Dr.Randa is a very good dentist, she is knowledgeable, precise and patient, she gives you all the time needed to treat you without rushing, she is a perfectionist! I highly recommend her!

Horrible doctor. She dropped her scaler on the floor, picked it up and that went straight into my mouth. Im in the middle of a filling and couldnt say no. Routine cleaning was very painful, bleeding gums, ended up with few loose teeth. But her salesmanship will get 5 stars -water pick, tooth pastes, floss, mouthwash. I compared the costs with other dentist near by, she was ripping off my insurance left n right. Unfair pricing.

It has been a happy experience to meet and be treated by Dr. Hawatmeh. She is experienced, kind and friendly. She explains the problem in clear and understandable terms and gives good advice. The staff in her office are friendly and professional too!

I wanted to share my very positive experience at Dr.Randas office. I came to her clinic after recommendations from several friends and relatives and so happy I did !Dr.Randa treats her patients like family and she is very knowledgeable , trustworthy and caring. I loved that she explained all my treatment options and didnt push me into doing anything I did not want to do. She is a perfectionist at her work which is great thing for a dentist, and after having some her do some fillings everything felt great and best part no pain whatsoever! Dr. Hawatmeh is a wonderful dentist. She has a very calming demeanor, great for people w/ dental anxieties. She is patient & knowledgeable, explains everything clearly & concisely, and she is always smiling. Her office staff is so friendly & professional. And I can always get an appointment for that week or the following. I highly recommend Dr. Hawatmeh.

Great dentist with very friendly staff. Im sort of an anti-dentite (and paying for it now) and she did very well to be calming and talk me through everything she was doing.

What a great experience!! Ive been to many dentist before and am so happy to have finally found a dentist who truly cares for her patients, is extremely detail oriented and is always offering the latest technology. Her clinic is also very clean and staff is caring and helpful.

The office team is very arrogant and dont want to resubmit the claim when I provided the correct documentation. They submitted the claim wrongly again and again and it got rejected multiple times and blaming us for their inefficiency. Now I got the proof of coverage letter from insurance and they dont want to submit the claim and putting my claim on collections. I have all the proofs and they are yelling like crazy.PLEASE STAY AWAY..

They dont know how to submit claims and they dont accept their mistakes, even there is proof.

Dr. Hawatmeh really takes care of me. She shared her concerns for my dental health and has made sure that she took care of those problems before they gotten worse. I appreciate her help and guidance on helping me live a healthier life. On top of it all she is very sweet and kind.

I went to Doctor Rhonda in July and was told that I needed nine cavities filled and it would be $2,500. This was a red flag because I have only had two cavities my entire life (my mother was a dental hygienist). I went to get a second opinion and found out that I actually have ZERO cavities. I even showed my new dentist the print out and he checked each tooth she claimed I needed filled (I only showed him this after he completed the exam and said I have no cavities). He even used a cavity detecting machine and it did not beep on any of my teeth. Dont go here unless you want to pay thousands in unnecessary dental procedures.

Great dentist, but thats bellied by her incessant salesmanship. The last 15 minutes of my appointments consist of her trying to sell me something and me explaining how I dont need a enamel paste, fluoride paste, 3 brands of floss, mouthwash, a water pick, prescription toothpaste, AND an electric Bluetooth toothbrush that pairs with my phone. I have only so much counter space.

OMG where do i start? Dr. Randa is such an amazing dentist she always cares so much about my pearly white teeth. I went from having 17 cavities to none! She even gives me awesome life advice and thanks to her ive been successful ever since. She even once went out of her way and brought me a delicious Jordanian dish she cooks at home. Alot of girls are complimenting my teeth and let me tell you its helped me out like so much. She can change your life too! Thank you Dr. for changing my life and thanks to you i smile more now :)
