What a wide spread of experiences... the ER waiting area is old, tiny, crowded, and has no controls in place for Covid; no separation between patients, no cleaning between visitors, you cant wait outside... very disappointing for such a respected hospital provider. The staff is fantastic, helpful, and caring. We spent a week in the main hospital and everyone was superb. It was clear that the staff truly care about their patients, and do everything they can (and then some) to help. We met so many genuinely nice people! One negative experience- visiting hours end at 8pm; I went to the parking garage at 7:15pm to get something, and got locked out of the hospital. 7:30pm, they had locked all the doors so I couldnt get back in. I had to walk all the way around to the ER entrance, then wait half an hour for security to let me into the hospital again. Ridiculous.

I would like to thank the wonderful staff that we came into contact with yesterday, on 08.12.2021... They contacted us to get everyone to come say their last goodbyes to my mother. When we got there, they allowed everyone to visit, to be with her and to make their peace.YES they did temperature checks but, as they knew it was almost time for her to go, they were very caring, kind hearted and an absolute joy to be around while we were there. It felt extremely hospitable and they even brought us all snacks and drinks. I appreciate their kindness immensely.

Came into Emergency Room on 8/19 morning with a very acute issue and was extremely anemic. To be fair, the ER did the best they could with low staff but with the sort of issue I was experiencing, it fell short. They called for a consult within a few hours ( at least that is what I was told). He did not show up until over 24 hours later! And did no hands-on exam (from what I was told by the second doctor (see below)), he would have easily figured it out if he did an exam. The nurses where hit and miss with one in particular brow-beating me a couple of times. I received 4 transfusions but the Released me the next day, worse than when I came in. I followed up with this doctor and ended up passing out in his office due to anemia, yet he released me again.I ended up going to another Emergency Room and was admitted and had emergency surgery due to my severe anemia getting worse. I was in the second hospital for 4 days, receiving an additional 5-6 Transfusions.Moral of the story, unless it’s a broken arm or something fairly easy, go to another hospital.

Went to er by ambulance and had a horrible experience. I wish the Emts were my doctors. They were the best!Came in for pain in spine my whole left side from face down was so numb and in pain. I sat in hallway on bed for hours before I had an anxiety attack and could not breath for a nurse to come over and help me. They are understaffed and have no bed side manors. I will not go back here if I can help it. Only reason I have a star is because I had to give something.

The doctor and staff were so great and very helpful. But the Jefferson Health system is terrible. Paid $150 to visit a doctor for a family member from foreign country w/o insurance. It was confirmed that $150 was the total before seeing the doctor. However, later received bills every a few weeks asking for additional $$ as a copay. The billing dept told me that copay was required for everyone no matter you have insurance or not. First, I never heard non-insurance patients have to pay copay. Second, if there are any additional fees, Jefferson should let the patients know. I wish I could give zero star to Jefferson.

Tonight, I brought my wife to the Jefferson Cherry Hill ER. She was struggling to breathe and has a history of flatlining due to Asthma. It was a medical emergency 🚨 the staff at the ER said she would have to wait in the waiting room. 20 minutes later, no-one had even checked her oxygen or triaged her. This is after telling them her history. It was ridiculous. I had to call an ambulance to the ER to take her somewhere else, but then the ambulance said it’s federal law, that you can’t take an Ambulance from ER, without even checking her….. I had to drive her myself to the nearest hospital while she struggles to breathe . She could have died from from their delay in care. I would highly recommend starting clear of the Jefferson hospital Cherry Hill emergency room

I definitely would have given 5 stars if they had more seating in the Emergency Dept waiting room.

My finance and i stayed for nearly two days at this beautiful hospital. It almost reminded me of a four star hotel on vacation, but my only problem was we came in for an animal bite and was seem immediately but the decision making process was too long, the young resident doctor did not seem to have the knowledge to make a solid decision without having to talk to three or four other doctor, whom most of them were not even on site at the time. On the second day we were confronted with too many doctors who were afraid to make. A discharge decision could and would not be made, we almost felt like we were in jail and have no choice weather to leave or not even though other doctors gave us the approval to be discharged. My fiancé and i both felt like we had no choice in the matter, so we decided to take the decision out of the doctors hands and insist on us getting discharged ourselves.

