The doctors here are great. However, the wait times are ridiculous. Not sure what is causing it, but last time I came in for simple blood work, I was waiting for about 45 minutes. And for my follow-up appointment, I was informed when I came in that they are running an hour behind. Could they not call the patients and let them know? Thankfully I do not have work today, but if I did, I would have had to reschedule. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Sandy and staff at the clinic set up for Vaccine distribution couldn’t have gone smoother. They were organized and professional and running ahead of schedule. My mother who is a senior didn’t have to wait a long time or stand which is so nice at her age. It was seamless start to finish. I think they should be the standard for the rest of the state! Great job Bayview!

This is about dr.regina tan-camacho. It takes forever to get a appointment with her even when youre sick or out of medication she wont refill them they always say you need to make an appointment with her. She is hardly there and takes forever to see her even when shes there. When you do go to your appointment she leaves you in the room and dont come back to see you.

This place will do ANYTHING to get money from you. Do you want your results from a test?You will need to make another appointment with them, just for them to tell you, you do/do not have said conditionLiterally 5 words. Almost any other doctors office makes your results accessible in a way which doesnt involve going in office so they can charge you for an office visit.I wanted my results for one of my tests, but was told I HAD TO go in office for them....only to be told 5 words, you do not have *condition*.This place is an absolute joke and care nothing about your health, only $$.But hey, whats new?

I wish I wouldve read the reviews before calling this place. I was in desperate need of a covid test for travel and when I made the appointment I asked if she knew the turn around of the results she told me she wasnt sure and I would have to ask the physician. I waited for my appointment time, asked the physician, and learned that I wouldnt have had my results in time so we decided to end the telehealth visit at that. A couple months later I get a bill for $130 … apparently you get charged just for speaking to the physician. ended up being a pretty expensive question. But seeing the other reviews I guess theyll do anything to get money.

Doctors are great but BAYVIEW PHYSICIANS GROUP not so much. We requested referral forms, documents to be faxed over etc and NOTHING gets done right. I will find another PCP even though the doctor is excellent

We, my husband and I are Bayview patients. We got notification about our appointment for Covid 19 vaccination. We went to the recommended place today . It was the most pleasant experience. Bayview Medical has done a superb job of getting their patients vaccinated in a timely manner. It was well organized without making the patient wait for long. This took place at Hilton Garden Inn at Suffolk. When my husband had a stroke and was admitted to Chesapeake Hospital once of the doctors taking careof him was employed by this group. We do not have insurance so I set up a payment plan with them for $100 month. When I called in early April to see if I could put a hold on the months payment due to being out of work from Covid 19 they then informedme they could not talk to me because the billwas in my husbands name, but they had no problem taking to me without his consent when I read giving them money. Fast forward to yesterday, May 19th 2020 and he gets a letter from a collection agency. Even though they have taken money out of our account (on my debt card) EVERY MONTH! I called the collection agency and paid the remaining $340 so it would not report to his credit report. Then, this bs office has the audacity to debit my card $100 this morning. So you send us to collections but still try to take your monthly payment. SCAMMERS! I will be reporting them to the BBB!

While I am happy with my Physicians (Drs Leadbeater and Nair),, I am extremely unhappy with Bayview Physician Services PC! I have been complaining for almost a decade about your companys inability to reflect accurate and COMPLETE information on billing statements. Each time I receive a billing statement I have to call your office to ask the same questions over and over. Why? Because you cant make one fundamental change to your billing statement that provides your customer with a complete understanding of what insurance companies you have billed, when you billed them, and the status of the billing action. DESPITE past assurances that this would be fixed, it obviously has not! Therefore, I posted this negative review to highlight your inaction and non-support. I am quite sure the companys leadership doesnt have a clue despite recent assurances from Ms. Milteer that the projected September 2020 delivery of a new software platform may fix the problem. The leadership team of P/T ANTHONY C CETRONE MD, ASST VP MICHAEL ABU-ABSI MD, ASST VP WILLIAM ADKINS, M.D. ASST VP ANDREW FEKETE MD, and Secretary MONICA L CETRONE RN NP-C (all listed as the principals in 2019 SCC filings)located at 3241 WESTERN BRANCH BLVD, CHESAPEAKE, VA, 23321 need to get a better understanding of customer expectations.

Dr Jefferson and Dr Maddren are the best, hands down. Both truly respect your decision as the patient. I have the utmost respect for both of those doctors. I cannot speak on any other doctors that are currently there, but these 2 are worth it.

Medical services are excellent, watch out for billing mistakes! Not only did they screw up the billing between Medicaid and Medicare, they billed Humana and Medicare then would not fix it, so in the end Medicaid denied the claim. Guess who has to pay the bill? Totally ridiculous. Avoid this group.

BEWARE! This is a review of Bayview Physicians Group as a whole...NOT this office or any office or doctor. They are very shady with their insurance billing. I saw a physician in February of 2018. Tricare paid their part in March 2018 and I paid the remainder in April 2018. However I just found out (March 2019) that in August 2018 their Tricare billing representative contacted Tricare inquiring about the claim and why Tricare didnt pay more. Tricare made an adjustment and Bayview received payment of almost $100 in September 2018. I was not notified that they owed me money. In fact it wasnt until I had to go claim by claim, date by date to see what the heck happened and why all of a sudden our cat cap was not longer met until I discovered the adjusted claim. This was after MANY phone calls with Tricare and requesting a cat cap review. When I contacted Bayview they were just like yup we owe you 94.75 and said they dont contact their patients when they are owed money. I will NEVER use a doctor who participates with this group again.

Terrible staff and unprofessional. Waited longer then my appointment was for. Staff there are very rude and not pleasant. I wouldnt recommend to anyone at all. Never again.

Do you not go to this physicians office. They over charge you any chance they get, and claim that they have the right to because you signed a sheet of paper. I went in for a yearly physical and it is covered free of charge but then i was charged additional fee because I asked a question about feeling fatigued and that was not covered under my yearly physical. Find a different doctors office.
