I have been a patient of Dr. Brian Berberian Gastroenterologist for some time but have not had to see him in 3 years. I think HE is a great Dr. but his staff personnel are inconsiderate and non compassionate. I tried to get an appt. due to trouble swallowing and they told me that they have no appts. available, I asked them EVER and they proceeded to yes, no new patients. I have had nothing but grief with the whole Lourdes system and am looking into moving all my doctors over to Penn Medicine, if anyone is reading this, I suggest you find another provider.
