head to buttocks (no arms or legs) with heat. I believe there are only (2) massage tables in (1) room but there is a privacy curtain if youre going on your own. There are several private sauna rooms with wrap towels and sweat rags. The sauna temperature starts at 121 degrees and as time goes on gradually increases. By the end of my session it rose to 132 degrees. Tip, ask how to use the temperature controls. Its not hard to navigate but it may save you some confusion and 3 minutes from pressing buttons to see if it works. A long towel is placed on bench and another on the floor. Overall, it was a great experience and recommend anyone who has not tried it before. I plan to be back because afterward, you really feel the detox. Helped with my sore muscles, congestion, and I surprisingly didnt feel lethargic.

The infrared massage was 36 minutes of pure bliss! The husband who was working the front desk was warm and friendly. Highly recommend!

A slice of heaven. The massage beds and saunas are both amazing - instant relaxation and reduced inflammation in my body. The staff is super kind and the center is state of the art.

You will be hard-pressed to find a better sauna experience than here! Ive tried many infrared saunas in STL and beyond, and this is my favorite experience by far! Purchasing a membership has been one the best decisions Ive made for my physical and emotional health. The benefits for stress-reduction and detoxification (Ive got heavy mold exposure) cannot be understated. I feel so clear-headed and energized in a very relaxed, focused way. Also, if youre tired of the ho-hum dinner-and-a-movie date, I suggest giving the massage bed and sauna combo a try. Relaxation plus communication = perfection.

My guy and I really enjoyed the visit. We first used the infared massage table. Its your typical massage table but its heated so the machine felt better than usual. I enjoyed that alot. My guy has really wide shoulders and didnt fit as well but said it loosened him up. We did that for 30 mins then they put us in a the suana room that is private with a lockable door. Strip down and sweat. They have a projector that shows relaxing scenes or you can watch whatever you want on your phone projected.Lasts 40 mins. They have baby wipes for after. I would have loved a shower but they had a fan to cool down and towels. It was wonderfully relaxing. If its your first time they show you videos so you know what to do and what to expect. Very easy, very clean.I highly recommend! Glad I got the groupon and we will be going again.
