Very unprofessional. Always answering phone calls during therapy sessions, looking through their phones, organizing their desk while youre talking or on the computer. Basically, not giving you their undivided attention. They dont ask a lot of questions either like they care about my problems. I feel like a joke to these people. I dont feel valued or like my problems truly matter. And like the other review says, they do a lot of goofing around while people are waiting and are often late. Ive heard its hard to get your medicine from them also. Another thing that turns me off are the mouse traps they have out in plain sight of their office and bathroom. Seriously considering going somewhere else where I can get some real help. Only reason I stuck around is because of the psychiatrist.

I told the therapist about abusive behavior in the home and he ignored it.

The therapists are fantastic.But Ive never been so let down by any provider in my life. This has happened multiple times in the past, but this time set me over the edge. I never write reviews but this upset me so severely I needed to sit and write this.My doctor wrote me for a prescription dose that doesnt exist. I have been calling and leaving messages and talking to receptionists for W E E K S well call you right back! Yeah, right) trying to get this resolved. After a week and a half they finally told me my doctor left the company. So now Ive been unmedicated for 2 weeks and they STILL cant resolve it until next week. Im making a report to the board of health. Im absolutely not ok without my meds and they dont seem to care whatsoever. If you just need therapy, come here. Theyre great. If you need medications RUN FAR AWAY.

I agree with most of the reviews that the therapists are goodHinal is excellentIve been a patient for 2 yearsNever had a problem getting meds.They do have frequent changes of physchiatrists.THings r good though.

I have been a client at Omni health in Chester pa for a little less than one year, I have to say as soon I walk in I am greeted by Marcia , everyone knows her by her first name because she is always right there and answering any questions ,,also checking the schedule anytime I have forgotten my appointment and just so pleasant while she does it !! I have told her personally how much I appreciate how nice and welcoming she is ,,I have been to other counseling places and they treated me like a number ( not very nice)-,, Also my therapist kassey has been a HUGE part of my recovery w the traumatic events that have happened in my life ,,, I have told many people I have no idea where I would be if not for her !Kassy has taught me many coping skills and given me the ability to ask advice and talk to her about anything and everything , !!!!Im so grateful to have omni health located close to my home its not a far drive and I look forward to my sessions ,,, I feel as though my therapist kassy understands me she makes me feel comfortable enough to talk about anything and that is hard to find !!!!,, I look forward to seeing kassy she has a very welcoming personality I have felt that since the very first session I had and there is no other place Id rather be!
