The service has always been great. But the latest pair of hearing aids has been a challenge to me as well as to the staff at Connect Hearing. I loved the first pair of hearing aids I bought there. I never had a minutes trouble with them. But this pair has been broken almost as much time as they have worked. It has been two days since my last repair visit and -- SO FAR -- the aids are still working. Wish me luck!

The Audiologist at the Churchland location is Super. Everything went very smoothly. My hearing aids fits so well I do not know I wearing them. I highly recommend this location for your hearing needs.

Matt & the receptionist are nice people but whenever I have a problem it seems that you can LEAVE 5-6 messages and NEVER get a return phone call !!! Yes Matt may want to make YOUR sale but AFTER that theres NO service after the sale, sorry you just lost all my future sales & all the REFERALS Ive made to him over the years !!! Im going to Suffolk !!!! Honestly Ive only NEEDED their help twice in 3 years average .

The Connect Hearing staff was friendly, the service was efficient, prompt, and professional.

Slow process, is like they just want to sale hearing aids that are not at medium to low price for those who cant afford the over $800 price per ear.On Friday the 13th of March 2020 my father had an apt at 0900 the place oppens at 0800. It is 0915 and no one is in the office. You have to call patients and inform them if your office is going to be closed

This business really deserves more than a five star rating from me.I use an older pair of Seimens hearing aids that I needed to get checked out and readjusted. When I dropped in the other day I fully expected to get pushed away. Although the audiologist was not I was given some paperwork to take home and fill out along with an appointment for later in the week.When I arrived a couple days later I was entered in their system, asked a few easy questions then taken in the back where I met Matt Eubanks, the audiologist.Matt explained that since my hearing aids were quite old he may not be able to connect then to his system but will try and also check my hearing first.The entire process was easy, detailed and very professional. His office and work space is very clean and organized. Matt was able to connect to my hearing aids, make some adjustments and give me some very helpful information.Although I was willing to pay for the time used Matt assured me that whatever was done during this first visit was at no charge. This was amazing!At no time was I pressured into looking at new hearing aids or given less than first class service.Once these older hearing aids can no longer be used I know who I will go to for new ones.

I have been dealing with the Churchland office of Connect Hearing and Matt Eubanks for over three years now, and I have always found the care and service to be better than my expectations. I came to Connect Hearing by way of a friend of mine after I had such a poor experience with another provider (same hearing aids, but total lack of service and care. I felt more like one in a herd than a person who needed help with my loss of hearing). I cant say enough good things about my experriences with Connect Hearing........
