Where are you? I spent $400 for transition lenses and cannot get you to answer your phone (multiple voice messages left). I have visited your shop on multiple occasions as you stated you were in the midst of moving across the parking lot to another shop (in between Antonios and Game Stop). Where are you? My lenses have been popping out and my left lens is off center/focus. Today is Nov 6, 2020 and I have been making attempts since mid September 2020. Where are you?

Terrible! Don’t return phone calls, sign says open but door is locked. My parents gave them money for glasses and can’t get them because they don’t care about their patients, just want money. Terrible company

Went to Chester optical 6 weeks ago. The first pair of glasses I received the lenses kept popping out of the frame. After taking them back for a third time we decided on a different frame. That was two and a half weeks ago!! I have left voice mail messages, none of my calls have been returned . I went to the store yesterday( Monday 8-17-2020). Sign on door said they were closed. I would not recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances!!!!

Stole my money and closed the store.

Honestly couldn’t find a single reason why it would be rated low, staff was super kind and friendly, the atmosphere, for a glasses store, fitted, the work was done fast, and well especially since the glasses were pretty messed up. Definitely coming back here

Terrible!!! Hardly ever open. Returned glasses 3 times because lens kept falling out. Was unable to correct the problem and refused to issue a refund.

Horrible service. My child had the wrong lenses in them and the lenses popped out without even touching them.
