I just started going to this practice this year. I have had a great experience from day one. I see Dr. Leisner and she is amazing. The girls in optical are very patient and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them! Highly recommend!

Dr. Leisner takes her time answering my questions and I never feel rushed during my office visit. She explains everything throughly and in terms I understand. Doctor leesner is absolutely amazing he is very thorough he makes sure that you understand what it is that hes looking for, his findings and that you are comfortable and if not hes even willing to explain and get you through that absolutely amazing. Dr. Douglas is awesome! My dad started taking me to him when I was in 7th grade. I am currently 36 years old and travel across town to still see him once a year. He’s friendly, really knows his stuff, and always takes time to catch up on what’s happened over the past year. His staff is always super professional and friendly as well. Cant recommend them enough!

First time seeing an eye doctor in over 20 years. Very glad that I chose them. The staff was friendly and Dr. Douglas was great at explaining my vision, answered all my questions and most importantly made me feel comfortable with my decision on glasses.A little apprehensive going because of Covid19, but it was easy,. They have easy to read signs in the parking lot that tells you to call when you arrive, called and they checked me in without having to get out of my car. Doctors assistant called me and then came outside to bring me into the office.Cleaned the equipment prior to me using it and after, so I know it is clean.They also did not have a lot of people hanging around waiting to be seen. My niece is terrified right now about going anywhere due to Covid19, but she is going to go see them for her eye checkup now that I have been. I would not recommend this place. After my husband had his eye appointment, he ordered glasses in January 2020. He was told they would be ready in 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks had passed, and he heard nothing he called and they told him theyd be there in a few days. This process continued for over a month where every time he called about where his glasses were they told him theyd be delivered but they never came. It seems like their office never placed the order because we could never get a true status on the glasses. Their office just gave us the run around. After waiting OVER 1 MONTH we gave up and requested a refund for the glasses and took our business elsewhere where they could actually place an order on glasses and get them back to their customer in a decent time frame.

This was my very first eye exam and it was a very positive experience for me. I am so sorry that I can not remember my Doctors name but she is very Young, extremely Professional, polished & well spoken. She explained everything very throughly.The office is EXTREMELY clean , art deco & just beautiful to look at. Great experience. I am definitely going back.

Love this eye Dr office and optical shop. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. The wait is usually short and the optical shop has a good selection. The opticians are very professional and good at what hey do. The explain the cost of everything and what part insurance covers. I highly recommend this practice.

I went here for my first eye appointment in a long time. I Had such a good experience! Everyone was nice and knowledgeable. I love that they have an eye glass shop there that you can browse. I found some cool glasses that I can’t wait to get!

Beautiful office and nice staff. Their selection of glasses were expensive compared to online so we decided to order them for my teenager but when we got the Rx for her glasses, the PD was blank. This was never explained during the visit only after I noticed it was blank the manager said they charge extra for it and when I mentioned we most likely wouldnt be back, she just said OK. Perhaps we have just been lucky at previous offices who provided the PD at no extra charge.

Love this location because the staff is very friendly and the office is very comfortable. This is a LASIK related office so it was helpful to follow-up with my same doctor after my surgery. I have recommended them several times to friends.

The entire experience from start to finish was great. I was early and they were able to start my exam right away and when it was time to pick out my frame and order my glasses, everything was perfect.

Started coming here last year for an eye issue. Went to 3 optometrists to find out why i couldnt get the right perscription. My first visit, Dr Leisner found out that i had keratoconus and helped me find a better temporary perscription and referred me to a eye surgery center. The experience was extremely helpful and she was very personable. The staff are very welcoming and proffesional. Highly recommend!
