I went there for an emergency on a Friday evening and received exceptional service even though my dog had not been a patient previously. Everyone was very caring and professional. I was very pleased with the care we received that evening and the follow up the next day.

Hope Springs Vet is amazing. I was able to get an appointment within the week. I had to wait in my car while my little one went in due to COVID but otherwise the doctor called me and we were able to discuss his health and services while he was inside. They were caring and knowledgeable. And yes there was a decent coat but at the end of the day they’re your fur babies and it’s worth it for them to be healthy.10/10 would recommend.

My pup Bernie had an accident with his tail and needed a partial amputation. We brought him to Hope Springs to get him feeling better again! The vets, techs and front desk were incredibly nice, helpful and answered all of my questions. They made themselves available after surgery for any questions I had, and they were very straight forward about prices, recovery and how to contact them if we needed anything at all. Hope Springs made this scary experience that much easier. We will be coming back for all our care. :)

While the receptionist Harley was fantastic, I had a very rude and less than business like experience with Amber the manager. I was told verbally that our cat needed a distemper shot. I agreed to pay for that. I was not made aware that there would be a 30.00 PER animal fecal sample charge. (I had 2 pets boarding). Amber insisted I should’ve read the agreement and even laughed at me when I suggested that we split the cost of the 2 animals fecal charges for the sake of good business. The bottom line is I was not made aware of the fecal charges prior to boarding and then when challenged about the charges, there was a decline in professionalism and courtesy by manager Amber.

I have taken my kitten there numerous times and they are amazing. I have never received anything but the most amazing service from the doctors and the staff at Hope Springs. I dont think I could trust anyone else with my fur baby.

Great staff and service! They treat our pets with much love and great care while we travel. They let our 6 Russian tortoise, Melvin, walk about occasionally in the lobby - Im sure he LOVES that attention!

Our fur baby was never scared or intimidated to go in to Hope Springs. Everyone always greeted him with love and attention. Grooming service was wonderful. Always getting the cut just as I asked. And super friendly. The Veterinarian was very professional, knowledgeable and truthful. Explained all issues with clarity and concern for us and our pet. We knew exactly what had to be done without her telling us because of her deep explanation. Im so grateful for their compassion during the hardest time in our life. THANK YOU HOPE SPRINGS !!!

So disappointed over priced and not helpful even gave me back the wrong pet very disorganized and poor service they care more about money then they do about the animals. My understanding is it’s better at all their other locations but the great bridge location is a nightmare. If you love pet then I wouldn’t risk taking them to the cedar road location.

These are the best people to take care of my fur babies. They are knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Their in house grooming is also awesome and ours boys always come back to us looking so handsome.

Weve been using Hope Springs Veterinary for over 25 years. Always great care for our dogs. Dr Johnson has been our primary Vet for 10 years and two dogs. Very friendly and takes the time to keep us informed of our pets overall health and measures to take to keep her in top shape.

This is the most amazing vet. I take my dog here for normal veterinarian visits and for the boarding and dog daycare. She loves it there. The staff knows her and are so affectionate to her and the animals. It makes me so relieved to know that there is such a great vet so close to where we live. And the dog daycare is amazing! I like that they give breaks during the day to the dogs because my pup loves to take naps to be ready to go to play. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

This was my first appointment with my new puppy. I was nervous at first since the lobby is closed and we can’t go in. The way they handled the appointment was very thorough, and I was able to talk to the nurse and vet about any questions I had. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I even got a puppy kit which was really cool! I definitely trust them with my puppy’s health & well being.

A great vet! Very responsive and communicative, I had no questions unanswered by the end of my cats checkup. Everyone I spoke to was very patient and explained everything to me about my cats condition that I needed to know. I plan to make this vet my go-to for my cats needs.

