Worst experience Ive ever had at a dentist. I came in with two full set of X-rays, complete 360 degree of all my teeth and then said they needed their own x-rays and then proceeded to tell me that I need to have all my teeth pulled. went to another dentist who said they said what, insane they said, your teeth are fine they dont need to all be pulled. I would never never recommend these guys, all they are is, out for the money, they dont care about the patient

TIME WASTE. They don’t have enough staff to look into patients, seems all appointments are double booked. I waited in dental procedure room for more than 45 minutes, no one show up. Finally came home without any treatment. I will not see them again and waste my time.

Ive been afraid of dentists all of my life and this place right here shut that fear down and out with a quickness. They tend to me as if I were the only patient there. Everyone is so attentive and Im forever grateful for these folks. Theyve changed fear to focus on my oral hygiene and I will definitely go back AND HIGHLY recommend this place. They work with in everything even the finances. Theyre all around AWESOME!!

It was a worst experience ever. I was on time for my appointment (5 minutes before to check in), I waited only 5 minutes to get X-ray done (from my actual appt time) so it was good at first. Then I waited 15 minutes at least to have the dentist checked on my teeth. After that, I had to wait another 20 minutes at least to get cleaning. It was sloppy job. I first had polish done by one hygienist, then had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes to have another hygienist to do the rest. I will not recommend.

I had an awesome visit at this office. The staff was super friendly. My cleaning was thorough and comfortable. I got to meet the new owner, Dr. Pucel. He was fantastic!! Very friendly. He took the time to discuss my questions and concerns. It was a very refreshing experience. Definitely recommend!

I had to change dentists after my coverage changed so I chose Chesterfield Smiles. On my first visit, they said I needed scaling and root planing which was a special type of cleaning that would cost more than $500. I have been to the dentist all my life and have never been told I had issues. They also did not clean my teeth that day saying that the scaling and root planing would be in place of that and could be scheduled at a later date. I left extremely disappointed that I took time off work and accomplished nothing. A month later I went to my old dentist where I needed to pay out of pocket. They said I did not need scaling and root planing and they did not agree with Chesterfield Smile’s assessment at all. It goes without saying that I would not recommend this office to anyone and I will be changing my coverage so I can go to a dentist I trust.

No one enjoys going to the dentist however, the new owner (Devon) at Chesterfield Smile Dentistry made my visit extremely easy and put my nerves to rest. It’s been several years since I have been to the dentist but due to the care I was given, I will be returning every 6 months for a routine cleaning. Devon is clearly doing things right and it shows! I feel like this place is constantly changing doctors and staff. Once youre used to someone they leave and you get someone new. I am never satisfied after I get my teeth cleaned. They do NOT do a good job cleaning, I do a better job at home. It seems like they rush and just dab toothpaste really quickly. My teeth werent even flossed at my last visit. Its always painful getting x-rays as they jam something in your mouth.What I do like is the updated technology. They can make a crown right then and there. If you need a root canal they can do it too instead of sending you to someone else.I feel like this place is average and needs to work a little better on some things.

Collected $100 deposit when making appointment but never return the deposit after canceling the appointment. Called to ask but didnt receive a call back.

I have been in search for a new dentist near my work and I have been having a terrible tooth ache and desperately needed a cleaning! The staff here is overwhelming nice. They got me right in to see the new dentist/owner! He was gentle, addressed all my needs and concerns, great sense of humor, and treated me as whole not just another patient! I would definitely recommend this practice and dentist to my dearest friends and family! Thanks Chesterfield Smiles Dentistry and Dr. Pucel for everything, see you in July for my next cleaning!

I havent been to the dentist in several years and I was super nervous for my visit today. The entire staff, from the ladies up front to the hygienist to Dr. Pucel, were extremely friendly and helped to put me at ease. I have to go back next week to finish up my procedure and I feel so much better knowing that Im in good hands. Will definitely be returning to see Dr. Pucel and the rest of the wonderful staff at Chesterfield Smiles for many years to come! :)

Amazing place @ caring, compassion is key!

The last receptionist was pleasant: friendly, cooperative, respectful. They must have hired a new one since COVID. I was polite when I walked in and she had an attitude with me. She talked down to me and was quite rude. I also had a bad experience with a hygienist here. She did a horrible job cleaning my teeth, as well as being quite rude and having a bad attitude. There used to be a hygienist here who was absolutely amazing but she left. The doctor who used to be here, Dr. Armstrong?, was great. It seems as if this place has really gone downhill since she left. All the good staff are leaving.

