I’ve been a patient of Tonya’s for a few years now as she has been doing my Botox injections twice a year. I recently decided I want to “plump” my lips up. But I did not want them looking fake or huge, I’m too old for that! Tonya was great in guiding me throughout the entire process. My lips look full, kept my natural shape and it’s really wasn’t painful at all.I will definitely be having this procedure again in the future!

The Sculptra treatment is very effective. The results are great. I did not experience any discomfort during the treatment. The Sculptra Service is a treatment I highly recommend.

Just had my 1st Hydrafacial with Kate and holy cow does my face feel fresh! The dermaplane left my skin very smooth and removed a lot of my peach fuzz and dead skin. She was very attentive to the needs of my skin and was very professional. At the end it was pretty satisfying to see the “gunk” that was removed from my face in the Hydrafacial canister - yuck! What a difference botox can make. Carol does an amazing job in injecting and Cindy helped me with my brilliant distinctions.

I called Synergi after an internet search for R-20 tattoo removal technique in St. Louis... I specifically asked (a) Do you have the laser required for this treatment and (b) Are you currently utilizing the R-20 technique for faster tattoo removal. I was assured on the phone that they both had the proper laser and that they were utilizing this technique so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I spoke with them several more times to clarify a few things and again was told the same thing in regards to R-20. I arrived there today and once I was finally brought into the room the nurse started going over the procedure with me. She did not mention R-20 so I told her that is what I was here for and she promptly dismissed it as too new and stated they had inconsistent results in regards to scarring and hypopigmentation... Her recommendation being that I go with the tried and true method that they would so happily perform that day. With further discussion it came out that she wasnt sure if they had the right laser for it even. Eventually the head nurse came in and said that they have never performed a tattoo removal using this technique and that I would be the first. Now the picture is clearer and I am quite angry... They saw an opportunity to get someone in the door by FLAT OUT LYING to them and then hoping they could pressure them into using their service once I was in their thinking it would be easy knowing full well my desire to have the tattoos removed expediently. Their actions were misleading at best and downright unethical at the worst. I can not speak to the quality of their other services but any company or medical professional that would engage in such deceitful practices will not be on the receiving end of any business from me.

I feel they have always worked with me as far as recommendations, keeping my time and finances in mind.

I love the fact that Dr. Maack is upfront with what to expect for the future dealing with healing and expectations. Other doctors sometimes sugar coat it to get you to do the procedure. Dr. Maack explains the entire procedure both pre and post surgery and that is what I needed.

I had Voluma at Synergi MedSpa. This product was put into my cheek area. This should last for up to 2 years. They said this is the first and only FDA-approved filler to instantly add volume to the cheek area. I am very excited to have gotten Voluma today.