I live out of town but took George my 6 month old puppy to Hope Spring and not only were they so sweet to George but they also were efficient. I was in and out in 30 minutes! I appreciate these doctors, staff, and business so very much.This morning, one of my pups had an allergic reaction to his vaccines. I rushed him back to the office, I was crazy and freaking out, and the staff and Dr. Williams took great care of him. Ive attached a photo of him... how he looked when I first brought him home, and how he looked hours later.This isnt the first time the office has helped a pup of mine in an emergency situation. Hope Springs Veterinary at Great Bridge is the best and I so appreciate what they do and how they love my fur babies. Thank you!!

LOVE Dr Ladell. She has been taking care of my furr kiddos for over 20 years. I drove 30 minutes to the Great Bridge location because she is here while the Diamond Springs location is being rebuilt. That is how AMAZING and CARING she is. Always does whats best for me amd my babies!

I took my dog/pug in two weeks ago because she struggles to breathe and she most likely need surgery. I have been told over and over that someone would email me a quote for surgery but I have not received a quote yet through email. I have called several times and I have been told the same thing. I have even asked for a manager to call me back which they have not. I feel like they are not concerned about the health of my dog at all. I paid to have her examined while I was made to stay in my car ( I’ve had both of my Covid vaccines done over two months ago and had a mask on) so I have no idea what they really did but I know they have not done anything to help her at this point. I used to take my other dog there that has since passed away 5 years ago and I never had any problems. I am VERY disappointed and I’ll never take any of my pets there again.

We woke up to my dog having loose and bloody stools. We’re able to get into the vet immediately. They were very thorough, professional, and caring. Within 24 hours of her visit she was back to normal.The vet could not confirm, but she may have drank some plant water with “non-toxic” fertilizer in it.I would definitely recommend them

In these current times, it is hard to find service that is both professional and compassionate. Hope Springs treated our beloved Daisy like family from the moment of her arrival. The entire team is warm, responsive and true masters of their craft.We had called our primary vet who were not able to give us an appointment for over a week, had reffered us to one of the most expensive specialist in the area, and had told us that specialist is really the only one who could help us. We called that specialist who also had a three week wait just for her initial appointment, and did not include her surgery.When discovering a mass in the mouth of your dog, time can be critical.I decided to call around, and 10 other vets were not willing to squeeze daisy in, or simply could not provide the service we needed.And then... Hope Springs heard our plea, got us an appointment that night, and went out of their way to get us a surgery appointment the next day!We were called before Daisy went in, after to let us know she was ok, and received a follow up text the next morning.We have made the decision to use Hope Springs as our new primary and wonder how or why we never used them before.Thank You Hope Springs for your life saving, compassionate and heartfelt care of our little girl. We will be forever grateful!

I am very happy with Hope Springs as they have treated my dog extremely well and have ensured while I adopted my new dog that he was vaccinated fully while getting him chipped and neutered. The vet talked me through all my questions and also provided various options for flea and tick and preventative heart worm meds. During covid all visits are curbside/over the phone.

Hope springs is an outstanding veterinarian and dog groomer we were recommended to them about 2 years ago highly highly recommended outstanding service employees are very polite never have an issue with anything The grooming is unbelievable from nail trimming to the bath we take our dog Athena and every time its time to go get a grooming we say lets go see your friends and her ears poke right up super super friendly atmosphere.

When we knew we were adding a pup to our family we visited three different vets. While we liked all of them, there was just a little something extra here we felt. Our pup is only 6 months old, so we can only speak to our puppy vaccine visits, getting him micro-chipped and most recently his neutering - but we always feel comfortable and confident with the care at Hope Springs. It has that well run company feel combined with the personality of a mom & pop (which is personally exactly what we were looking for). I feel like they try to build a relationship with you and your animal. While everyone weve encountered is nice, Autumn is AMAZING and she deserves a shout-out!!

Ive been taking my mini long hair dachshund here since I first got her at 10 weeks old. They are amazing and she is never scared or unsure when going. They do seem a bit expensive at times i had to take my baby to local peta for spaying because I couldnt afford almost 800 but for everything else this place is worth the money for sure. They are not pushy or rude about questions or concerns. They ALWAYS ask for 2 days after she is seen how she is doing! Awesome job Hope Springs!

