I seen Dr. Paletta once and he knew instantly that I needed surgery to fix my ruptured ACL. He said I needed to have it fixed when the other ortho that I had been going to made it out to be no big deal. He has a great bedside manner and is very thorough. He explained everything to my husband and I and they got me in for surgery the following week. Actually yesterday. I am very thankful to Dr Paletta!!! Would recommend him to anyone!!!!!

Dr Palletta fixed my shoulder. After a yr of PT, differentDr, I was still having same issues.Dr Palletta took me as a new patient. I seen him at every appointment. Not assistants. Immediately scheduled surgery. Now in PT and mending nicely. Staff is awesome also! They work as a team like a well oiled machine! Highly recommend!

Dont let the Cardinals team doctor logo fool you. I entrusted him with 2 revision rotator cuff surgeries for a work related injury. Not only do I still have a torn rotator cuff, I need a total shoulder replacement. His physician statement to insurance claims my pain is related to arthritis, which wasnt cause by my injury at work. This caused the work comp insurance to deny anymore treatment for my injury.

Where do I begin. Dr Paletta is the best Dr in my husbands and my eyes EVER.. He is caring and understanding. Has great bedside manner. We go in his office and he listens to us he takes his time with us and he is honest with what needs to be done. He does not sugar coat anything. He does not tell you what you want to hear. He tells you what needs to be done and what he can do to help you. If you are looking for a good orthopedic Dr. He is the man. We would trust him with anything to be medically done with us. Thats how much we respect and have faith in him. Thank you for all you do to help people with their orthopedic needs.

After having tommy john and knee and shoulder surgery now all of a sudden I cant see him unless I need surgery. How the hell am I suppose to know until I see him. they want to refer me to someone else first and waist my time. I guess because I am 51 I am too old and no longer important enough to try and keep on the baseball field. so I will go somewhere else. Very rude staff on the phone. Washington university has capable people!!!

Dr. Paletta is one of the top ortho doctors in the nation. I had a slap tear and tenodesis done on my right shoulder, experienced little pain after the surgery. Highly recommend Dr. Paletta!!!

Dr. Paletta fixed my right elbow using his modified Tommy John method. Great doctor, excellent bedside manor and very easy to schedule. He did it, when 3 other orthopedic surgeons refused.
