Luxury Nails was a disappointment. We had an appointment scheduled for pedicures and no one attended to us for about 20+ minutes. Mind you, this was while they continued to take walk-ins. A Nail tech then put our feet in the water for pedicures and left us for another 10+ ninutes. When another nail tech saw us drying our feet and about to leave, she said Oh, I can help you! We were very upset by that time and wanted nothing else to do with this establishment! Needless to say we will not be repeat customers, nor will we reccomend them to anyone else!

FINALLY! a place I am happy with... I have been back in Hampton Roads since Feb. 2018. I have been to a dozen different nail salons and none of them came close to making me happy! Thank you so much Christina for doing an awesome job on my dip powder manicure!! You took the time to make my nails beautiful 😍. I have finally found my forever nail salon!!

This place is amazing! 👏 Ive been coming here for 3 years now. The establishment is clean and relaxing, the staff is professional and friendly, and the work they do is excellent.

Came here for a fill in. They charged an extra $21 to work with already shaped coffin style nails. How do you get paid for “shaping” when someone else shaped them?

I will only ever get my nails done here! I go to Tiffani and Jenny, they are fantastic!

I got my feet done yesterday with gel polish 2 hours later the polish was coming off on 2 toes. I called to tell them. They said come at 11 tomorrow to fix it. I came and had to wait 45 min just to be seen with the appointment.

I made an appointment for two fills at 5. We get there at 450 and dont get seen till 550. My friend asked for a certain design like that water color look and the girl put 4 colors like a checker board. My friend asked her why it didnt look like the design sample on her display and the tech said she didnt remember how she did that.... So my friend asked her to take it off and the technicians whole demeanor changed like she got really upset. Got really short with her for the rest of the time. My tech was ok. There was paint all over my cuticles and he didnt do a final buff before paint so they are super bumpy. We arent coming back.

If i could do no stars i would. I’m a continuous person when coming to get my nails done. I had been to get my nails done there before but the young man i had this certain time couldn’t do what i asked of him. I asked him to have my full set ombré, natural looking with a nice shape none of which he could do. He then proceeded to tell me that he wouldn’t do my nails after this time. And i asked was it because he couldn’t take criticism? He stated no then asked me to go. Without finishing my nails. I politely got up and walked out furious of this half @$$ job he just did. I needed my nails done for my fathers funeral and i felt he was very unprofessional and uneducated on how to do anything but basic nails. Now I’m driving around looking for someone to finish his unfinished work. I will never be returning but i thought it should be put out there as not a consistent customer. Good luck with you all whom choose to go.

Initially heard great things about this place & it’s convenient. First service was a pedicure and last 2 services were a manicure with dip nail color. Both dip colors turned out horribly and were at times when I wanted to have a nice set of nails for a party and a professional conference. Not even 24 hours later and my nails are chipping - they didn’t go all the way to the end of nail bed and I have streaks of color on my fingers.I won’t be returning or referring anyone - don’t waste your time or money.

Accepts walk ins. Asked what services I needed. Sat and waited and was asked to come back tomorrow as a result of being booked after 4 pm in which I arrived at 3:45.

3 starts for atmosphere. Mother had to finish daughters job. Mother did an awesome job but not like my usual guy from my usual place. He moved and left me crushed. All those who have a their techs know what I mean.

Very pleased. This is my 4th nail salon since moving to VA this June. Second appt and Tiffany is doing an awesome job. Im sending my daughter to them when she comes hm from college for Christmas break. Finally think I found a nail salon I can call hm

Very good nail salon. Ask for Jenny when doing acrylics. She’ll keep you entertained but make sure you’re having a good experience. Long wait so I recommend an appointment.

I got my nails done at another salon on Monday since I am currently visiting my family and needed a touch up. I love dip powder and wanted to get my nails redone since Ive been home for 2 weeks. The dip only lasted 3 days before they cracked so I decided to research some nail salons near my house in Chesapeake. I found luxury and decided to try them out today Saturday July 7. The atmosphere was welcoming, very courteous, two wonderful ladies completed my nails and can I say wow, they did exactly what I wanted for the dip nails and just like my nail guru in Texas! Thanks ladies I will definitely return to your salon when I come visit home again!

I have been going there for a long time now and every time it is great!! If you are a gel person its even better. I am not sure about the other workers, but Jenny and Shelly are the two I would go to. Anyone who sees my nails after they have been done, has asked if one of the two did it. Just remember you get what you pay for. They may cost a little bit more than others but its well worth it. My nails last at least 3 to almost 4 weeks. Jenny and Shelly are well known and they can relate to you in almost every way.

Amazing customer service I believe he told me his name was chris.. hes a nail sculpting perfectionist and I loved it!!! There was a lady there that did my nail polish design we had to compromise my orginal idea but that was totally fine because I love these way better anyways... I want to post pictures but Im trying to figure out how lol.. pictures coming soon..hopefully

I have come here a few times usually busy but worth the wait. They dont rush the ladies are pleasant and do a good job. My gel polish last longer here than any other place Ive gone too.

Lin took care of me and was so sweet on my first visit here getting a manicure. Will definitely be coming back. Awesome work and friendly staff!

Very pricey since the pandemic I want to leave but I stay because going here I know I don’t have to come back for a month. My motto you get what you pay for!!

I just moved into the area and was looking for a new nail place, this was the best far as the good reviews. Tiffany did a great job with my mani & pedi, she was so cool and sweet. Jenny ( I believe ) was so helpful as well. Me and my mom was definitely sastified we will be returning😍💞

I went in for a pink and white full set. Walked in at 1. Came out at 3:45. The nail lady messed up and had to fix it. I asked about a discount for the inconvenience of it taking so long and they declined. I wont be going back. I wouldnt recommend anyone going there. They dont accommodate for their mistake. 2 hours and 45 minutes in that chair. Poor customer service. Id give zero stars if it were an option.

Paid 60 dollars for a FILL . Not even a new set , they did not notify me of all the extra charges . Less than 24 hours later the paint is chipping off and is easily scratched away . Came in to get them fixed and they messed up my nails even worse and did not refund me . I now will have to go get my nails redone at another salon . I would never recommend this place to anyone . Poor customer service and Poor quality. 0 out of 5 stars.

My first time here. This shop is extremely quiet. I almost didnt want to laugh. Over all the service was great. The staff is very nice. Gel is expensive here but once you go gel you cant go back to regular. Lol. The shop itself is beautiful. Very Clean. It was sooo quiet lol. Would I go back. For sure.