My pet was always a top priority, I have 3 pets- 2 with serious issues. They are my home away from home. Love them! When I occasionally board my dog, they have doggy day care group play. She loves it!

Very disappointed! I have posted rave reviews about this vet hospital many times. Im sad to say my last visit was remarkably bad. We called the curbside service number when we arrived to pickup dog meds ordered the day before. No answer. After waiting another 15 minutes, hubby tried to flag the curbside attendant to let her know we had tried to contact them via the phone, as directed. Attendant ignored him and walked inside. After waiting another 15 minutes, my husband left without getting the meds for our dog. I called the next day to relay this disappointment to the staff, and was met with a tone of disbelief and the explanation that they had been having a team meeting and were overwhelmed with customers during that time. May I make a suggestion? If that ever happens again, make an all hands on deck request, WHILE YOUR STAFF IS PRESENT, AND RESUME THE MEETING WHEN YOUR CLIENT WAVE HAS SUBSIDED! very disappointing.

My boy Tucker was boarded for 12 days and I could not be more happy and pleased with his care. I especially appreciated the texts and photos!!!!

Ive loved my experience with Hope Springs Vet! They have been an amazing resource in regards to my pets health, and they have really bonded with my dog Sirius. When I tell him its time to go to the doctor, he cant get in the car fast enough. We boarded him when my husband graduated out of town, and they were so thoughtful and sent pictures and updates any time I asked. I cant say enough positive things about the staff and doctors, most especially Dr. Robinson - she is amazing!! I thought wed never get my dogs allergies controlled, but she never gave up and hes looking better than ever! My family and I will be clients of Hope Springs for life!

I have taken my pets to the great bridge location for 3 years. Dr. Williams, Dr. Robinson, their vet techs and administrative staff are phenomenal. I have 2 sphynxes and they know about their specific care needs. When they are unsure, they research and consult colleagues. I also lost a cat to old age/kidney failure and the staff provided my family and I compassionate care during that time. I’m able to email and call and receive timely responses. I will continue to bring my pets here.

We had nine 8 week old puppies to be seen. It was a long appointment, but everything went well. Dr Johnson was very thorough I will definitely be returning to this location.

Needed to switch vets so I did some research and heard nothing but positive feedback about Hope Springs Veterinary at Great Bridge.I have only been taking my poodle to them for about 2 months but because she had some issues and also was in need of getting her yearly shots we have gone several times already. Everyone I met was so nice and understanding with whatever the issues was at the time. Dr. Robinson is very knowledgeable, compassionate, patient and caring.

I was kept so informed with each step. I felt bad letting my new rescue go in without me (curb side) but he went in happy and returned to me happy. They also did a courtesy check up to see how he was the day after his shots.

Such a great practice. With COVID you can’t currently go in with your pets, but they made it a point to text me photos of my pet while they were with the vet. They called multiple times to fill me in and were very great with keeping me informed. This was my puppies first visit after getting them from the breeder and they made me feel so comfortable even from waiting in my vehicle. They have the system down pat with all the obstacles COVID has thrown at them. Wouldn’t trust anyone else like I trust them.

Everyone was great. I felt like DJ was well taken care of. As always love Dr. Johnson. I didnt feel they were as rushed as the Diamond Springs location. I felt like the workers were glad we came there for their service.

Hope Springs Vet is awesome the staff is great!The vets are wonderful especially Dr. Robinson she is very professional and caring. She was very supportive when my baby Diamond took a turn for the worse and she had to leave to go out of town. We lost Diamond that weekend but she called to express her sympathy for our lost and that meant the world to us. She now takes care of my baby Onix who is 18 yrs old and more than a handful with everyone at this office. I have also switched my 17 year old poodle Kobe to this office because of a bad experience from his previous vet but they are getting him back on track. Its wonderful to know no matter how old my babies get this vet takes the time to care for them like they are young pups. Keep up the good work and thank you for all you do!