Then she put my IV on my knuckle I thought maybe is another way or what ever but it freaking hurts and I told her about it but they are always right. When I woke up from my anesthesia the IV was in my other hand and the first one was swollen. The Dr walked couple time in front of me and never said anything to me not even a good morning . Later he came back and try to be nice . when the surgery was done they woke me up and in less then 30 min I was out of the hospital basically they kick me out. I got dress by my self all drowsy they only help me to get out of the bed. I was happy I didnt lh ave to stay there. The service is sad. Is like no one love their job . they not professional .

The star is for the ER which was efficient and staff polite. Negative stars for the ortho floor. My mother stayed here for 5 days for surgery after a fall. On occasion nursing is sitting outside the door and will help when someone goes up to them to request assistance (something my mother could not do). Otherwise the beautiful rooms and floor feel like a ghost hospital. Average of 40-60 minutes for someone to answer a patient call. Walk down the empty halls and hear the patient call buttons ringing but see no one. Some of the staff were kind and accommodating, particularly the techs and nutrition. Maybe an ok place if you are relatively healthy and oriented and dont need much care. Stay very far away if the patient is older, less cognitively competent or needs assistance. Patient centered care is not a focus.

I came with someone who needed to go to the ER. I was told that I had to sit in the car just until they got a room. Then I would be able to come in and be in the room with them. Now I have waited over now 2 1/2 hours plus in a car. No it’s not hot in the car and I wouldn’t have been mad if they would’ve told me in the first place that there was no guests allowed but on the website it says that you are allowed to have one guest in the ER with you. Also the front desk and the security guard said that as soon as they gets a room I can come back. So I would recommend nobody to go to this hospital because first of all the waiting room is a way too long wait and nobody else was in the waiting room.Oh and they decided to test the patient for Covid when they already know they didn’t have it just so the person cannot have people on there with them. Worst hospital go to Virtua instead!

I can not believe that a major hospital which is in two states has no appropriate protocol in regards to Covid in the facility. As I went to the cherry hill Jefferson er for serve abdominal pain. I looked to my rights and the patients waiting area was filled. There was no 6th distancing, no separation of possible Covid patients. I was there for over 2 and a half hours and ended up walking out without being seen by a physician. During my wait not one person cleaned or disinfectant chairs where previous patients had sat or bathroom area! I ask if I could wait in front of the building due to the fact it was over crowded and they said no. I had to stand up the whole time despite my discomfort and pains. a women sat in the bathroom area which was behind the wall I was standing near and she was being tested for COVID, the nurse states to her “o do you want to get tested right here or in a room”!!! I have worked in the medical field for years and this is a major problem and concern. The lack of diligence and integrity for others only has continued to diminished over the years. Many of the employees and the founders of large facilities(corporations) have no true interest in patient care or improve a patient’s quality of life, they have only been fixated on numbers and their own personal Financial gain. It so upsetting to see a world in so much selfishness, what happen to unity, community and trustworthy care!

I had a wonderful experience at this hospital. We recently moved to NJ from Chicago. My daughter fell and we suspected she had broken her arm. Despite being between health insurances, I took her to this E.R. Not only were all of the doctors and nurses incredibly kind and helpful, but they did everything right there at the hospital. She did break the arm and they X-rayed, set, and casted it all in one spot.We had a horrible experience in our last state when she broke her other arm at gymnastics. Not only was she still traumatized from that experience, but I was as well. This experience at Jefferson Hospital was night and day to that experience. They made sure she didnt feel or remember a thing when they set her bones. They explained everything they were doing and let me stay nearby. Afterwards, they kept her a little while for observation. The front desk clerk was also very kind. When I explained we were between health insurance due to the move, they sent me a representative to enroll her in temporary medicaid. The anesthesiologist was wonderful! The bone doctor was wonderful! Even the gentleman who walked her wheelchair all the way to my car while her meds wore off was wonderful! This was such a pleasant experience. Thank you for making this move a little easier.

