This location is rated #1 in my book. From the front desk staff to the Doctors. Everyone makes you feel welcomed. They never rush you. Attending to patients needs in a nice timely matter. And the Doctors there are so nice and understanding. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Making sure your comfortable as possible. I could go to a location closer to me but l refuse to leave my Cherry Hill family. I’ve been to many doctors office and this location by far is the greatest experience l have ever had.

Dr. Graham is the BEST doctor in the WORLD! She is very good doctor. She takes very well care of me and a very good doctor and she deserves more than 5 stars. If it would up to me I would put a trillion stars they are very good at their jobs and I wouldn’t change them for anything. I’m glad I got sent to your place for pain management and I WILL NOT SEE any other pain doctor as long as she is still doing it I would not go to any other place. I have been going to ReclaimAbikity for some time now and they have helped with my pain management in a compassionate and responsible manner at all times. Pamela Blatkiewicz is great. She is very knowledgeable, has a great bed side manner and always listens and comes up with best solution curtailed to you. They have everything in house from PT, to injections and even comprehensive phycological support. Dr Inner-field has been there the entire time and I wouldn’t want to be under anyone else’s care.

Dr. Caitlin Innerfield has helped take my pain away after 3 years of suffering with right leg sciatica & hip pain! (Note: Before this, I had gone to an Orthopedic doctor before her who ordered an x-ray, physical therapy, and medication. I was still in pain & thought I just had to deal with it for the rest of my life.) The staff and Dr. Innerfield made me feel comfortable, and were very informative. Dr. Innerfield was ordered an MRI of Lumbar spine which showed what was really going on. She then provided with me a hip injection & new medication. For the first time in 3 years, I was able to put weight on my right leg and actually walk without pain! Also, to sleep on my right side after 3 years was amazing! I feel so much better & wished I did not wait so long to see her. I highly recommend Reclaim Ability. The only complaint I have is getting through to the office by phone as I had to wait at least an hour to get through to their calling service to set up an appointment. They need to work on this as in medical, a phone should be picked up in 2 to 3 rings to help a patient or make an appointment. I know this because I worked in medical for 18 years. All in all, I still continued to see Dr. Innerfield and will wait forever as long as I can walk & sleep without pain!

I was told that I would be in great hands with Dr. Innerfield...well after meeting her for the first 5 minutes I knew what I was told was the absolute truth. After months of trying to get appointments and to get a doctor to understand my back pain I finally found a doctor who not only was willing to listen but also to examine me and identify the source of the pain and parter with me to come up with a treatment plan. I had a very simple procedure that had already helped. I look forward to working with her and her team going forward!

I have struggled with a lot of nerve damage from a accident nearly four years ago. It was complicated and I have incurred more operations then I care to think about. While I had many successful, so not so, operations to treat the damage it left me with serious neurological issues along my left arm.I was in horrible pain for months, heck years, seeking help from many of my surgeons and doctors. All whom tried hard to solve the nerve impact but to no avail.I was directed to Dr McGrath by Dr Lee Ostermann from Jefferson and I am so grateful to have been.Dr McGrath and the PA Pam have applied sympathy and raw diagnostic determination/ processes to careful narrow down what works and what doesn’t. They listen! They care and they have at least found a treatment that is keeping me sane and allowing me to function at some capacity again. Heck I can sleep at night for a solid period of time, prior I was awake for - not kidding 48-72 hours during peak pain.I want to thank you both for all the hard work you have put in. Review of Pamela Blatkiewicz, APN and ReclaimAbility Pain Services:I would like to preface this review with the fact that I am an RN and healthcare provider for 38 years and have had an issue with my cervical spine and cord impingement since trauma experienced 30 years ago (inoperable to date). I have seen so many changes in healthcare over the 38 years, medical advances but many changes for the worse in insurance processes, tons of paperwork, less time for patients, etc.I have felt and know that some previous treatments, that I have received in the past from other practices, were merely for revenue generation and provided no pain relief or increase in function.Then I came to RA Pain Services. Not only were they able to decrease my pain medication by >50%, over the last 2 years, my pain level is tolerable so that I can continue working as an RN, without any untoward side effects that could have ended my career.Pamela Blatkiewicz, APN is a true Professional. Very knowledgeable, empathetic, and an asset to RA Pain AND more importantly, a huge asset to patients like me. I am always taken care of On Time, with a smile, and with Respect. When you see Pam and she closes the door to her office, she knows your case, you are not a number, and you have her entire attention and focus.....a rarity these days.The Entire Staff at this practice is Amazing, Professional, and Courteous.....from the Receptionists, Check In/Check Out, Medical Assistants, Prior Auth Staff (Lori), Call Center (Devon-spelling?), etc.This Practice could teach other medical practices how to provide professional, empathetic care in this crazy, ever changing healthcare arena and the public would be better off for it. I became a patient of ReClaim after experiencing multiple bulging disc and chronic pain. The staff was great in getting me appointments for EMG’s where I later found I was suffering from undiagnosed Fibromyalgia. Dr. Innerfield was very sensitive, caring, and knowledgeable. She was patient in when educating me in my options for treatment as well ensuring that I’m comfortable with the information I’ve received from all my doctors who are treating me for these conditions.I am trust the decisions that Dr. Innerfield and I make together in regards to my overall treatment.

I first went to RA Pain Management in 2015 and found Dr.Innerfield to be a top notch Dr. She is compassionate and listens and understands what youre going through with pain and other medical issues. She is not fast on jumping towards shots,very professional and easy to talk about options towards helping each patient. Been seeing Dr Innerfield for 7 years now and there isnt a finer MD let alone nicer human being in the world..with a plethora of injuries i have Dr Innerfield always has a plan of treatment to combat the chronic pain and along with a tremendously friendly and courteous staff they make me feel at ease each and every visit...like family and if i could give them a billion star rating i would...the best facility around and i highly recommend them..Frank Wilson
