I love these ladies @ this office ... They put me @ ease & it was my first time going. I am scared of Drs period so this was a refreshing atmosphere to say the least. Also, very diligent in regards to getting back w/ me even today as I was bugging them :p

This has been BY FAR - THE - worst office to work with when it comes to scheduling appointments and asking for information. Not only did I get different answers from each person I spoke too about the same topic, but they forgot about me, and didnt put a phone call in when they were suppose too so I could get an MRI completed on time. I even spoke to a Supervisor/Manager and they told me that they have mentioned their issues in the office to the staff and thats all that they can do. One month later, Im STILL trying to get a straight answer from them to get the approval that they shouldve worked on when they forgot about me.HOWEVER, my doctor {Doctor Elgenaidi} is amazing and he has made me feel so much better from what is going on with me right now. I only continue to come to this office because of him. I would recommend him 100%, but every time I have to deal with the office I automatically get frustrated because of the service I know Im going to get, and I have to share that they keep proving to me that they are incompetent of doing their job.

My husband sees Dr Thapar, who is an excellent doctor, always listens to our concerns, extremely patient with my list of questions I have with me! He is very thorough! I have great respect for him as well as my husband! He has helped us through so many difficult times!

I feel like this appointment was a total waste of my time and money. I was consulted to Dr.Elgenaldi. He told me he didnt know why I was there because he cant do anything more for me. Then he tells me I should get a scan?? Why? To waste more time and money? No thank you. I will not be returning.

Good environment, the staff is very friendly and professional.They answer all your questions and solve all your preoccupation .Dr Ashraf Malek is very patient, he is a very professional Doctor, he take time to answer all your questionsThey receive the patients on time, you dont have to wait so long.
