The service I have received here was impeccable! There entire staff made this process easy with their knowledge and top notch customer service skills. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would! I purchase eyes glasses from 1401 Greenbrier Parkway, Ste 2112 @ Chesapeake Virginia. (Greenbrier mall ). I got convince to buy another one August 14. One week passed Lenscrafters didnt call, 2nd week passed and still didnt call. I didnt call because I thought as a company that wanted business will have good customer service with good courtesy. Until last night, my husband called LensCrafters and an employee told him that they have called and text us. I have NOT receive or have NOT get any TEXT from them. So today September 4, 2020 I went Lenscrafters. There are 3 women at the place. I told them that i am picking up my sunglasses. An African American asked my name so I told her. I told them that Ive been waiting for my glasses for such a long time now. Then a Caucasian lady took over (which I later found her name Stacy foster), With a body language, change the position of her toes sway her body left to right and told me well, we called and texted you. I told her that we havent received any calls or any text. We were all wearing our mask. Stacy never sit in the chair to assist me with my glasses. An Asian employee came and sat down and assisted me. This Asian lady was talking in Tagalog language ( a dialect that I speak as well )(Filipino). But I told her to speak English so we wont be ignorant. You know why, I said that because Stacy still besides us with a look in her face. I am trying to explain why in the world that your customer service sucks (sorry for that). I spent nearly $900.00 dollars and this is what I got.!!! While I was still talking to this (employee) Asian lady, Stacy said, what do you want us to do?. Actually what I am waiting for them is to apologize for their action. Stacy said the apology almost to the end of the glasses fitting. If only at the beginning that she had said that apology word it would have been different. atmosphere. What I can only say for your customer service Lenscrafters is only nice when theyre trying to get your business, and then when they get your business, the customer service goes bye bye!!! Your slogan said Lifelong Customer Service I wonder what that means, Lifelong Wait to get Your glasses Give me some justice for my glasses (from August 14th to Sept. 4 )

Awesome customer service....have been on two seperate occasions with elderly parents. All the staff that assited my parents were patient and attentive and did not rush the process. Everything was explained and taken at the pace dictated by the customer. This meant a lot since my father has dementia. Thank you for such wonderful service.

Really love this particular store. We have been knowing for years. Occasionally, there is a small wait, but most definitely worth it. The staff is pleasant and friendly and the manager is knowledgeable and is ALWAYS helpful, supportive when we have any issues. She goes out of her way to maximize special offers, in coordination with my insurance. Highly recommend.And the Lenscrafter warranty plan on their glasses cant be beat!!

I was at the Lens Crafters branch in Greebrier Mall and the services were excellent. The doctor who performed my eye exam and the sales attendant were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them if you need glasses.

I needed to get my eyeglass prescription filled and had been to two stores before Lenscrafters. The other stores were too understaffed and busy to handle customers. one clerk was so rude I walked away..At Lenscrafters I found the nicest people, good selection and took my time. I was also given the time needed to be measured and place my order.

Service and sales representative was very very good “but” the selection was way way too low... was not high pressure, and the mall isn’t busy on weekdays, so I got all I could get outta what was available. The optometrist doctors office next to it is a nice group, I used them too, and I’d suggest you to use them both, especially if you have vision insurance. They were fast on the claim and I came out of pocket $15 on the exam and $99 for the full set of Versace glasses with the lenses. So, I’m happy.

Went in today for some screw replacement and new lenses and walked out with two new pairs. Worked with Angela and Trisha, great customer service skills, fun to talk to and joke with. They were polite, helpful, and sensible about the prices and process. They understood what I needed and did what they could to give me the best fit and bang for the buck. Made the whole experience very enjoyable.

Place is okay for price, but they didnt explain very well what the overall health of my eyes were; got my prescription, but they didnt give me my Pupil distance on my prescription (which is just as important as anything else on the prescription), and then they told me that I had to spend another 10 dollars after paying 129 out of pocket in order to get my Pupil distance. I didnt really enjoy my overall experience.

I have Ms. Evelyn always helping me and shes a great helping from choosing glasses all the way to helping with issues on billing. I also want to make a special mention to Lachlyn for helping me resolve an ongoing issue with the promotional purchase. They almost lost me as a customer but I might give LensCrafters another chance ☺️

Front desk staff needs more training. We scheduled appt and upon arrival was told the doctor is OON. We clearly asked the staff to check this prior to setting appt and was givn the green light. complete waste of time.

They were extremely helpful. I left with my exam done in no time , a brand new pair of contact lenses, and a smile ! I will definitely be going there from now on .

Impressive friendly and professional service!

Said they were taking walk-ins! Sometime last week i Waited 2 1/2 hrs. When it was FINALLY my turn, they took in the one that has an appointment at 1pm when it was only 12:40! Some BS! I walked out. Then they had a nerve to claim it from my insurance! If there’s a zero or a negative i would give them negative for review!

Called to inquire about insurance and to make an appointment for my wife and I, the representative (Evelyn) that answered the phone was extremely short and responding to my questions and effectively rude. I dont normally post reviews, but when hung the phone up on me crossed the line.

I was asked to visit another local store in order to exchange/return glasses I did not like (after one weeks wear). I requested to replace this pair of Oakleys with another but was coolly asked to seek additional pairs at Va Bch (Pembroke) store. When I arrived at the Pembroke store I discovered they did not stock womens Oakleys. I chose to simply return the Oakleys for a refund while I was there. Upon my request, service personnel there were rude on the onset (Amber) and I was asked to wait while another staff member helped me (store manager). Eventually I was assisted. I shop elsewhere now. Too many staff members from too many stores eager to have me go somewhere else to find a pair of glasses that fit well or are to my liking.

This place is the best, they had their lab technician on-hand! (The MacArthur center one didnt have theirs till late) and helped me and my husband whom is in the navy get glasses asap 10/10!

No reception upon entering such as, Someone will be right with you. It felt racist. Like we didnt deserve acknowledgement. I waited at the desk and got excuses that didnt apply to why we were ignored. My grandsons were hungry so I asked can we get a call since well be waiting. She said yes but if some one should come in wed be skipped. Very rude ill mannered staff.
