Office staff very friendly and courteous! Very clean and diligent about practicing safety. Dental hygienist is great. Very friendly and patient! Taught me how to floss correctly. All these years Ive been doing it wrong. Dr. Sotack is very personable and gentle! Explains everything during procedure to make you feel comfortable and informed. I came here initially in an emergency with abscess and a lot of pain. Everyone was genuinely kind and understanding. The next visit and the next visit the same. Great Experience!!!

Professional and friendly service from the time I entered the door. Due to COVID restrictions you must call the office once you arrive. Staff promptly met me at the door, conducted my COVID screening, had me sanitize my hands and I had a seat in the waiting room (only one in the room). Within 2 minutes, I was called back and started my cleaning. I arrived early for my appointment and was called in early as well. No waiting which was a pleasant surprise. Anna, the Hygienist, was awesome and did a great job. Dr. Sotack came by at the end of my visit to make sure all was well. I felt self and the office is conducting strict hygiene practices. A great experience all around.

I feel like Im going to see friends every time Im there. Today was our first day here and it was awesome! We had NO wait and the staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable. The paperless paperwork I had to complete on a computer did not take long at all and the second I was done, they called our daughter back. I am very happy with our new dentist!

Weve gone to Dr. Sotacs office for years as the office took our insurance. Our visits were always pleasant. This year, however, for the first time we received a bill for the service. After calling three times to inquire (failed promises to get back to us the first two times) we were told that the insurance company changed coverage that the Dr.s office knew about and that was the reason for denial of coverage. After asking why the Dr.s office didnt notify us, we were told that its not their job to tell us and that we should check coverage before each visit. Moreover, while having this discussion, the front desk person became increasingly rude and kept talking over me. Ironically, while cutting me off, she kept saying that she is being polite. At one point she tried to tell me that it was just a $200+ charge only and that her husband had to pay thousands recently, so therefore I shouldnt be so upset. Perhaps, had she listened instead of talking over me, she would have realized that my issue wasnt with the $, but the lack of communication and, later, fingerprinting.

The office staff and Dr. Sotack is super friendly and knowledgeable. I had zero wait time and my teeth never felt so clean. I definitely would recommend ... great experience at a dentist (fillings and all).

Great first time experience no wait, clean office, and a wonderful staff. Dr. Sotak was vrry attentive spent quality time with me and shared many great options overlooked by previous dentists.

Horrible experience. She was doing work on me and my numbing was wearing off and I let her know, all she said was “it’s okay I’m almost done” 5 mins later I was in tears while she was still working on my teeth. Never apologized, just asked for my money and went on to her next appointment. Save yourself the pain, and go somewhere else
