I found this place by pure and absolute luck after my current studio was not available. These people are so professional and so personable! I absolutely ADORE my lash stylist Tamika! Not only do my lashes look better than any other lash appointment I’ve ever had anywhere anytime, in life but I also love that I made a new friend! Plus everywhere I go I’m complimented on them and I give her all the credit! I can’t wait to come back and get my next fill! Plus she does SUCH an amazing job that my folks don’t take very long at all. Mark me down as a “forever customer”!

I just had my first lash curl and tint by Amy today! Amy was wonderful and explained everything that was happening since it was my first time! The receptionist was really awesome too! I’ll definitely be back!

Eyelash extensions are a whole new world for me. Jillian took her time to understand what I was looking for and explain the difference in some of the choices. We had amazing conversation while she was doing my lashes and it made the time pass so quick. When I saw the product I was floored with how perfect they were. Jillian nailed it and I will 1000% be back to see her again.Also a shoutout to the girls at the reception desk. I wish I would have got their names. They were both incredible sweet. They took their time explaining the membership choices and benefits. I’m excited to now be a member here and I’m so happy that Amazing Lash makes maintaining these beautiful lashes easy.

I absolutely loved my experience at Amazing Lash Studio- Chesterfield. The space was super clean and absolutely stunning. I was a bit nervous as it was my first time getting lash extensions but the staff was amazing!!! They were so polite and super knowledgeable about the process and their products. All of my questions were answered in depth which has allowed me to maintain my lashes at home. Hanna was my lash technician and she was wonderful!! I felt so relaxed and she was super gentle when applying my lashes. I highly recommend Amazing Lash Studio-Chesterfield!!

They got me in the day I called about needing a touchup and Maggie was great! Im so glad I got in with her that day. She was so fast and attentive to my comfort. I walked in to warm hellos and a compliment from the lady at the front desk. I got lash extensions, done my Amy. She was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable, especially with it being my first time. Everything was very clean and neat. She took her time and made sure I walked out loving my lashes. This place is just that Amazing!!! I went in to get my lashes fixed from a bad experience from another salon. They went above an beyond for me. My lashes looked incredible! You get an excellent customer experience everytime you go in and its not pricey. These girls are Amazing! I wont go anywhere else.

Even though there were a few complications on this weeks appointment for me, they took very good care of me and worked everything through. Totally worth visiting!

I have been going to an independent woman to get my eyelash lifts for a couple years, but lately her hours were just not working for my schedule. I tried out Amazing Lash Studio and received a lash lift and tint from Nicolette. She was super sweet and customer service was great. The outcome, however, was not. I understand my lashes are short and hard to work with, but my independent lady made them look awesome and curled and I never had to worry about using a lash curler. Unfortunately, after my appt here I did not have the same amount of curl and am still having to use a curler... a little disappointed after spending the amount I did.

I am loving my lashes done by Cece! They are exactly what I wanted! I appreciate her making sure I was comfortable during my visit and happy with the end product!

Excellent experience from start to finish! I had been wanting lashes now and almost pulled the trigger until covid and now I don’t know why I waited so long!!! The Lash Stylists are all fantastic-I do not mention names on my reviews because I always give any praise/complaints to the manager (Jamie is her name and she’s wonderful!) and I have never had any complaints ONLY positive feedback! My busy schedule made me wonder how I would make the appts for upkeep but they’re soo great and always get me in!

Ive been visiting Amazing Lash for over a year now, and have never been disappointed. Haley always goes above and beyond making sure I am happy with my lashes. I love that shes flexible when I get a random whim to change things up, and she always has the greatest tips to keep my lashes looking flawless. However I am very disappointed the cost of hybrid lashes are now going to be DOUBLE!

I had my very first experience today at Amazing Lash with Jenn. It was also my first time ever getting lashes! I cannot give enough praise to Jenn. She was so so kind, extremely knowledgeable about lashes, how to care for them and what would actually look good on me. She continued to make sure I was ok and comfortable during the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great place!

This location was able to get me in right away for a refill when I called. The last location I went to I had to wait 3 weeks between refills because theyre under staffed. CeCe did a wonderful job and I was able to schedule my refill within 2 weeks. Im so happy I switched locations.

I started going to amazing lash studio in November and have been a happy customer ever since. The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I see Maggie every time I go in and she is truly amazing. I always leave happy and feeling great!! I won’t go anywhere else to get my lashes done again. Great experience.

Lashes fell out before I got home, booked correction and was told during my appt it wouldnt be full set. I didnt pay over $200 for less than stellar...Update: booked correction for lashes and brow tint. (Informed receptionistthat inhad no lashes left) Went to appt and lash tech said I dont have time for a full set or brow tint, not enough time was booked. I told receptionist full set correction and brow tint correction and didnt even get them corrected. After this correction ALL lashes fell out by the next day.Owner called to TRY and make right by booking me with a master stylist (oh they booked me w original tech for 1st correction when I asked for someone else). Anyway I gave the owner a full weeks notice to just cancel my appt bc I didnt want to waste 3 hours on my day off.I just received 2 back to back calls to confirm my appt that I thought the owner cancelled. Im a nurse and worked night shift last night and can not go back to sleep. I texted the owner asking what their policy on product returns was and asked why my appt wasnt canceled. He only replied you must have been double booked.Do not waste your time or money here, especially with their products (aside from a spoolie). Oh and anytime you ask staff a question the answer is I dont know, I just started working here. TERRIBLE customer service.

