My appointment was on time. The nurse was very professional and so Doctor Stacey.He explained in details how the treatment would be.The place has a convenient localization and free parking.

If I could have left 0 stars I would have. They canceled and rescheduled appointments the day before because the doctor couldn’t be available after waiting over a Month for each appt. then scheduled to do an EMG and continued to cancel and reschedule that. Called several times to reschedule and haven’t received a call back. I have loved bon secours since day one but I will never ever recommend this office or their neurology department to any one.

Front desk was respectful, the nurse in back was super sweet..now for the red flags..nobody in the waiting room at prime time 1:30 .Then I heard doc hennessey almost arguing with the nurse about ME so I could hear every word before he even entering the room, in his words to chat with me himself about why I was referred by TWO different specialist just didnt make sense to him..smh seriously how about possibility of the quick onset of symptoms I have never had before at age 39 and how it effects my busy..productive..20 yr medical career life! Instead of requesting the information from the two specialists that sent me in that direction,that I said could be simply faxed over for his confusion,since he didnt have the information he wanted to argue about why they would send me to him.. umm I am the patient who also checked the freaking memory loss box (that is quickly declining past few months) and he just confused us both, while writing down his notes on this 1940 huge notepad..(wondering if that is also a privacy issue)Im not one to want to see any specialist, unfortunately like most I have been hit with medical problems that leave me with no choice but to follow doctors directions on who to see,to help me improve my quality of life and rule out any dangerous possibilities with new onset of scary symptoms.Stay away from this guy, he doesnt care/or have compassion about the patients at all!! Im Praying he finds happiness in his life and stops taking it out on people around him especially those looking for medical help!!! Advice...Wait for the right doctor..read the reviews..!!!

The front desk clerk and whomever supervises her seem to have a predisposition to decide who can and cant see their physicians. And it seems also that their tolerance for patient preoccupation and idiosyncrasy is limited, as apparently is their comprehension.I handed a sheaf of filled out papers to the desk clerk. I had attached a couple pages of printed material in the same format as the fill-in pages but printed rather than hand-written because of a decided decline in the legibiity of my writing. I suggested the clerk ask her office manager about the use of the printed pages. I left.I was called by someone else there because that same desk clerk now claims I was rude and threw the papers at her and hence these two have decided I am no longer welcome there and cant receive treatment. Interesting because I handed her the papers when I came in and never touched them again. So much for throwing them at her.Well, apparently the physicians have ceded medical decisions to front desk clerks. I would avoid this practice simply based on the inappropriate way a preoccupied patient was handled over a piece of paper.
