Dr. Bennett is WONDERFUL! She listens, informs & is highly empathetic!

My wife has been seeing Dr. Benett for a few years now and if you want someone thats going to give you answers to any of the issues you may be having then shes the one you want. Shes very knowledgeable and straight forward with a no B/S approach to things that is refreshing to find today. Women at the front desk are very nice and helpful as well. My wife and I live an hour away from her office and we wouldnt consider seeing anyone else.

I am home from graduate school for the month on winter break, so I took the first appointment I could get. This appointment was with Jody Bennett. First problem, her computer was down. When she was asking me questions about my birth control brand, past infections, gardasil shot, I did not know the answers off the top of my head. Jody made a few comments towards me in a judge-mental manner. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I have had abnormal Pap smears my whole life for reasons that are still unknown. I am 24. Jody stated that the reason they are abnormal is because I listened to my mom and never received a gardasil shot, she proceeded to tell me I am old enough to make my own decisions. Her demeanor was very rude. I felt judged because I did not receive the shot.

Dr. Benett is highly unprofessional. She has failed my daughter on many accounts. She neglected to mention my daughter had cysts on both ovaries as per her ultrasound. She neglected to question why a 9yr old would be diagnosed with 4 different gynocological problems in 8wks. She neglected to take a photo of my daughter, as the nurse practitioner suggested. She simply waved her hand in dismissal and said we dont have film in the camera. She seemed to be more concerned with the fact that I had no make up on than daughters exam.Dr. Benett, you are extremely unprofessional and neglected many things during your exam of my daughter. Dr. Kaufman was far more thorough than you were.You claimed I appeared washout if I were dolled up and smiling, under the circumstances which brought me to your office with my daughter, you shouldve been more concerned then. I am a mother who loves her children more than anything and brought my daughter to you with grave concern. You were dismissive of my concerns and highly unprofessional.It is now December and my daughter still complains of the very issues you dismissed as nothing being.I WILL NEVER return to your practice nor would I recommend you to anyone.You should lose your license for what you dismissed with my daughter.Disgraceful!!!
