Theres never anybody in the referral office always have to make unnecessary trips for things that are simple

Hard to get a person on the phone. Office Manager, Administration, Dentist and Doctors do not communicate well with patients and each other.

Horrible customer service. Very hard to get someone on the phone. They dont care if your pregnant or on your way to death.
