This place blows and just wants to collect that insurance money. For the past 5 months my psychiatrist hasn’t contacted me and I have been unable to contact here. I’m prescribed two different medications for my Bipolar disorder, both I believe need to be tweaked. And yet through this global pandemic my mental health has been ignored and my psychiatrist continues to renew a prescription that no longer works. It’s a disgrace that myself and other patients are ignored during these tough times, mental illness is no joke and shouldn’t be treated as such. If you have the opportunity and luxury to receive treatment elsewhere I highly recommend it.