Haley is my stylist and she always does such a great job! She is so much fun and she is very good at what she does! I always recieve so many compliments on my lashes! Heidi the office manager is great as well! She is always making sure each guest is taken care of and she is so friendly! I am always happy to see her when Im there. I love my lashes and I highly recommend Amazing lash studio!

My experience wasn’t what I wanted. She spent a much longer time on my left eye then right thus one eye has less lashes and both sides were way too short. Although the manager did call and invited me for a free repair I’m just not willing to go back again

I started going to this location when I moved to MO a few months ago. I have never been pressured to join a membership at any establishment I received service at until now. I am not sure why Heidi feels that this ongoing pressure is good for business, I think otherwise. I have had to say no to her about the membership more than three times and it continues each time I come in.Today’s visit included more conversation regarding my reasoning for not getting a membership to which I found her response to be rude and insensitive. They are in the business to make money and this I understand but I am also a paying customer who will now be paying another establishment for eyelash service as a result.Jennifer (Jenn) does a great job with my lashes and is good at what she does. However, because of Heidi,I will no longer see Jenn. Note to the owners...If a paying customer says NO the first time, that should be the end of the membership conversation!Remarks to Heidi’s response: Heidi, it was unnecessary and unsafe for you to inform the public of my travel destination and the fact of it being with my daughter. I get that you were attempting to show that you and I had a pleasant enough conversation for you to gain that information but you reporting it on a public platform was dangerous. In the future, I would suggest that you to stick with the issue of the complaint, which was your unprofessional behavior and the aggressive membership sales of the business.

I have bad social anxiety so the thought of being alone with a stranger in a room was scary, but I felt soooo comfortable and welcome. They did an amazing job! Thank you!

I love this place. Ive been going to Candace for almost a year and she never fails...my lashes are always perfect! It feels like a spa with very clean and comfortable private rooms. Its so relaxing that I often times fall asleep. I have short blonde lashes and this has been game changer. You wont regret coming here!

Service, cleanliness, professionalism, and by far the most beautiful luxurious lashes ever! My expert lash technician, Oksana, is professional, honest and I absolutely love coming in and getting my lashes touched up and catching up with her! I have had such an amazing experience with this facility. The staff is professional and accommodating and the techs that I have worked with are wonderful. I recently had the chance to speak to the management team regarding a question about billing and was very impressed with how responsive they were. I cant say enough nice things about this business and would not hesitate to refer them to my friends.

Novice screwed up application and “Master technician” (more experience but also more $$) tried to fix but I my lashes were too broken by that point. Mgmt responded appropriately (My gift card was refunded) and I will update when I go back in a few weeks, hopefully with new lashes.Update: very happy with end result. Alice did a great job and I’m glad I went with recommendation!

Im so in love with my first set of lashes! The entire salon is gorgeous & well-manicured. The application experience was relaxing & overall just wonderful. My lashes turned out exactly as Id hoped; natural but full & long. I had no irritation or any other issues to note. The entire process was laid out clearly & the aftercare plan was explained thoroughly. I highly recommend treating yourself to this amazing experience!

This place is awesome! I went to get lashes for my wedding and I instantly felt welcome (even with my apparent lack of knowledge on anything cosmetic). The ladies were so nice and thouroughly explained things. My stylist Haley was as sweet as can be and had such a gentle touch that I barely felt anything at all. I was amazed by how relaxing the whole experience was and I definitely recommend them!

Absolutely LOVE this place. I was nervous about getting extensions and they really helped talk me through everything. I couldnt be more happy with the easy upkeep and how well they look. I get compliments all the time. Everyone has been so helpful and its always relaxing and super clean!

Amazing!! I just had my first visit, for my first set of lashes. Ever. Candace nailed it 🙌. She was so professional and made me feel comfortable. Asked me what I was going for and like I said NAILED it. I have received sooooo many compliments these past few days and I haven’t even made it to vacation yet! My lashes look so natural and add the perfect feminine touch. I used to wear eyeliner and mascara every day. Now I throw on some tinted BB cream and bronzer and I.AM.SET. First of all stop looking for places to get your lashes done. JUST GO HERE. Long story short I had a previously horrific experience from a different establishment/ person. I didn’t know if I would even get lashes done again. I called the amazing lash studio managed by Elle who said she couldn’t get me in due to them only lashing their models that day, but she genuinely seemed concerned for me and suggested I call the Chesterfield location. Heidi answered and became my lash angel. She got me in and my terrible lashes were removed (painlessly). And for free! The owner of the salon came out (Downn) and met me at my car and made sure I had been taken care of! The next day I came back to have a new set put on. I was so nervous, as my previous experience was extremely painful, my eyes watered from discomfort the entire time. NOT AT AMAZING LASH. Insert Cece my lash goddess. She did my whole set in an hour, my eyes did not water once, I was completely comfortable the entire time!!! These people did not know me at all but made me feel like family before I left. I can’t thank them enough. Plus the place was incredibly clean and I just can’t say enough. Thank you Elle, Down, Heidi, and Cece!!

