Just finished my third visit for hearing tests and subsequent hearing aids. Speedy check-ins each visit thanks to extra office staff to help you move it along to your Audiologist office. Professionals from front door to back office window. My Audiologist made it very easy to understand functions and operations of my new hearing aids since this is my beginning set. Happy 😊 to have found this place. Highly recommended.

Dr. Keyes is the best! He’s done my son’s ear tubes 2x now. He’s 2 and non verbal and they are fantastic with him. Everyone office staff and nurses are amazing and kind. They’re gone out of their way to make my son comfortable and get his tubes scheduled quickly

From check in to checkout... the customer service was amazing! They were so kind and thorough. EVERYONE really seemed to like being at work. I dont think I have ever been so eager to leave a review for a doctors office. Positive energy throughout the office! After working all day, I drove 45 minutes to get there, arrived 30 minutes early, and waited 40 minutes pass my scheduled appt. time. They still get 5 stars from me.

Just not (ever) respectful of time. Its always been a problem with medical appointments, but after waiting on a lengthy phone hold to make an audiology appointment, they refused to make an appointment for me because I didnt have my insurance card handy, even after I provided multiple assurances that I would make sure to bring it when I came in. Essentially, the attitude was, call back and wait again. Im a returning patient who spent thousands on hearing aids with you, but you refuse to make an appointment for me? Come on.

Alright, the office and Dr. where very nice, why 3 stars. My tests were over the top and I want to alert anyone going in there with hearing pressure or vertigo. He ordered me a ton of test, from hearing, sensation, and inner ear mri. The mri was so scary, I sat tucked back in this machine for over an hour. Not one test came back with problems. I fixed my vertigo by hanging my head over bed and doing poses. You can see it on utube how to if you suffer from vertigo. I dont recommend putting yourself through what I went through. Again the Dr. was nice. However the test were time consuming and unhelpful.Allergy can affect ears which I didnt know. So allergy pills coupled with occasional head excercise for vertigo has been effective.

Dr Keyes is a skillful and talented ENT. I suffered from a terrible sinus infection that led me to him at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic shutdown in March 2020. I felt supported and well cared for during this difficult time in healthcare. I have receive excellent care for nearly a year for sinus troubles and cannot say enough about the prompt and professional care from the entire team at Eastern Virginia Ear, Nose, and Throat!

I was referred to Dr. Pasquale by my primary physician. On the initial appointment she was pleasant. On the follow up I found her somewhat rude and impatient after waiting a half hour in the exam room. I was very skeptical about her ordering an allergy test based on saying I sneeze more during Spring and heavy pollen. A second opinion from a different ENT said: You dont need an allergy test if you dont have symptoms. I also talked to an allergy and immunologist doctor who said he sees this all the time. If you have allergies, go to an allergy specialist. He convinced me that they can more accurately diagnose and properly treat allergies.

Dr. Keyes was highly recommended on β€œNextdoor” and by friends. Took my daughter there the first time for swimmers ear and have gone back several times for ear issues as well as allergy testing. Office staff was extremely professional and polite. Arrived at the time asked, was called back within 5 minutes of completing paperwork and was seen right away. Dr. Keyes was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend!!

TLDR; They dont care about you. Go elsewhere. The waiting room is an attempt at appearing technologically savvy with digital touchscreen systems for check-in, which work half the time, and are ignored all the time in favor of the paper paperwork you also must still fill out, giving you double the work and half the attention. The wait times are atrocious. The doctor is caring, but both times I saw him it took absolutely forever to get him into the office to see me, and he was very obviously in a hurry to leave. Never received any diagnosis for my issue above and beyond what a general practitioner had already provided. And the kicker is that their billing system is arcane, with move payments and line after line of archaic billing listings that make the whole thing incredibly opaque. Then they dont accept bill-pay online, which means I have to call them, but theyre only open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. In an effort to not have to take time off from work a THIRD TIME in order just to give them the money they should have asked for during the visits, it has taken me two months to pay this

If I could give zero stars I would. The wait time is at least an hour and a half. One time I was there I had already waited a half hour and was told it would be at least another hour and my appointment was at 4:00. The nurse suggested that I make first thing in the morning or right after lunch appointment. I explained that I made a 4:00 appointment because I get off at 3:30. Apparently they dont think my time is as valuable as their time is. I left without seeing the doctor and they really didnt seem to care. Wrote the office manager a letter and never received a reply. They also want you to do unnecessary tests to generate revenue. When I refused they doctor refused to see me so again I left. I was a patient at the Chesapeake Office so I dont know if it is any better at other locations but I will never be back. Im sure I can find better care somewhere else.

