This is my first time ever leaving a review for someone but I feel I had to make people aware of the disgusting experience I had with doctor Janoff. This man from the moment we met no eye contact no manners just straight to business. We first spoke about my migraines which I said it feels like almost everyday to which he asked how many times I said about 4 to 5 a week. He then rudely responds well thats not everyday is it. We then did an exam to which proves my muscles and reactions and responses are good. Ok fine moving forward on my new patient packet I put that I randomly fall asleep , the space on that line wouldnt even cover a full sentence so I kept it simple I figured I could further explain what I meant and explain the symptoms when I met the dr. But of course not, all he saw was there word RANDOMLY and because I put the occupation as driver he automatically was associating my problem with a sleep disorder narcolepsy and threatening to report me to the dmv . He didnt bother asking any follow up questions: do I get enough sleep every night. How many hours. Has my lifestyle changed recently. Has my work schedule changed. What time do I fall asleep. What time do I wake up. Do I nap. Am I well rested. Are there any new stressors in my life. Sleep patterns. He asked NOTHING. Had he done so he would know I have been getting less sleep every night and that my work schedule had changed. Had he taken time to know his new patient he would know my issue is fatigued or exhaustion due to LACK of sleep or rest not the opposite. If im not mistaken a person with narcolepsy can get a good nights sleep and still feel daytime exhaustion or sleepiness or is a person that in the middle of any activity can fall asleep I tried to explain that thats never happened to me but he wouldnt hear it. He knows nothing of my case or history to put me in a predicament where I could be red flagged and possibly lose my livelihood because he didnt ask follow up questions or bother to be thorough. Disgusting!! This was the worst experience of my life. Also I even further explained that I did a sleep study and that it resulted negative for any sleep apnea. This man is a rude unprofessional joke. Next time get to know your patients sir and build a dr patient relationship so you can know all the facts.

I like Dr Janoffs hands on approach. He actually came to the waiting room and called me in and then walked me back out. He listens, jokes around and does whats best for his patients. I wont go to anyone else!

This was the most unprofessional office Ive ever seen,The receptionist had the manners of a Donkey waited over an hour to be seen! The so called Doctor Janoff was a Ill manored joke! His office look like someone turned over a trash dumpster in it! Never will I go back!
