Zero stars. Almost a year after a routine colonoscopy I am still having problems. I called the office to set up a routine colonoscopy, after being referred by my primary doctor. I had the procedure done and was told there were no issues except hemmeroids, which I was already aware of since I have had 2 other routine colonoscopys in the past. I have a family history. Five days after the procedure I was doubled over in abdominal pain so I went to my primary doctor. It took her a couple weeks and many test to figure out it was diverticulitis. My primary doctor would not answer my questions about what was going on and told me to call Dr. Zafars office. The office was unresponsive and told me to come in. Dr Zafar was condescending and rude and told me youre gonna live. They also coded my procedure incorrectly and that took over 6 months to straighten out because, again, the office is unresponsive. I still have pain and its almost been a year. Do not use this doctor!

Great experience! Staff and doctors at Winghaven were incredible and they made a not fun procedure, tolerable. Streamlined and efficient.