Is condescending and talks about patients, to co workers for other pts to hear. She is moody and does not even speak to patients. Whole first half of her shift. Sat on her phone and watched tic tok at full volume. She certainly is not in the right line of work. I am sure she is not the only one who talks about patients, but she surely doesn’t try to hid it.Mental Heath is certainly not addressed in an urgent matter, if you don’t go in with anxiety and depression, you sure will when you leave!Wait time is well over 24 hrs to be transferred to another facility, no communication between social worker, staff, etcPoor people have to sit in recliners, if your lucky to get one, for the duration of their stay.Things need to change

I have had 2 experiences with this hospital. The first was on 12/25- 12/27, 2020 and the most recent was May 23-26, 2021. On both occasions, I used the ER and was admitted both times. The first time was for an AFIB attack and everything went great in hindsight. Check in was relatively quick and I was seen within minutes. The attending Physician nurses, staff and specialists that eventually saw me all listened, cared and certainly knew what they were doing caring for me. While in ER, I had bloodwork, xrays and catscan. After a second blood enzyme test, they determined I needed to be admitted for further care/observation. Once in a room (which was new and looked like a 4 star hotel including the bathroom and huge walk-in shower) I received great medical care in what felt like a 4 star hotel! Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, nice, caring, helpful and genuinely concerned for my well being. The food was also very good! Every meal...including a particularly deliciously prepared Salmon dinner...and always hot. The fresh fruit was especially delicious. For being hospitalized, it was a most positive experience. I was discharged with clear instructions and clear follow up instructions. My second experience with Jefferson ER in Cherry Hill on 5/23/21 was due to a moderate case of Covid pneumonia. Once again, the same experience with this hospital and staff...GREAT! I believe that without my decision to go to the ER and with the level of care received from the staff at Jefferson, starting with the ER attending Physician, Dr. Eric Doane, I could had have been another fatal statistic. (The Cinnaminson ambulance driver told me they will just pump me full of fluids and send me home) I tested POS on 5/16...fever, headache, aches, cough, fatigue. Wasnt able to eat much of anything after day 4, but drinking and breathing OK. Felt downturn, so weak couldnt stand never felt so drained and nauseous in my life by day 7. I decided to call 911. Once at ER, Dr. Doane was great. Gave me Zofran for the nausea and ordered a battery of tests. I was admitted and put on oxygen, steroids, and 4 day course of the antiviral drug, Remdesivir. That combination worked great for me. Dr. Tuba Ali was my attending Physician once admitted and she was very good, too) Again, throughout my ordeal, my experience with Jefferson hospital in Cherry Hill and the staff I interacted with made me feel special and genuinely cared for in a courteous and utmost professional manner. Once again, the 4 star room atmosphere and the excellent food...especially that fresh fruit! After 4 days of tertiary care I was released feeling much better. I cannot speak highly enough for the staff at Jefferson hospital and and every person I interacted with while admitted. Docs, Nurses, Techs, food service. All wonderful!!Thank you all!

Only reason why I give this hospital one star is because the doctor at the e.r was friendly. But the rest of the night staff was horrible. 10 minutes of being in the room the lady who takes all of your insurance info comes in. So we find out we no longer have insurance which isnt a issue. The issue is the way she spoke to us. She had a nasty attitude while speaking. She said just so u know the emergency room charges a 279 dollar fee to be seen how would you like to pay cash or credit. Now mind you its the middle of the night so we left the house in a hurry so we told her Im sorry I dont have anything on me right now I left my house in a hurry. So she says well just so you know this isnt my rule its the hospital rules. Gives me a piece of paper and just walked out of the room. So Im sitting there for a little longer maybe 20 more minutes go by and Im thinking am I even gonna be seen? She said I had to pay as if billing me wasnt a option. So I hit the nurse call bell and it took a whole hour before a nurse walked into the room. I would never want to be seen somewhere like this. To feel like pulling out my wallet is more important then finding out whats wrong with me. I read the website and it says its like staying at a 5 star hotel. Im sorry but it just doesnt match up.

After 2 hours, We were not satisfied with the treatment and our daughter still had a high fever in the morning and. So, we went to Cooper Hospital E.R. and they took her in right away. 1 parent rule due to Covid-19, but the staff and security guards.. which are military veterans, were soooo helpful and concerning for our child and definitely took care of her. I highly disagree with going to the Cherry Hill Jefferson E.R. if you are going for pediatric or any care for infants and children.

This ER is horrible. The nurses just try to give you meds without explanation of what they’re giving you or side effects. They sent me home with medication orders but no scripts. My husband had to go back to the hospital to pick up my scripts. I returned to the ER 3 days after first being seen and was treated poorly, multiple people were called ahead of me. I was treated like my complaint of my back pain was false. I am a nurse myself and I’ve never treated nor been treated like this in my life.

