Best dental experience I have ever had. Laurie was amazing. Her initial greeting was warm and caring. She was very professional as she reviewed all my medical information. She asked if I had any concerns before beginning my cleaning and checking. As she worked , she explained each step. Her attention to detail was amazing. I have had very positive experiences with previous Dental Hygienists, but Laurie was by far the best that I have ever had.

My adult sons have been going here since they left their pediatric dentist. They always say how nice everyone is and how gentle they are when having their teeth cleaned. Now my husband and I are going here also. Today was my first visit and I instantly fell in love with everyone. I do have dentist anxiety but my fears where put to rest the moment I stepped foot in the office. My teeth were cleaned and the hygienist was so gentle. I was extremely impressed with the Thomas dental office. The building itself is beautiful and the inside is just as impressive as the outside. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. They made the social distancing check-in painless. The equipment they use is state of the art from the digital x-rays to the cameras they use to take photos of the inside of your mouth. Wonderful staff, tremendous dentists! Unfortunately, I loathe going to the dentist. Always have, always will. Too many teenage root canals due to street hockey injuries so I’m emotionally biased against anybody working in my mouth. But, if you have to trust your dental health & hygiene to anyone else, Drs. The care my wife (who is handicap) andI have received has been exceptional. The staff and doctors are very caring, friendly and accommodating. The dentist always kept me informed on what was being done and throughout the procedures, I would be asked if I was experiencing any discomfort, which I never did. Once I needed a crown installed on an implant. The first crown did not fit perfectly. I could not see any defect, but the dentist had the crown replaced and later the replacement crown was quickly installed. Without any reservation, I highly recommend Thomas and Thomas of Great Bridge Dental.

I am a self proclaimed chicken in the dentist chair. After a traumatic experience as a child I have lived with fear of going to the dentist for over 40 years. At 50 years old I knew I would be in for a lot of trouble if I didn’t tackle this situation. I reached out to neighbors through the Nextoor app and Thomas and Thomas was highly recommended. They nailed it! Due to the peaceful calm nature of the people that work there I made it through my dentist appointment without passing out. That is a miracle! I could not be happier. Considering we have made the decision to retire in this area I am very pleased to say “I have found my dentist”.

We LOVE the Drs Thomases and Dr Holwick and their entire staff. All of my kids do very well with them.My oldest is autistic and going to the dentist was epicly hard. Before we moved to this area we had to do all of his dentistry under sedation at the hospital. I told the staff here about him before out first visit. They were very good with him. I am still rather astonished how calm he is now. I dont even have to go back with him (I usually do, but he is fine without me now). They opened thier office, literally in the middle of the night, and saw my youngest when we had an emergency. They were so kind. A few years ago our insurance changed and Thomas, Thomas and Holwick became out of network but we continued here. Frankly, I was sick at the thought of changing to another dental practice. I talked with their office staff about it and it turns out we dont pay anymore being out of network. I know there are plenty of great dentists out there, but we really LOVE Drs Thomas, Thomas and Holwick. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Holwick and his assistant Heather were great. They explained everything as they went through the procedure to put a temporary crown on a tooth and prepare for the final one. They were friendly and answered any questions I asked completely. They took their time to make sure everything was done right and that I was comfortable with the work while it was performed. I would highly recommend them. I have been going there for over 20 years and all of the staff are great and professional.

I know what happens behind the scenes here and I trust them completely! My hygienist, Rindy, did a fantastic job. (The other hygienists are great too! ) Mrs. Dr. Thomas did a thorough exam, peppered with her soothing and entertaining commentary. Tori , my dental assistant, was very competent at reviewing my health history and taking my x-ray images. Covid protocols are being implemented at a degree greater than any doctor visit I have been to, so I felt safe! They have been consistent through the years and I highly recommend them to patients of any age!

Drs Thomas, Thomas and Holwick have met my dental needs for 26 years. Every staff member is excellent at their jobs. I love the text reminders, they give estimates for dental work so you know exactly what insurance willPay and what the copay will be. The doctors are thorough and precise. The technicians are personable and gentle. I have never been afraid of sitting in the chair with any of them. All the docs will explain a procedure to your satisfaction so you are comfortable with the decision you make about what is happening in your mouth. They are professionals in every sense of the word- interested in your overall health and making sure you keep the teeth you have. Hopefully they never retire because leaving them would be traumatic.
