I came here to pickup my Medication they said waiting time 20 mins. I wait in car at least 30 mins. Long line waiting then they said another 20 mins i mean seriously. Then I wait Inside the store for another 20 mins. Then I check again they said your medication not ready get. They make me sooo mad. Im not in good conditionS for sitting for waiting that long. They need to Understand everyone time Value. But I’m going to change that’s cvs. Horrible service!!!!

Worst CVS I have ever been to. Every time I try and call the pharmacy they never answer and keep me on hold for over 30 minutes until I just give up and hang up. They take forever to fill your prescription and the line and wait is horrendous. Then they have the audacity to call you on an automated line a million times to have you continue filling your prescriptions there. No thanks, I’d rather go to Walgreens!

Horrible service. Under staffed and they do not answer pharmacy phone. I have called 3 times today. The first time on hold for 30 minutes until I hung up. I called back at 5 and was on hold for 1 hour thirty nine minutes. I have now called back again at 7:58 pm and I have been on hold for 10 minutes so far. Not sue if I should just call the regular customer service or what. I must move to another pharmacy

They are doing construction for vaccines which is great but the new aisles are extremely narrow....too narrow to maintain 6 feet.Also pharmacy never has prescriptions ready. There is always a delay.My doctor can call something in the morning and it still not ready for 12 hours.

I have no complaints at all with this store. The staff is very friendly towards me and I always have good service. Most of my dealings are with the pharmacy , my scripts are always filled on time and I am notified when they are refilled. Dottie in the pharmacy has always been very pleasant, greets me by name and from what I observe she is always happy, kind and respectful to everyone. CVS Pharmacy A-1

Incredible pharmacy staff...very pleasant and professional. They go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied. The 24 hour service is wonderful. So much better than other CVS pharmacies in this area of south Jersey.

I usually go this location all the time since it’s close to what I live. Unfortunately last visit I grabbed the wrong item, While still on parking lot, I went back to exchange it or return it but they said due to the COVID-19, we can’t accept any returns. I spoke to the manger and she told me the same. I spoke to CVS customer service and they said it’s “UP TO THE MANAGER”. It was only $6 costs them to take my business to neighbouring Walgreens

This is the worst CVS Ive ever been to. Cashiers up front are always slow & the Pharmacy is horrible. I dont think Ive ever been able to fill a Rx without an issue. Latest issue involves taking 3 days of me calling both CVS and my Dr trying to get one common med filled. Im not asking them to even go above & beyond....just do your job! Switching to Walgreens.

I seem to regularly have issues here. Today cashier says she cant tell me why my prescription is not filled I need to go over to consultation. Consultation says it makes no sense why it was not filled its only Pepcid AC. She said if I wait she will have it filled. So I wait15mins only to be told its on back order. I am like where is the breakdown here? I am told to wait for an item thats not in stock..so I went to Walgreens.

Ive been dealing with CVS throughout the country for over 25 years. This is a very busy pharmacy; and they are GREAT (one of the BEST CVSs, in my opinion)! The pharmacy always has everything under control. My only negative would be that there is no drive-up for when you feel really sick and dont wish to get out of your car. Theyre 24 hours; thats a HUGE plus for me! The store stock is your typical CVS; with a friendly staff.

This is worse pharmacy around in Cherry Hill and customer service is horrible. When my doctor called in the prescription ahead time even after 4 hours I go to cvs pick-up my prescription Medicine and all times they tell me it’s not ready it will be another 30min. That’s ridiculous! Even I spoke to Pharmacist department manager and he is useless and no avail. Do not go this place it’s worse pharmacy....

Poor service, I called them because I had a quick question for the pharmacist about a prescription that I was calling i for my patient . They made me wait forever and then hung up the phone on me twice. The pharmacist had my call back number as well but never called back and I had to call in the prescription to another CVS.

Front end staff is average but somewhat disengaged. May be overworked by aging local population who are slower to respond and have lots of questions. Nice but expensive prepared fresh food bar, similar to a Wawa. Pharmacy is disappointing...not much patient service, but again, may be due to many seniors using this store, as well as nearby hospitals and nursing homes. Its in a convenient location, but I prefer the CVS in Woodbury, NJ on Red Bank Ave.

I would not go to this location if you value your health. The pharmacy staff is incompetent, really could care less about what medications they are working with, and have little to no ability to interface with the customer base. On too many occasions to count, the incorrect, wrong dose, or no medication was dispensed. They will not contact your doctor (Prescribing) to verify maintenance medications, and will demand a new script for 2nd or 3rd refills when indicated more available on bottle.In my opinion, this location is skirting the edge of what the state will allow them to do prior to sanctioning or outright closure of the pharmacy department.

Came in to pick up med that should have been on automatic refill. I had been getting calls daily from cvs. When it was not ready the pharmacist took 2 phone calls. At least 5 mins. Then he said he would fill it. I sat down and watched as he attended to someone who wanted a consultation on diarrhea. Then others came in and he immediately attended to them. Left without the med which Im out of. I love the pharmacy and the staff there. No complaints in 10 years. But this guy needs to prioritize his customers or not be there. Im fuming. Was going to get a flu shot but will now get it at Walgreens

This CVS is ALWAYS busy. Be prepared to wait in a very long line. I tried shopping in the evening and again, a line. Some of the cashiers are clueless on picking up the phone and calling for backup to help reduce the line. Some of the staff are Rude.Also the pharmacy is extremely busy long lines there also. Bottom line head across the street to Walgreens.

Every visit seem to have an issue. The wait time in line is ridiculous. The young lady stood there at the register like a deer caught in the headlights and when I ask is she able to ring me up while there was a line behind me she said she was waiting for a customer to come back. This is totally unacceptable she should have canceled that order took the next person in line and then bring that person when they returned from shopping. Outside of the excessively long lines the service is mediocre. I also had an incident where I purchase and item and was charged $1.94 for the item and thirty cents tax when I asked why she said because before the sale price the tax would be $0.30 Ive never heard of such ridiculousness. This has to be illegal. How can you charge tax on an amount that I am not spending. Too many issues like this have occurred during my shopping visits I will not be shopping here ever again.

Bought a keyboard, receipt didnt print out. Cashier tells me receipt should be on either my email or can be seen through cvs card. Found that the keyboard was pretty bad, decided to return. They tell me that I can only get store credit for keyboard bc I dont have receipt, and even though I bought it 2 days ago. Nothing I want in cvs, so basically turned in keyboard for trash. Not happy that Im being punished for their mistake. Dont go here, go to walgreens on the other side of the street. Definitely a better choice.

This review is solely based on the pharmacy. CVS should not be allowed to administer pharmaceutical needs to any community. Ive been to many ones over the years and they all leave me astouded by their lack of professionalism and customer sevices. This CVS pharmacy is laughable and their staff are so unhelpful... one suggestion is to the lady behind the counter is to stop stuffing your face with Poptarts and getting your sticky fingers all over my prescription. I could go into a long story about their incompetenticies but sadly youll have to find out for yourself or just stay away.

Ive had few problems at this CVS and the ones Ive had werent their fault. I like the store but the staff arent the friendliest. Theyre not mean but they obviously dont care and are just going through the motions.