My fiancé is currently in the hospital and I am completely dissatisfied and want to talk to someone immediately. They were adamant about admitting him then left him in the hallway for 6 hours without checking his sugar. They are lucky I am not allowed in to advocate for him because they have done nothing for 24 hours even though he HAD to stay. They said he needed to see a neurologist and never did. They said he needed more tests and no new tests were ordered. I think they just want to take advantage of his great insurance. A doctor was supposed to call me last night and never did.I am going to pick him up in the morning and they better have his test results ready for when he leaves so he can have more capable health providers give him care and answers.

I used Jefferson primary doctor and Jefferson hospital for the ultrasound. First of all. These two do not communicate, even though are located across the street from each other. They literally could not figure out how to get a referral from the primary to the hospital within same network/company/hospital (whatever this thing is). The doctor sent me for two similar ultrasounds for the same concern (which at the end both were useless). They charged my insurance over $5000 for 10 min of work, leaving me with $500 co-pay for nothing... THEN they charge my insurance another $800, get ready for it... for the doctor to read the results (so it is no included in $5000)... Another $50 co-pay... My results float between the Jefferson hospital and Jefferson primary care for weeks until I started calling... All I get after all this is : you are okay, we did not find anything... The message that receptionist delivered. No follow up, nothing... But even if they did... The whole process took months... Prior to that they took my blood 50 times, told me to watch to see if it goes away... Additionally, the lady who checked me in at the Jefferson Cherry Hill hospital (Bonnie or Connie or maybe something completely different, it was a while ago now, but I just got another bill for $50 for God knows what from that time) is rude and unprofessional... When I got there, she announced that I need to pay ~ $200 upfront to get the ultrasound or I cant get it done... Oh really? But okay... I give her my card, she types the wrong amount or something and charges my card twice of what she told me by accident... No sorry, nothing... She goes: Oh.... I charged your card twice, I will process a refund later when my machine is not glitching... Jefferson is just draining your insurance, leaving you with $$$ in co-pays... Could not care less about your health or wellbeing... You can be dying on their steps, they will be sure to take your money first. I paid over $500 in bills and the initial $200.... AND I keep getting weird collection letters for $49.89.... Please shut down this place...

Beware of the emergency physicians of south jersey, they are the doctors on site at the emergency room. They charge thousands for emergency room visits when they are already on site. Mind you, the doctor they sent in said he had no experience in what I was there for. This was additional to the emergency room charges through the hospital, there should be an investigation into this company.

I feel compelled to write a review because of all the bad reviews I read. First, I cannot speak for the ER, but I brought my daughter in for outpatient surgery today and everything was excellent from the moment we arrived until we left. The complimentary valet parking, the new, state-of-the-art lobby, comfortable chairs in the waiting room, everyone who worked there and took care of us with such meticulous care from registration to pre and post surgery. So many people to name, but they all helped to make a nerve wracking situation as comfortable and seamless as possible. They were great with my daughter both when I was in the room and when she was going in for her surgery. I know Kennedy had a pretty bad reputation before but our experience today at Jefferson was actually excellent.

I have been in the ER for almost 4 hrs. For my child to get a note for school. The worker lied and said they have been to the waiting room and called us but we werent there. Two other families that needed the same department but signed in after us have already been in the back. The caseworker lied, must have forgotten us. The staff in the ER vouched that we have been here the whole time. If there was somewhere else we could go for this I would. This is not the first time they have forgotten my daughter for hours on end.

First of all, the hospital is confusing due to all of the changes and construction. I went to the hospital for an X-ray. I got called into an office to register and sat there for 30 minutes while the lady tried to figure out how to schedule the X-ray into the computer system. She said she was having a difficult time because of the new computing system. She called another person in to help her, but still had trouble. Many other people in the waiting area came and went and were easily registered. I finally was able to go to the X-ray department and found out she put the order in wrong. I had to wait, once again, until the X-ray department figured out how to correct the mistake. This place is horrible and I won’t be coming back!

