They both understand the body, anatomy, mechanics — they’re such experts, which is hard to find. Besides all that…they’re such kind souls. So glad I found these skilled ladies to care for my stressed muscles and mind.

Denise and Paula are very intuitive and knowledgeable about deep tissue bodywork. Recently I was experiencing tightness and mobility problems in my shoulder and because of the deep tissue work and active release stretchimg, I was able to gain a better range of motion. After one time of going I can tell that this was one of the most effective massages I’ve ever received. My pain is already much better. I will be going back regularly. The trigger point technique that she uses along with stretching really gets those painful points to release. Can’t wait to go back!

I have been getting my pain relief massage here and I have noticed amazing results! I went to having so much pain and not be able to move... Now I have been able to move around more and pain is not nearly as bad as it was. Denise has Truly healing hands! I highly recommend this place! 😁😁😁 I would give it more starts if I could!

Quite possibly one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had! The pressure was perfect and my body felt like jello afterward. She incorporates some stretching into the massage to really help work out the kinks. The massage room was nicely decorated and the location was easy to find. I can’t wait to return!

I just had my first massage @ Pain Relief Massage, in Chesterfield. I had been having a LOT of issues with my shoulders and lower back for a very long time. These issues were affecting my every day life, and limited my activities, but burdened me with additional frustration and stress. After my hour and a half massage with Denise, I feel awesome!!! I thought I felt the affects, as I was driving home, and I am still feeling elated, as I have some flexibility that Ive been missing for quite a long time, and actually feels good to stretch now. I dont want to feel too cocky and overdo it, but I feel I can do things, I havent been able to forever!
