Good location with good people. I wish I hadn’t switched it over to the CVS pharmacy at 1245 North Military Highway.

Terrible Customer service!!!!! There was a miscommunication between pharmacies and the employee here at cvs was so rude, not understanding nor helpful !!!! They Never have the same employees, I will not be returning!Save yourself the hassle and go else where!

When you call CVS Target pharmacy you can never get anyone on the phone or you are on hold so long you give up and just hang up.

Good luck contacting anyone on the phone.

As a person who is from out-of-town ---- on an unexpected matter, I was very grateful to the person who helped me have a prescription, which was sent from my doctor to the Winchester, VA CVS, filled and ready for pickup here in Chesapeake. Very pleasant staff. Thank you.

How do you keep someone in an emergency on hold for 30 minutes.. This is HORRIBLE. I guess its easy to do when its not your family in need.. Horrible customer service

Shaunda (hopefully I spelled that correctly) is absolutely wonderful. I started a new medication that wouldve cost $70 (per script) and she walked me through how to get a coupon that saved me $60! Thank you so much!