I Used to go to Kennedy as a Child, then went across the bridge when I was older . Except for emergencies. Back in1990 my back went out and my Primary was head of Hospital, so we didn’t think we had any issues to worry about. EXCEPT when he wasn’t there. I had ruptured 2 Discs in my back and was put in traction while they did tests onMe. My primary brought a Neurosurgeon in to see me and he bent down to the machine I was in and crying in pain and said, would you like to have me fix the Discs in ur back so you can walk again. ,They forgot to tell me,I may not walk again. And they left me standing in the shower and when my mom came they didn’t know where the shower room was In Front of their desk, She came running In . I was hanging on to the shower for dear life. And Screaming!! I just stared at her and smiled thru my tears. She called my primary and had them Drug me. I was so happy to see my.mom. But REGIONAL ORTHOPEDICS Weren’t too happy. They came in the following day and they threw me out since I was not going to let them do the surgery. In February Coldest day in 1990. My mom had to wrap her fur coat Around me. And they gave me NOTHING FOR PAIN. So we had to pass our primaries office and my mom went in and he came out to the car and gave me an injection and a bottle of medicine to hold me until my surgery in 2 days. Kennedy could rot in the dirt it’s burying in. I hate that place . The night I had my surgery at Garden State Hospital I was pain free for the 1st time in weeks and I actually walked to the bathroom. 👍👍What a blessing to be pain free. And a competent Dr . But Jefferson is extremely competent. I have had many surgeries in Philadelphia. So glad they came over the bridge.

On March 19, 2019.I went to the ER around 3:55 pm with Chest pain and numbness on my left side of my body. I was registered to be seen. I was given an EKG and I was told to wait in the waiting room to be seen by a doctor... I was told that I was going to get a room. I waited for almost 4 hours in the ER, without seeing the doctor. I then went up to ask when I would be seen? I was told that I will have to wait another 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor and in the event someone comes in with a cardiac arrest, I would not be seen before that person. I requested to be signed out, however, I was told by the worker at the desk that I didnt have to and that she will let the workers in the back know that I left. Just to mentioned, I observed two workers just talking, for about an hour or more... I must say that I would never recommend Jefferson Health Cherry Hill to anyone.

When a person goes to CRISIS (a time of intense difficulty, trouble, or danger) why should it take 20 hours or more before seeing a doctor and getting help? I ask if they were short handed, the answer, NO IT’S JUST THE WAY IT IS!Maybe I have a different definition of crisis then what this hospital does! Years ago it was never this way. What happened? Where is the help for the mentally ill? Certainly not at Jefferson in Cherry Hill, NJ!

I would rate 0 if I could! I had surgery in November and went to the ER. It wasn’t covered due to my insurance going in active... however, I had cobra coverage and was trying to straighten this out. Today, I checked my balance, Emergency Physicians of South Jersey, which works out of there ER did a garnishment with no notice right out of my bank account for $1800 3 months after surgery. This is insane, and I would definitely recommend not going to this hospital. If you have an insurance problem, they will steal your money. I’m livid and may need to hire a lawyer due to this ridiculous garnishment. I’ve never seen anything like this. I co-host a radio show in Philly so am planning bring this up on the radio and also am going to call channel 10 news.

The nurse was constantly with me in recovery monitoring my pain level and gave me needed pain relief. If allowed, I probably could have driven the two hour drive home. I will definitely use Jeff again if ever in need again. Thank you again entire staff for being so kind and helping me through this process. All the way to the rasta guy that took me to my car. My fiance was just recently rushed into the emergency room from a fall at the cherry hill mall. While he was unconcious he had his belongings taken off of him and why his shoes makes no sense because it was only his chest they needed to get to... well long story short he ended up having to travel back to his car in a taxi to the cherry hill mall without shoes because the paramedics nor the hospital know what happened to his shoes. The paramedics stated they were with him during transportation but when he came too and asked where they were they said they arent sure anymore. I think that is awful, not only is it messed up he had to experience such a traumatizing event he then also had to go through it without shoes once he was released from the hospital because the people who were responsible for him while he was unconcious had no clue what happened to his shoes. I am sick about this.

Excellent experience, excellent care from every staff member during an overnight stay at Jeff-Cherry Hill, this past weekend. Ive always had great care at this facility. Sometimes, when we feel lousy, our emotions are not the best. We can be difficult and no matter what anyone does or says, it isnt what we want to hear if it doesnt immediately fix the problem. I think simple courtesy in hospital situations could go a long way to an improved experience.Ive had many hospital encounters in my lifetime, and out of all of them I can only remember two negative ones. And, looking back, I recognize they were due to lack of experience and if I had been more patient, I might have had a better outcome.

