These places arent typically known for being the most efficient, well-run places, but this location is, by far, the worst weve ever been to. After opening at 8:00AM, we were greeted by the rudest woman Ive had the pleasure of meeting. Despite an opening time appointment of 8:00AM, I was told there is someone else ahead of me and I will have to wait--no big deal. Twenty minutes later there is a line of no less than 8 walk-ins (of which all new ones are now being told its not even worth waiting by this fine employee), a 45+ minute wait for those, and they have just taken the first patient: a walk-in that showed up 15 minutes after Id checked in for my appointment.The disorganization and incompetence at this location is absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunately for me, we rescheduled from another location based on the better time slot of this appointment. I recommend you drive the extra 15 minutes to go somewhere the employees are actually capable of reading a schedule and a clock.Update: 42 minutes later we find out (1) the walk-in taken first was a friend of the woman and didnt feel like waiting and (2) are finally finished with the first appointment of the day! Not only are they disorganized, but skills and professionalism are completely nonexistent here. Highly recommend going somewhere else, this location isnt worth your time. One positive I can give is the float employee (not normally full-time here) was much more efficient when she finally got started, but dont count on getting that here on any given day.

Set up an appointment for Quest but, Cherry Hill is CLOSED for renovations. No human to answer the phone. With all the money they saved you would they could update the website

Extremely slow, no sense of urgency. Can’t expedite if their lives depended on it. An older couple had to wait for over an hour while I was here before leaving because people that came in after them got called. Like I know you’re not the brightest bulb in the bunch honey but when you got a 60+ year old couple waiting for an hour and you take the 20 something young lady that just walked in 5 minutes ago first… it’s clear you belong somewhere else.

I was ten minutes late for an appointment that I made and was told I would be treated as a walk in.After an hour, about 10 people were in end out in five minutes, I was told they did not take my insurance which I registered on the website.

I found Quest Diagnostics at 1040 st 102 in Cherry Hill to be very efficient clean and a pleasant 5 minute walk in experience. Being on level “L” there was no need to use the elevator. I was immediately greeted after opening the door to the office and was personally walked to a sanitizing station, then shown to the kiosk to sign in. Not being crowded I selected to wait in the waiting room (about 4 chairs) rather than being summoned from my car. No Chance to sit down, Shinnel reviewed the lab slip my doctor had mailed me with the 5 tests on the Quest print out. She directed me to the draw booth and she had a very pleasant and engaging manner. Before I knew it we were done. I like the early hours available. This is my new favorite place to get blood drawn. I got there there’s nobody at all at the office .. so I’m sitting for about 20 mins waiting for somebody to appear & I atm was the only one in the office & somebody walked in & staff seen me sitting there didn’t ask if I needed help or something down that line they just skipped me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE people. Just skip the visit if you can they’re are plenty of quests out there but this one ain’t it !!

Today, 10/24/2020 mustve been an off day for the staff at the Cherry Hill office, because they got started seeing people about 8:30 on this 8am open time. They actually came to open the door at 8:05, only after I got impatient and knocked, with more than 6 people waiting outside. Havent had blood drawn yet, but theyre usually pretty good at that. Unfortunately, some of the Staff have No Customer Service skills, treating their customers with rudeness and no empathy at all. The Staff member that waited on me got so upset at me that she didnt realize I was the wrong patient! It was a real painful experience, and I cant imagine how some people get jobs working with people.

I had an 8:30 am appointment & we got there 20 minutes early, so we expected to wait, however I was taken back within 5 minutes of our arrival. The staff was friendly & very efficient. Even though it is a little further from our house we would have no problem going back to this location.

The knuckleheads at quest diagnostics wouldnt give me my covid-19 test results!!!! I took the test at mt. laurel Walmart parking lot. I was never contacted and i took the test on June 17, 2020. I had to find a nurse that would be willing to call in and get my test results needless to say I had to do that just to get my test results. Thanks for being so careless and ignorant.

Staff was extremely rude and pre-occupied with talking to each other while people were waiting and even when they tried to do the intake and process your paperwork. After the draw I asked a question (as I usually have another test done & they weren’t doing it at this time) and she snatched the paperwork out of my hand and said “no” and just walked away. Save your time and go to the one on pleasant valley in mt Laurel, never had a problem there and they are attentive and polite.

Only one phlebotomist was in the office. She was chomping on gum the entire time I was there. Not to mention her gum chewing was the only aggressive or fast action she was capable of because every other movement was painstakingly slow. ----- I saw her help a patient with a urine test and I did not see her wash her hands before waiting on the next patient. She was wearing gloves and changed her gloves in-between patients, but I’m not sure the changing of gloves could have prohibited the transfer of germs from one glove to the other. If this was my employee they would have been terminated.

Supposed to open at 8 am today. Instead the staff is outside smoking cigarettes. I guess 8am is just an arbitrary time for your employees. Maybe Labcorp wouldnt be wiping the floor with you, if you actually trained your ghetto staff on customer service

People are rude and slow. Refused to take my blood, said I had to come back the day of my doctor appointment. The doctor appointment is to read the blood results, so that doesnt work. I have been doing this at this location every three months for years. All of a sudden I cant. New people are idiots. Dont use this facility. Slo w, rude and unprofessional.

Very professional staff. Very good drawing blood. The office is in a tired old building, but for blood work in Cherry Hill, go here. Get there early. Also register on the Quest site so you can schedule an appointment as walk ins may be delayed if they are busy. Ive been there many times and always quick, efficient, and polite employees.

Rude, unfriendly staff. told my pregnant wife she needed to come back with an appointment, when walk-ins are accepted. ended up sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours because they never put her on a wait list.
