I loved this nail salon. Got French tips and I’m in love. Definitely will be coming back. They got a little dip on my pinky finger and still hasn’t came off 😂Didn’t take a long time until they were done. They asked me what length I wanted and they came out the perfect length!! My Gma got her nails done and they looked absolutely amazing!! She got the cats eye polish. To make a cats eye they take a magnet to get the glittery streak diagonally across the nail. Love this place!!!

I came in today needing a couple nails fixed that were poorly done by a different salon, I work near by and I am new to the area so I walked in and was helped right away, the gentleman who did my nails did a great job and he was very nice. Only problem was the color I wanted wasnt available so he spent sometime with me and gave me several options, I will definitely go back because the last salon I went to, she was rough and rushed through, but here he took his time and was very gentle and the outcome was great!

Very clean in covid time! We got dips and pedis, their mani chairs are the best massage chairs I’ve had at a salon. The team is really good! Call to make an appt, they are being careful!

Me and my husband always we have a good time at this place.Linda the owner Michael and Maria they do a grate job and also they have a nice sense of humor.Always people complement about my pretty nails.The place is nice and clean.Definitely I will recommend this place. :)

My wife and I visited this salon today and we both got manicures however I also got a pedicure.Kay took care of both of us. After my pedicure was about done she gave me the best massage on my leggs.My wife got her Nails coated with dipping powder and was very pleased with Kays service.

My wife just walked in for Mani and Pedi and Kay did a wonderful job! Her work and service is excellent. This is definitely the place to go!

This place is packed to the gills with amazing collectible merchandise! The owners are a lovely couple with tons of knowledge.

Very bad customer service, and very bad work done. I had an immersion manicure and during the visit I felt that she was rushing. I had my own nails and after finishing the work, they looked like fake nails. The job done was terrible and it cost me $38 plus tip.Two days later, one nail broke in half and two were cracking under the top coat. I went back to the place and the owner (Linda) was there, I explained what had happened and she told me very rudely that she was not going to fix the 3 nails, so I asked her to remove them and she said yes, but It would cost me $ 5 dollars. I will not go back to that place again and I won’t recommend to anyone to go there either.

The service was great! I had a super nice lady do my nails, she did a wonderful job. Matched what I wanted done perfectly!

The older man who did my and my mothers nails at the same time, not only did a horrible job, he was losing it. He was throwing a fit and was rude. Dont waste your time or money.

Kelly, Linda, Michael are all wonderful. There was, the last time I went in, a newer lady I didnt care for and my nails didnt last but between those three I have never had a bad experience. In fact, best mani and pedi I have have ever had!

I usually don’t these but today really pissed me off and I would give it more stars but being I only been here twice...yea.My first experience was great Maggie was really nice I liked my nails and feet only thing is she didn’t scrub really on the pedi but over all nice. I came here because my cousin comes here regularly told me to come and thats what I did. The people she recommended was out or booked like Kelly so Maggie it was. Again very professional! I noticed they had kid pedi chairs so today I bring a little person super excited, I’m excited then we get Kate the nail tech from hell!. My little one had pink nail polish before coming that was not taken off so she takes it off. I notice she wrapping up,mind you I’m sitting behind her we were talking she was nice at first then I go over and see my little one nails I was horrified! The pink was barely off you can see all on the side of her nails, half of the nail painted even the toe nail. I tried telling her quietly I wasn’t a fan of it I didn’t like (mind you I’m quiet) then bam!..She gets loud upset asking me what I want her to do all kind of stuff I’m still remaining calm. Then she starts speaking another language to Linda then she comes over she kind of has a attitude to. So I had to say “if you are going to have a attitude don’t do it I’m ok, I’ll go I didn’t come to fight or argue with anybody I’m not even yelling at you, not trying to be hostile or anything”. She then says “you done yet?” I said “wow ok yes I am” . She then slaps on more paint looking even more crazy!... this just ugh never again I hate this place now! Never will I drive to patronize a business who is rude and unprofessional. If you decide to go after this go at your own risk but AVOID KATE!

I have been getting my nails done here for years and the past few times I was not pleased at all. I got my nails done a week ago there. I got a dip manicure and throughout the visit I felt like she was rushing. Usually my nails last 3 weeks after they are done, but my thumb has chipped and 2 nails seem to be cracking under the top coat. I have never had these issues.

First and last visit. I came here today after leaving the Goodwill next door. I walked in, checked pricing posted on the wall and decided on the pedi for $23 plus $3 french tip. $26 total right? I was warmly welcomed and immediately seated for my pedicure as it was only one other customer getting a manicure.Problem #1. The lady who did pedicure did a HORRIBLE JOB!!! She was super lazy, did not file the right toe nails, three scrubs on each heel with the pumice stone, thats it!!! No effort, enthusiasm, NOTHING!!!! She stated she lives in south city but works far out and named the areas in west county she worked previously. She was probably replaced at every other shop after customers complained of poor service. I cant even describe in detail how dissatisfied I was. 15 minutes after sitting down she was already putting my shoes on to paint my toes. I watched as another lady walked in and the gentlemen started her pedicure. He was very attentive, let her soak her feet longer than 2 minutes, he used the foot scraper (didnt know they used those as my nail tech didnt) and pumice stone and took his time.Problem #2. I go to pay she stated $29. I looked up at the price list and asked why when it totals $26. She said something I couldnt understand and the French tip is $5 extra, which is not posted. She said just pay $26,I dont care. She then turns around and said something in Chinese but I clearly heard I dont care then she chuckled while swiping my credit card. I had a cash tip in my hand which she did not deserve for the botched job but after attempting overcharge I WAS NOT GIVING IT TO HER. I wrote on the credit card slip $26 plus 2 tip. $28 total. She writes over the 8 an put a 6 when she sees the cash in hand. I point on the recieipt showing her this is the only tip shes getting and didnt deserve ityou owners for the welcome and hire people who will do their jobs more effectively. I will.be watching credit card to make sure the tip amount has not been adjusted.