Best care from any doctors office you can imagine. My experience has been top notch. Kim Scott, NP has been a wonderful person to help when I have needed anything. They have an internal medical chart website that patients can use to view history, test results and also contact the office. Every time I have asked a question, I have gotten an almost immediate reply. Cant say enough good things!

I was VERY disappointed with this office. After being told my son had fluid in his ears, I decided to take him to an ENT doctor. We arrived 30 minutes before his scheduled time, and we waited an hour before getting called to the back. Once in back, it was another forty-five minutes before the doctor came in. Once he did appear, he came in talking and didnt even look up to address us. He never said hello, shook our hands, nothing. This doctor looked in my sons ears and said, Ill put him him steroids and left. My son and I are both upset. It was the worst experience...not to mention my son can still hear a swishing sound in his ears. I am sooooo ANGRY that our time and my money was wasted. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere for all your ENT care!!!!

They provide very poor service. Long wait for patients, usually you have to wait over an hour after your scheduled appointment time. The receptionists are not friendly and they can blame on patients sometimes. Its a money driven doctors office with unnecessary tests and useless treatment advice. They are not eligible to treat serious medical issues as they claimed such as top of the line ear surgery as advertisement on the waiting area TV. Youll know when you are there.

I waited for 1.5 hours for NOTHING. I arrived 20 minutes early for my sick 16 month-olds appointment. I sat in the lobby filling out a ton of paper work. I then proceeded to wait for over an hour PAST my appointment time. At that point I approached the desk and asked if they needed to reschedule me. Instead of going to the back to see how much longer the wait would be, or assuring me I was next, or something, while waiting with a sick toddler, she proceeded to say Do you think you need to? I said, NO. I think Id rather go with a different provider that doesnt make you wait for an hour and a half. I then walked out and called my pediatricians office to let them know about the horrible service at the doctors office they referred me to. This wasnt an emergency or same day sick appointment where they were attempting to squeeze me into their schedule. They set me up with this time. I took almost a half day off of work for absolutely nothing. Im so upset. Ive never had to walk out of a doctors office before. Ever. My time is just as important as theirs. In my opinion this is VERY unprofessional to make someone, especially someone with a sick baby wait like this.

Zero communication between staff members. Each worker gives a different answer to the same question. A) Have to call and leave multiple messages/play phone tag before getting through to the worker you need. B) Tried to get my son a food allergy test at Labcorp on Saturday so I wouldnt have to pull him from school, it was like pulling teeth to get a lab order, then they screwed up the order and Labcorp told me they couldnt test him (wasted 3 hours!), turns out Labcorp doesnt offer that type of test, they offer the kind I wanted but not the kind the Dr wrote the order for. C) Was told I had an appt for follow up, then was told it was for allergy injections--which I never requested or spoke with anyone about. So I cancelled that appt and made a follow up appt which I was told by 2 people it was mandatory, got to the appt and nurse practitioner was RUDE as can be, informed me the food allergy test they offer in their office is controversial, unsafe, and not as accurate, so insurance wont cover it, said its all out of pocket. No one could have told me this 2 weeks ago on the phone?? Nurse practitioner told me I could have gotten results via phone and never needed follow up appt. D) Then was told by insurance company no copay for follow ups, but the receptionist demanded copay before appt. E) NP recommended an OTC product unsuitable for my child and sent me on my way (she told me to see an allergist instead...ok so why did the Dr insist on doing his allergy tests in the first place?) Product she recommended can only be used 2 months a year, my son needs something year round.Nothing but problems and my kid has only been with this practice for (almost) two weeks! I just came here to get his adenoids looked at and now my stress level is through the roof. He has surgery Monday and now Im terrified that this office will drop the ball on that, too. Thankfully surgery is not performed in this office or by this staff other than the Dr, who is egotistical but otherwise seems competent.Bottom line, see an allergist for any allergy issues--dont bother coming here for that. Oh, and if they do a scope to view tonsils and adenoids, it takes 3 minutes in office, but they bill it as a surgery because they use a nasal spray anesthetic, so be ready for that.

My appt was at 8:45. I arrived at 8:30 as told. I was not acknowledged even though I stood in front of the receptionist. She was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I watched 3 people that had appt after me go before me (I even heard one say his appt was at 9:15). When they finally call me she puts me in a different waiting room because the rooms are now full with the people that had appt AFTER me. I will not be come back here.
