All of the doctors and the staff are just fantastic! I have been a long time client with three dogs to my name who have all been taken care of by these wonderful people! I highly recommend them!

Weve been taking our dogs here since we moved to the area 13 years ago. My dogs have always received quality care. When my friends dog was injured and their vet in the valley closed Dr. Flasar didnt hesitate to treat the dog despite her not being a current patient. My friend has been taking her dogs there since. Highly recommend this group.

Rude people, zero customer service. I have brought my 5 dogs here for 8 years. I have had them pretty much bait and switch me a few times now. A consultation turns into a house payment. Just try and sell you services that are unnecessary. This time after hundreds of dollars in exams and tests, they said I needed to wait till my dogs medicine was in her system, and bring her up later, there wont be a charge Oh but there sure is. Not that $55 means that much, but being called a liar does. So you lose thousands in revenue each year for all my dogs, over $55. You guys are real geniuses.

Dr. Flasier and staff have been our vets since moved here in 2007 and have provided exceptional service for all 5 of our dogs we have brought in over the years. They remember each of the dogs and their quirks, are genuinely kind to them and very much genuine animal lovers.I highly recommend to go to them as a Veterinary office

The staff at Chesterfield Veterinary Center are not the friendliest. During this pandemic, pet owners are not allowed in the facility. Therefore, I wished I could of had more of a thorough explanation of my dogs results. Although I was given a document of my dogs examination testings after talking with the doctor, if the doctor or staff took the time to really explained each test result this would have made it a lot clearer. Instead of immediately asking me if I had any questions, please explain the process to help facilitate questions.

Ive been bringing my pets here for nearly 10 years, and all of the doctors and techs have always, always taken such wonderful care of each and every one of my dogs and cats, and have literally saved the lives of several of them on multiple occasions. I wouldnt dream of taking my pets anywhere, except for specialty care/services specifically recommended and/or referred by Chesterfield Veterinary Centers doctors.

Went in to get my dogs rabies shots. They make you pay $100 or so for an exam too, which would have been fine if the vet actually did an exam. He acted like more of a salesman, trying to sell me additional procedures. Barely even looked at my dog, and the whole encounter (including shot) lasted no more than 2 minutes.

We have been clients of CVC for years and have always felt like VIPs. We love the staff and our dogs do as well. We have a feral dog who needs routine and patience and the staff is always sure to give him just that. As far as care, it is always honest, thorough, and direct. We feel that the staff always has our interests and our dogs interest in mind with everything they do. They are also incredibly easy to schedule an appointment with. We love their early and late office hours.

Very frustrating office staff. When I dropped off my dog to be boarded, I asked for his anal gland to be expressed. When I picked up my dog, I asked if the simple procedure had happened. They couldnt find any record of it. I shared my concern, to which the front desk told me not to worry about it. I told them no, I needed to know if it had happened, and if not I would like it done. Again, I was told not to worry about it. I explained that my dog has expressed recently on furniture and that I was worried that he might do it again. The staff tried to assure me that he probably wouldnt do it again. I asked one more time if they could just do it to make sure the gland was empty. Finally, they let me know that no one was in the office that could do it, and that I would have to bring him back if I wanted it done.To recap, I requested the procedure when I dropped off my dog for boarding. They had the dog for several days. When I picked them up, they could not find any record of if they did, or did not, do the procedure. The front desk staff told me not to worry about it multiple times even though they did not know if the procedure was done. When I asked for it to be done while I was still there, they told me again not to worry about it. And finally, they conceded that no one was there to do it. And the whopper is that I would have to make another appointment.PS., No apologies were offered for the inconvenience on not knowing nor for directing me to make another appointment. Fortunately, there are several other vet centers in the area.

Great customer care for another veterinarians client. Our senior cat Kaylee had been declining quickly the last couple of months and, as these things go, the need to help her over The Rainbow Bridge came up on a Saturday morning when our doctor was on a well earned vacation with his family. Our vet tech Kelly referred us to the office up the street. God bless them for squeezing this stranger in with her fur baby. I was a sobbing mess and they made the most difficult moment a little easier. Thank you so much!

The staff truly care for animals and its obvious in the way they can be seen caring for them. The veterinarians are well educated and can help animals with a wide range of health issues. The charges are higher than other surrounding veterinary offices where you can get care for your animals. In particular, blood work is priced quite a bit higher. It may cost more, but they do provide good care.If you are close by, willing to pay more, and dont want to travel too far for pet care, this will be an excellent choice for you!

The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The offices are kept very clean.**UPDATE AUGUST 2020Still giving this office 5 stars. Due to COVID, the vet techs come get your animals and you have to wait in your car while they get checked out. Theyve always been very knowledgeable and Ive called several times with questions and theyve been more than happy to help.

We have experienced very rude, careless, and abrasive treatment from the vets and staff at Chesterfield Veterinary Center in adequately addressing the needs of our beloved elderly family pet. If your pet is in less than optimal or even declining health, I strongly urge you to seek medical counsel elsewhere. Our experience with Chesterfield Veterinary Center has been one of narrow-mindedness and lack of extensive knowledge in specialized treatments and/or physical therapy solutions for pets with special health considerations. In addition, after consulting with a different veterinary practice, we found that Chesterfield Veterinary Center had severely overprescribed pain medication for our pet and that our pet wasnt even a candidate for the medication to begin with (apparent misdiagnosis). Furthermore, we received threats to euthanize before it was time and a possibility of being reported to animal services if we did not comply with the vets orders. Overall, our experience has left us with a very uneasy feeling, and we will not be coming back.

Below review was written June 2018 and Im making this update July 2019.My review still stands as far as the level of service goes, but this place is rather expensive for what you get - I understand were talking about Chesterfield, but it still seems high to me. A routine annual exam (including shots) for two healthy adult dogs runs about $400. Monthly heartworm + flea/tick medicine is $60 (for two dogs). I just paid $160 to treat an ear infection for one dog, which included a small $40 bottle of prescription ear cleaner that Im not really sure I needed. The service is good so I guess you get what you pay for, but I imagine youd get the same service somewhere else for less money.---Weve been using Chesterfield Vet for about a year now and have had nothing less than stellar service every time. The doctors and technicians are friendly, professional, and make it clear that they care about our pets as much as we do.
