I won’t bore you with my long story (ok maybe I will) BUT DR Li is a wonderful caring insightful dr and I am so thankful I found her especially after wasting my time and money at urgent care. ALSO, Whitney her nurse is so professional and kind. I came in as a cash patient. Dr Li saw me quickly gave me a thorough exam, her best diagnosis for my symptoms and blood work all in a hours time. I highly recommend and I’m so grateful for drs and nurses who devote their time and knowledge to helping us understand our symptoms and helping to alleviate our discomfort/ pain. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The front desk clerk was very unprofessional and made a mistake about my appointment, which I luckily found out before I went to the hospital. Dr. Lee is very nice

Dr Li was extremely pleasant and attentive. Most of all she addressed all of my concerns and I didnt feel rushed. Id definitely refer her to a family member.

I previous saw the same Doctor for 28 years until he retired and have had a difficult time finding a new Doctor I could trust and feel comfortable with. Dr. Li is amazing! Her staff was friendly and inviting. She was very thorough with my exam and listened to my concerns. She even followed up with a personal phone call to check on me. I highly recommend Dr. Li!

The front office staff are incompetent. They gave me the exact same explanation as the one from previous review regarding the extra charge for my physical. I have had annual physicals for the past 20+ years, this is the first time I got charged extra for preventative care. The medical assistant is another issue, no smile, no eye contact, and a little cold at times. The atmosphere at the clinic is just weird, from the staff to medical assistant, it was a very dry reception and sometimes it was downright rude. Do Not recommend this service if you can find better one elsewhere.

I scheduled annual visit which insurance covered but she billed me on 45 min doc visit without telling me up front .Reason is I asked multiple questions. I paid bill since I have no time or energy to argue with her. It was my first visit, I would not recommend her to anyone since she is not an honest doctor and try to overcharge you .

Dr. Li saw my mother today regarding her heart condition and possible dementia. She was very thorough and kind and I can tell she cares about her patients.

Amazing! The staff was welcoming and friendly. Office is small and secluded (located behind the Mobil gas station and the bank). Appointment was quick and easy. Absolutely loved it.

I have been with Dr Li for years and I have no desire to find a different doctor. She takes her time listening and I never feel rushed. She is a very knowledgable and caring doctor. Her office is small, quiet and quaint.Can not say enough nice things about Dr. Li.
