11:15AM appointment, Dr. Florence arrived to her office at 11:30am. The Dr. showed up to work 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. She had patients ahead of me so I was seen by the doctor over an hour after my appointment was scheduled. My appointment was delayed not by a busy, over booked schedule but instead because the doctor was unable to show up to her practice on time. Unacceptable

Very unprofessional , front desk office VERY RUDE, make promises to call you and never call you back. Dont return phone call messages. Will not forward needed information that impacts your health care to needed doctors as promised! Office is very antiquated with keeping up with your medical records. I would not recommend this doctors office to anyone that is use to professional care. Please be proactive about receiving quality health care. If I could give zero stars I would!

I had Dr Paragas for a year. Her assistance are sometimes incompetent and at times hard at taking specific requests. On two occasions, she failed to provide me logical help. I had knee replacement surgery on 21 Apr 21. I came home and had the hiccups ever since. I called her after 4 days of persistent hiccups. Instead of refering me to a gastrologist, she blew me off and said drink ginger ale. Everybody knows you dont drink acidic beverages for a gastric problem. Im going to look for another physician.

Dr. Florence Paragas herself is fine. She does work with you and recommends decent treatment as do the other assistant doctors there. I dont like the front desk or whoever handles the referrals for seeing a specialist. Theres always been a problem setting me up to see a gastroenterologist or an ENT. This went on from January up to April of this year. I finally called the specialists myself and set up my own damn appointments. I managed to schedule an appointment without any problems with both doctors. As I said before Dr.Florence Paragas herself is fine but her staff is another story.

~Love the staff and nurse practitioner Donna Bradshaw is super sweet and takes her Time to help her patients AS INDIVIDUALS... They throughly bring the TRUE meaning/ethics of medicine back to reality.! 🖤 Dr. Paragas is amazing and very considerate ❣️ both providers have OUTSTANDING bedside manners, and care plans are pratical. Thanks again ladies

If you are military or anybody for that matter, stray away from this doctor. Her staff will treat you poorly and act condescending towards you. I tried to make an appointment today and her staff member, Lydia, started asking me sensitive medical information that I did not feel comfortable answering. She asked me condescendingly if I have been to a doctors office before. I told her I will not give her the information through the phone since I have not seen the doctor yet (I was trying to change my doctor) and I will gladly talk to the doctor and tell her my information or stop by the office and give the information they needed. She told me if I would not give any information to her on the phone, then I need to tell my insurance to change my doctor. Maybe the doctor is great, but the way the staff presents themselves reflects on the doctor and makes the doctor look terrible. Thanks to Lydia, Doctor Paragas probably had many patients that were detered from her practice. I would highly discourage anyone from going to this doctor because the staff will treat you inhumanely.

As a military retiree and having Tricare, my son had an appointment with them. When he got there to his first appointment he provided his dependant ID and Tricare card with all the required information. They refused to see my son unless we provided my SSN (which is not required per Tricare policy) they kept telling me it was and I needed to provide it. I provided with objection since I was strong armed into providing it or else my son would not be seen and they would withhold medical care. The front office lady we spoke with, Raina, who forwarded us to billing, Nannette, who stated it was policy from Tricare and that they would not see my son without it. I immediately called Tricare and reported them and the Tricare rep even agreed that the SSN is NOT required by Tricare.I will strongly recommend anyone go to another service provider. Until their front office and Billing Staff are familiar with the policies of the insurance they take.
