Excellent lab. Professional, courteous staff. Hardly any wait. Clean, modern, easy entry/exit. Good parking.

This facility is clean And the people that work there seem to care about our safety and social distancing. The two times I’ve been there they have been nothing but nice courteous and professional I would recommend it to anyone that needs to get blood work right away. I was in and out quickly. And the young lady just took care of me were very nice thank you so much for a good experience Especially since I’m so scared of needles.

Agee with S S. Impossible to get fax. Also why aren’t hours of operations posted. Really? Local small businesses can do it. But not Cooper?My evaluation is on management not the medical staff nor the office staff.

You cannot schedule an appointment at this facility. My doctor faxed an order. The person at the desk claimed they did not get. He was very rude. Basically, terrible customer service. This was the first time I go to a Cooper facility and it is definitely the last time. I dont recommend this facility to anyone.