I live 1.5 miles from this hospital and will never go here again. This was our first and last experience here.I took my elderly mother here for severe vomiting . There were no seats in the extremely small ER waiting room which was full. My mother sat at an empty registration desk vomiting for over an hour. Finally she was brought back to a bed and later admitted. There are not enough Doctors and nurses. The staff was friendly but clearly stretched thin. They left samples in the restroom for the entire day despite being told they were there. A very difficult patient across the hall who was combative throughout the day started screaming that he deficated on himself because no one came when he called. His daughter arrived shortly after and had (rightfully so) an absolute fit that her father was now covered in his own filth. My mother and her roommate were subjected to the entire thing as they were directly across the hall. I know we called for a nurse and had to wait over 20 minutes (not her fault as she was clearly helping other patients). They told my mother at 10:30 am on day 3 she was ng discharged and then made her wait until 6:30pm. 8 hours to get discharged while we all sat around waiting is ridiculous. Then they lost my mothers cancer medication and kept myself and my daughter waiting for over 2 hours at 10pm when we drove back to get it. They could not find it and ended up handing us a prescription at 12:30 which was useless as my mothers pharmacy was closed and I did not have any of her insurance information with me to give CVS, the only pharmacy opened at 12:30. They refused to dispense even a single dosage that she was supposed to take that evening. The place is a chitshow. Disorganized and severely understaffed. I see there is construction happening to add on to the hospital which is frightening as they clearly cant accommodate the load they currently have. At 10:30pm we waited in my car outside the emergancy room and saw it was still packed. Avoid this hospital if you can.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart! When I heard that Jefferson had taken over Kennedy I hoped it would be a good thing...well...in my opinion its the BEST thing. My mother was recently taken there from her nursing home. She was very sick and it soon became very clear that she was not going to get better. Even when youve been expecting that...its devastating to hear it put into words. From the minute we walked in the door my mother was treated with respect and dignity...and real tender loving care. The emergency room staff gave us frequent updates...never left us sitting waiting forever as other hospitals have done...and when I had to go out to my car, coming back through security I was treated with decency and prompt assistance...not left standing there and eyed up like a criminal. She was admitted to a room which was a double but only had the one bed. I told the staff I wanted to stay to the end. They brought recliner chairs with pillows and blankets. They made Mum as comfortable as possible...and checked on her hourly. Every time they came in they offered us drinks and asked if we needed anything. They brought us sandwiches, chips, cookies, soda and water...and in the evening on Saturday they authorized a guest tray so we could eat a proper dinner. From 8:00 p.m. Friday until Sunday morning I was there the whole time and didnt get much sleep. I would never have made it without the care of these lovely people. My mother was DNR...her choice. So all they could really do was make her comfortable and manage the pain. They did both beautifully. My mother passed away peacefully on a beautiful Sunday morning with her son and daughter by her side. For the last two years I have prayed to God to let me be there at the end...so she didnt die alone. He did better than that. He got her out of the nursing home and into a place of caring and warmth...and allowed both my brother and myself the privilege of seeing this wonderful woman off on her journey home.Thank you, Lord...for this enormous blessing. And thank you to ALL of the wonderful staff at Jefferson...you are all in my prayers.

The emergency room is great with excellent staff. My 82 year old father has a history of 6 heart attacks and 6 congestive heart failures. He also cannot walk. He is in a wheelchair but can take 3-4 steps to use the bathroom. He was weak with a fever and couldnt breath. They diagnosed him with bronchitis on the verge of pneumonia. We have been to the emergency room before and had a good experience. They admitted him and moved him to a room. They ran some tests but he was so weak and couldnt talk. I wrote a note to give him a nebulizer treatment. They did and it helped but no one thought of it on their own. He soiled himself and I had to ask 9 times for someone to clean him up.They called for a male nurse. He is diabetic and could get skin sores. A social worker came in to see if he was able to take a few steps and see if he could be released. Well they decided he could be. I completely disagreed. I guess medicare didnt want to pay. I have him home now where he is so weak, coughing and out of it, he cant stay awake nor can he sleep. I am very upset and disappointed. I love this man so very very much and hate to see him suffering. I wont have him back to Jefferson again.

I’ve had two family members hospitalized here in the past six months.Save yourself and go elsewhere. My grievances are:1/ How can a non-physician be in charge of patient care? Seen by physician assistant (PA) in ER was a five second look over by attending physician and then placed on hospitalist service only to be cared for by nurse practitioner (NP). What has become of healthcare in the US that we can’t hire doctors2/ There seem to be a lot of manager types walking around with clipboards asking how this and that was. How about you hire more techs, nurses and docs to actually take care of patients3/ ER hold times are insane. We are in NJ not some middle of no where rural area with 0 docs.