Thank you Dr. Devon for all your help.. Being a new patient, great customer service provided by all the staff..I would recommend this practice for those looking for a new dentist..

My stepdad referred me and I got the best service I’ve ever experienced in my life at a dental office. I was given an amazing price to file down and smooth out my teeth and I will be returning for all my future services and needs! Horrible experience. The staff was rude and it seemed like they just wanted to get her in and out as quickly as possible with no regard to her feelings or her well being. Left her to wake up alone (because her family had to go sit in the car and wait.) And when she was upset that she was alone they told her to calm down and that she was fine. The rolled her out of the building in a wheelchair while she was crying for her family and hastily threw her in the car so they could go back in to keep pumping these poor people out. Will never go back to this location.

The staff is very kind and friendly. They make sure you understand everything about the procedure and costs associated. I feel comfortable with asking questions and welcomed every time I walk into the office. Never had a wait and was quick to be seen. Overall I am happy with my results each time I leave their office.

Dr. Armstrong was wonderful & so was her team. I came to her office for a second opinion. She explained everything to me very well, and is going to end up saving me $2,000 on fillings and a crown alone (prior dentist said I had five more cavities than I actually have). Plus - with the cosmetic crowns, Ill be saving around $4,000. Cant wait for a smile Ive always wanted!

Not incredibly thrilled with my experience at Chesterfield Smiles. I will say everyone has been very friendly, just everything combined has not been pleasant. Went to this location as my son needed two teeth surgical removed with a referral from his orthodontic. My son gets anxiety with dental work, we went in for a consult and were told that our insurance doesnt cover general anesthesia as it wasnt medically necessary, and the oral surgeon wouldnt do it regardless, nor would he use gas. We ultimately were referred to the pediatric dentist in the OFallon office. We arrived for the appointment a week later to get the teeth removed, and with the gas on my sons nose the dentist pulled me out of the office to talk. He said he was going to call to confirm with the orthodontic because the notes from the Chesterfield office didnt match the referral. He would of pulled the wrong teeth if he wouldnt of called. Turns out, the teeth needing to be pulled are impacted in the bone and anesthesia is absolutely required, oral surgeon still refused to do the procedure because of my sons age. I paid a deposit 2 and had to call them to remind them to refund it, which I was told would take up to 15 business days. Just not thrilled with my experience with this organization.

Amazing service. They were able to get me in right away for an urgent issue. The staff were very friendly, and treated me as if Id been a patient for years. They also clearly outlined what my out of pocket costs would be and different options to be the most cost effective, while ensuring Im getting the best clinical approach. I will be taking my entire family back to this dentist for all our future needs!

Honestly the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I usually have bad dental anxiety but did not experience any of that here. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The office was very clean and nice looking. My procedure was effortless and painless. They walked me through everything before they did anything to make sure I knew what was happening and was comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Stop looking and come here immediately! Although Ive been diligent with keeping my teeth clean, Ive had some issues that go beyond the norm. Due to a dentist who frankly screwed up, 2 years of pain /issues, Ive been to 5 dentists to get things corrected. You cant find a better staff and dentist to address any concern possible. Ive been unfortunate to have dentist induced problem that cascaded and I tried any dentists to get it corrected properly. Im lucky to have found this place. They have specialist for each step, and the dentist is more involved than anywhere else Ive been. I had one great dentist before, but he was not in network and he told me he was.. So I got it partially fixed, but have an ongoing issue. Finally, a dentist who can solve my last challenge properly, after 6 other dentists couldnt!Impressive that they make their crowns in-house, as an option, where you dont have a temporary tooth and is complete in under 2 hours, and they could have done this on my first visit!They have the latest tools and digital x-rays, 3d scan, and laser guided cleanings for advanced gum issues that require deeper cleanings, if that happens for you.They have 4 months zero interest available in case the bill is more than you can afford at the time.You have a personal television with remote to keep you company, a caring staff, although I wish it was mounted higher so you can view your favorite cable channe while leaning back during each step.Bre did an excellent job with the cleaning & flossing, quick and painless.Hygenist, Deana, has twenty+ years on the job and did the scraping in the most efficient and painless way.I cant recommend this dentist enough.