LOVE my lashes! Drea is awesome. It is so great to not have to worry about mascara or eye make up remover. No more black on your pillow cases! And I love to camp and can be in the wilderness for days and still look amazing because of my lashes!!

I would give a zero if I could. The policies are absolutely ridiculous if you are trying to stop services. Main front desk attendant is incredibly rude. I had lash extensions for many months and the quality of application varied significantly. I will never frequent this studio again.

I’ve been going here for over 2 years and the staff have always been exceptional, however, I had an awful experience with a stylist- Candace, who isn’t who I normally see. She quizzed me about what products I used on my face/eyes, was verbally aggressive, and just really made me feel so stupid because I wasn’t using the right products, I almost left in tears. When I politely declined the spray at the end because I told her it made my eyes burn, she snapped “it’s only sterile water!” If it wasn’t for the rest of the staff- especially Heidi and Dara, I wouldn’t go back. So just beware of which stylist you are working with.

This location in Chesterfield is Terrible! Im advising you not to go! The Manager has zero customer skills, and most of the techs are inexperienced.

Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. I wasn’t overly impressed with my stylist or her customer service skills. My lashes were fine - but she used way too much glue - so they constantly pulled and hurt.The part that no one mentioned was along with losing the lash extensions my real lashes are gone as well! I didn’t realize that this was going to damage my real lashes or I would have never done it! Was it because of all of the glue or is this common? I have an appointment tomorrow to get Latisse to see if I can repair the damage! 🤞🏼

This was my 1st time getting eyelash extensions and Im obsessed!! Not only was my stylist down to earth, but she made me feel comfortable and relax. I havent wore mascara since I got them and I plan to keep it that way. Amazing customer service from booking your appointment to walking in the door, to the time you leave & even 48 hours later! These ladies were spot on. Being a current hair stylist I was overly impressed👌🏼

This is my first time getting eyelash extensions and I made that very clear the entire time (especially because of how awkward I was). When asked about what I wanted I told her I didn’t really know, but I knew I didn’t want natural looking to where it looked like my normal lashes with mascara but I didn’t want to look like a drag queen. Well here I am, 700 miles away on vacation right now with Bert and Ernie on my eye lids. I can’t even take pictures they look so ridiculous and EVERYONE has their own funny comment to say about them. My only hope is that no one told me how to take care of them so at the 48 hour make they called me and told me I could start getting them wet (which I have been doing the entire time since NO ONE told me what I can and cannot do or how to care for them). I am very upset I wasted $130 (yes $130 even though they advertise $80 for the first time) on something I hate.

I must say, I never ever really thought about lashes too much, other then the strip lashes that I am always applying on my daughters since they all dance but I decided why not give Amazing Lash a try and see if they can make a difference for me. I had no prior experience and had no idea what to expect. The service itself was long (keep in mind 2 hrs for a first time client) however, it was relaxing and quite pleasant. The studio was so cute and clean definately a girlie spot indeed! The staff was very inviting and attentive. The stylist was friendly and knowledgable answering all my questions and putting me at ease. After the service I was pleasantly shocked and couldnt stop but stare at the new me! I absolutely LOVE my lashes, LOVE this studio, LOVE the staff and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.. Oh and they also have a great referral program. You really should give them a try!

I went to Amazing Lash in Chesterfield, MO a week ago. I was told these lashes taken care of would last around 3 weeks. Well, Im now on day 11 and over 50% of the lashes have fallen out! I am very unhappy with this service...I started losing lashes the very day of the appointment. Each day more started falling out...very little left at this point! I am very unhappy with my outcome!

Service is okay but they are terrible about cancellation. One month after cancelling with them, I had unauthorized charges made to my credit card, and this was after they told me that they didnt have my information on file anymore. I will not recommend them solely on this breach of trust.Updating my review to state that I called about the matter and was quickly assisted, however, this should not have happened in the first place.

I cannot begin to articulate how incredible my experiences here have been – but I will try. First – this place is clean as a whistle. I mean like literally you could eat off the floor clean… which as a consumer, is important to me.Lavera is my usual stylist – though I have visited others. Lavera is like one of the top 5 sweetest people I have ever encountered.She is extremely skilled and gentle as she applies and or removes the extensions. Usually, I FALL ASLEEP while she does her magic. (side note- I am offered a bolster pillow and a blanket during every visit.)I rely on her to tell me what type of lashes I need and she has never steered me wrong.Also, I have found the front desk staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the services.Recently, I called at the last minute to book a refill appointment and they were booked up. I requested that they call me if they got any cancellations.Crazy – they actually did it! I was able to get in pretty quickly!The lashes easily withstand my tough exercise schedule and long working days. When you have lash extensions – you don’t have to wear mascara --- or remove it which is great and saves me tons if time.Plus – they are always literally perfect if you take care of them.I love this place and will continue going forever!