Hope Springs has been the best place for our pups. They were so sweet when we had to put our older dogs down and now we are getting a puppy and of course we are taking him to Hope Springs. Great customer service and they seem to really take pride in their job and it shows.

I have 4 dogs and they have taken excellent care of all of them. Not just the same doctor or techs. I have been privileged to have dealt with almost everyone. They have always been polite and upfront and never backed us into a corner. Recently one of our dogs got spayed, they texted and called to check up on her. Even when my one dog got sick they took the time to check on him. Absolutely great service and worth the price

I was told on the phone prior to making the appointment that there was a veterinarian on staff that preformed rabbit spayings. I informed them that I really needed a quote for the spaying up front, because I had already taken my rabbit to another vet for an $81 exam, only to find out that the spaying was out of my budget. The lady quoted me a price of “up to $350.” I then agreed to make an appointment to an exam visit. Once there, the vet tells me that they no longer do rabbit spayings at that office and tells me to call their “sister site”. She said they would send my rabbit’s exam info over to them and she would not need another exam. I called the other site to get a quote she said it would be anywhere from $300 to $500 dollars and that she would need another exam first, even with the paperwork!! Now I am on a VERY long waiting list with Norfolk SPCA to get her spayed. This is ridiculous. I am trying to do the right thing as a pet owner and I really believe these vets are ripping people off.

The vets are very knowledgeable, and will take their time with your pet.They only earn two stars from me because in the last week, my Newfoundland became ill, unable to use his back legs. When I called to discuss bringing him in, I was sent to Bluepearl. Monday it was because they were closing in an hour. Tuesday ALL the doctors were leaving two hours early for a Continuing Education class. So, instead of having his vet of almost ten years, he was put to sleep at the emergency vet. Very upsetting and disappointing for my husband and I.(I couldnt take him myself for personal reasons.)

Really accommodating staff. Surprisingly affordable. I think it was only 54 for the visit and they clinically diagnosed a large mass as just a cyst, saving me a few hundred on pathology. And I think the diagnosis was like 60 ish. I would recommend them and will be returning to them with my mastiff.

First visit at Cedar Rd. was fine under the circumstances.

Everything about our experience here with our little puppy and his emergency couldn’t have been any better! The staff were very friendly and informative. Dr. K is an amazing doctor he really made me feel comfortable, like he was operating on my child, my puppy! I needed to be seen right away and thankfully I was able to get in and scheduled my puppy’s surgery for the next day. It could have been detrimental for him if we had waited or couldn’t see a vet right away!!

So pleased with Hope Springs, initially we had to go to the Diamond Springs location due to scheduling. However, the Great Bridge location is right around the corner from the house. Each place has a a very welcoming and clean environment. The Customer Service is absolutely top notch and the ladies always have big smiles on their face to greet you. We are truly happy with the service Dax has received. Thank you Hope Springs!

I like this vet and they are very sweet , but since covid started you cant go in with the animal and I have a very skiddish dog without me there , with me shes fine, they took her in for a rabies shot and brought her right back out , lady that brought her out said they only had time to do the shot, she was too scared, but then they billed me for the exam and the shot, the exam I know she didnt get and questioned it but was still billed for it. There wasnt even a weight on her rabies paperwork.

Great place, clean, Vets and staff are friendly! I dont think they have a shared db w/ Sajo Farms. Curbside is a great service, hopefully they keep it long-term.

They are the best. Everyone is so friendly and their customer service is excellent. They make you feel welcomed and appreciated as soon as you walk in the door. Booking appointments whether seeing the vet or groomer is always a breeze. The staff, groomers, techs, and vets are all knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make your visit as enjoyable as possible and even my grumpy old dog loves them. The vets take their time to answer questions and explain what’s going on with your pet so you never feel rushed. Can’t say enough good about them, but I’m so glad I switched to Hope Springs!

Do yourself a favor and make sure that you ask this business for their prices before you agree for services. I made the mistake and did not and received a very high bill for a routine exam, vaccinations and blood test. Very disappointed that they were not more upfront with pricing.
