I had a 9:00 appointment with the nurse for a simple TB test. I was called back at 9:47 and out by 9:48. My appointment took all of 60 seconds. There was no greeting or even an apology from the nurse for the extended wait. Not to mention that patients with flu shot appointments that came in after me were taken back by the same nurse way before me. I had to actually ask three times when I would finally be seen. Absolutely ridiculous!!!On another note, Dr. Vaccarella is great! Just don’t make an appointment for anything other than to see a doctor.

Dont bother calling them you wont get the time you been on the phone waiting for them to answer, back. Just request an appointment online and pray they call you. Spent about 90 minutes of my day calling them and waiting for someone to pickup at various times. Never got a single answer.

Dr Shick is great. The front office and nurses...not so much.1. They do not answer phones or voicemails. Ive resorted to contacting Bayview corporate to get a call back; Ive done facebook messages, and even once I was on hold 30+ min and ended up just walking in while still on hold. A person was at the front desk...not doing much.2. Nurses: no eye contact. You will hear get on the scale finger for pulse I dont know that they want to say more than 4 words to you.3. Ive waited 45 min. just be aware.That being said...I love Dr. Shick...but thats about it.

I have had good experiences with Dr. Shick, however, the staff at this office are in need of training. The nurses are incredibly rude. The nurse practitioner is also not knowledgeable. She wrote me a prescription for something that is over the counter. She messed up my husband’s blood pressure medication.But, the worst part was when my husband was sent for an emergency CTScan. He may have needed emergency surgery. It took 3 days and 4 or 5 phone calls in order to get someone to go to the fax machine and look at the results. Thank God he didn’t need surgery or he would have been dead by that point. The office staff needs to get it together.

Though Dr. Devon Shick is amazing, the desk staff and the answering service dont answer the phones for very long periods. What a shame. She and her nurse are fabulous. But to call that office is horrid. You just have to let Dr. Shick know when you speak with her about it.

Is amazing. This office is still capable of being incompetent even after we’ve switched providers. First thing, you can never get an appointment. And if you need one, expect to spend a minimum of 20, minutes on the phone. They also did not inform us that our doctor left the practice which left my toddler without a doctor. But don’t worry, they’re happy to send you to urgent care. Horrible bedside manner. The front desk staff has always been so rude. And here we are, 600 miles away, 8 phone calls later, and they still haven’t sent over my daughters shot records to her new pediatrician. Even though the peds have sent formal requests and I have called. What a joke. I see why our doctors left the practice. Avoid. Run. Don’t use any office under bayview if you want someone to care about your health.

Great Dr.’s...unfortunately the office staff is not. I have never been able to get a same day sick appointment here; not even with another Dr. As long as you are only looking for your yearly physical and med upkeep it’s fine. Just don’t get sick!

Been going here since it opened. They used to care about thier patients. Now never can get an appointment when you need one. They make no time for long time well established patients if they get severely sick. Patient First or ER for them. This place has no time for you.

I called in August 2019 to set up a first time appointment with Dr Bernans who was accepting new patients at that time. I was told the first available appointment was November so I scheduled a November appointment. On Oct. 28 I received a message that Dr. Bernans is not accepting new patients and I needed to call and choose another doctor.I called this morning and was put on hold for several minutes. Finally someone answered, said computer was frozen and to hold again. Waited several minutes. No one picked up.Ive decided to go to another practice. The phone time alone is enough to cause frustration. Obviously a poorly run office. Thats too bad since the doctors get good reviews.

The doctors at this office are great the staff are not. They frequently do not return calls. They have not canceled appointments at our request resulting in being charged for a no show to the appointment. The doctor made sure that we didnt have to pay for the missed appointment once we saw the doctor and explained what had happened. I have been left on hold for 20 mins and called from another phone and they pick up right away and answer my questions. This is just a few of the issues that Ive had with this office. Me and my wife see two different doctors at this office that we are very happy with, they are great. They just need new staff that follow through with what they are supposed to do.

Always professional. Staff is friendly and helpful. My physician is always willing to listen and answer questions. Shes not quick to force a prescription down your throat. Been a patient for 4 years now. No complaints.

Ive been going to Dr. Crisostomo for years. He is a great listener, addresses any concerns and gets strait to the point. My insurance was no longer accepted and I still went here. They offer a discount for self pay patients that pay same day. I would highly recommend this as a pcp office.

Very unprofessional receptionist/staff. After contacting my pharmacy to renew my prescriptions, I went Cedar Road Medical Associates to see why my prescriptions were not renewed. On my last visit in (June) with the Doctor I had him renew all of my scripts. I was told the Dr was on vacation and that I had to wait until he returned in a week and a half or make an appointment with another Dr.... I was then told that I really didnt need my medications and that I could do without them until my Dr returned.On my way home I received a call from Cedar Road Medical (not sure if it was a nurse or staff) stating that my prescription was ready for pick up. And was told that it was MY FAULT for not for not picking up my paper script when I first visited the office in June.Cedar Road Medical Doctors are good. Its a shame that they dont have a professional staff of staff manager to ensure patients are treated with respect.I do NOT recommend Cedar Road Associates.

Depends on the doctor. I normally see Dr. Schick, who is awesome, however she is out for several months due to her own medical issues. I made an appointment with Dr. Vaccarella. He straight up laughed in my face, referring to change my medication which is not working and then refused to sign a form that Dr. Schick promised to sign but didnt get to it before she left. Never have I felt so small and beat down. Dr. Vacarella was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. Overall, I would give this office 5 stars, the majority of the staff is kind and professional, and they don’t usually keep you waiting too long. But I will never have and appointment with Dr. vacarella again. He was horribly rude and quite literally laughed in my face.

Incredibly rude staff, long waits only to have a 10 minute appointment that the doc rushes through/half pays attention. I questioned a prescription based on information another doctor gave me (my son and I got each other ill) and one of the nurses, Joanna, told me I should just go to the other doctor then! Nothing wrong with verifying information, but she spoke in such a rude manner as if I had personally insulted her. If you choose to go here, be prepared to wait around for over an hour and a half to get seen (EVERY TIME), cold and brash nurses who act like they hate their job, rude lab staff, and doctors who are probably daydreaming about golf when they are listening to your health concerns. What a JOKE!

Front desk staff is horrible! They are Rude and unorganized. This has been the case for over a year now. I will be finding another PCP.

There is a receptionist that works here and she thinks the patient should be main reader while she is stuffing her face with food while she is taking to youShe got mad at me because I cant read her main while she was eating and helping at the same timeAnd she thought it was imparton to eat then help the patient
