Had the worst experience here. Brought my two infants here for blood work. I specifically made appointments to avoid walk in wait times. It took 45 minutes to even bring us back. As soon as we said we were going to leave they said they’d take us. We went to a room where they made us wait another half hour as the first nurse that came in said she wasn’t going to do it that another tech was “just better with the babies”. We watched that tech take 3 adults after saying she’d be right in. Only to have a different nurse come in. They jabbed my one 1 year old twice and fished the needle around only to not even get blood and tell us they could jab him again or we could come back. We obviously weren’t staying any longer. As we went to leave the tech told us to make sure the boys were better hydrated because it would be easier to get blood. It was almost TWO HOURS past their appointment time so obviously they were no longer hydrated. What a traumatizing experience. Regretfully we hadn’t checked reviews first. I hope this helps someone else.

I waited over an hour for a simple employment drug screen. I checked in and the person at the front desk called my name within 5 minutes of checking in to make sure I was there and he told me to wait. A half hour goes by and he looks at me and ask if I was waiting for someone, I said no, I checked in and you told me to wait. A bunch of people came in after me and were seen before me. Finally about a half hour later he tells me to go into room five, I going in and a patient is already in that room. He was not keeping track of his rooms where he was sending patients. Then he proceeds to order lunch and leave While myself and five other people were in the waiting room. I asked another staff member when would I be seen and she said her patient went to her car to charge her phone and she was waiting for her to come back. Again, I had to sit and wait. After an hour and a half I was finally seen for something that took no more than 10 minutes. I’ll never go back to this location again!

This website was very user UNFRIENDLY. Very difficult to make appointment. Wants pics of your cards but wont take them. Wants insurance info but then asks for pics which it cant take. No one answers the phone. Guess they want you to go elsewhere. I hope when I finally get there they will be better than the website. Gives me little faith in their ability to draw blood.

The front desk lady is lazy and i had a 12:00pm appointment its 12:25pm and im in the back waiting. When i came into the lab, The front desk lady was very rude and not welcoming. Very lazy should not work here. When my name was finally called the lady told me to go to number 5 and im currently still here waiting for assistance. Thought this was a nice place to go but service for my first time here was horrible unfortunately.MIRIAM was so rude and slow. She didnt read paperwork correctly, i was only there for finger printing and she was unprofessional and had a attitude. She just knew i wasnt for it.

DO NOT GO HERE. This labcorp is TERRIBLE, they are awful and rude! If you do HAVE to go here and have a lady named MIRIAM ask to be seen by someone else because she was the worst one there. She stuck me once in the arm even though she couldn’t find the vein and then again in my hand. But before she did that I told her I’ll come back another day, she then forced me to sit in the chair by telling me “No I’m doing your hand”, and proceeded to place the tourniquet. And the whole time she was just blaming me saying it’s my fault she couldn’t find a vein. This place is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. PLEASE DO NOT GO.

I usually get my blood drawn at my doctors office. I was there at 8:30 am for fasting bloodwork, & it was already overcrowded, according to one (of many) signs which said 8 person capacity for covid safety. The chairs are also NOT six feet apart. Another sign says please sign in. I stepped up to the reception desk (no receptionist) and a woman from across the office yelled at me to check in on the kiosk, which I didnt even see until she said such.Then she or someone else proceded just to call people back by just shouting names from behind a wall. I am hearing impaired and I imagine many of the other people waiting (seniors) were, as well. The masks make it hard enough for us to hear, shouting from another room is just inconsiderate and poor practice. A few people either thought their name was called or it was, and no instruction was given, so when an older gentleman got up and went through the door, he got yelled at for coming back there too soon.After 45 minutes, I left. I could not wait any longer, I had to be at work. For all I know, they called my name and I didnt hear it. After I left, I got an automated text saying they were ready for me. Oh well. Between the attitude and the lack of social distancing and the disregard for patients, Ill have to find an alternate location to get my prescribed bloodwork. At least I know about the kiosks now and wont feel like a misbehaved child trying to sign in.

The place is dirty the front desk person yells your first and last name out loud ... Major hippa violation .....and says what chair to sit it because she is in a seperate room 20 feet away i thought i heard chair 1 but it was 3 then i am in the halk way someone comes out of a room and they tell the person next to go in...never did they disenfect brtween patients lastly the phlebotomist go in and out of rooms not changing gloves... If you leave an examination room to get something you take your gloves off that is medical 101 .

I had the BEST experience at this labcorp today. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman at check in, but both him and the phlebotomist Shay were amazing! I was so nervous to get my labs today, and even though I didn’t tell them this, they both helped put me at ease and made the visit a breeze. 10/10 would recommend this labcorp!

I accompanied my brother to his scheduled appointment 8/17/21 11:12 am on Kings Hwy because he has very poor vision and poor hearing. The woman waiting on him did not address the fact that he has no email to create a patient portal and needed lab results for clearance for surgery. No reassurances were given that he would be mailed a hard copy of his lab work. A violation of his rights as an older American.

The people here must hate their job because they are terribly mean. I never met front desk workers who are this unwelcoming. Also someone in the office was coughing up a storm consistently during the forty minutes I was there which is concerning in this pandemic. Don’t waste your energy, go somewhere else.

The woman that took my blood hurt my left arm and switched to my right leaving two bruises. In the process, one of my blood tests was either not done or lost. Her cavalier attitude really bothered me and she told me she was having trouble because I was dehydrated. I dont believe it.

Electronic sign in was a little confusing but process was still great. First technician was sweet and gentle. When she couldn’t find a vein she called another tech and boy was she good!!!! Took her less than a minute to find my stubborn vein and draw the blood she needed!!!!!! Thank you for making it a painless process!!!!!

It was my first time here, never been drug tested or fingerprinted before. I expected a longer wait, but I walked in at 9:40am for a 10:00am appointment, and was taken in by 9:50am! Everything was complete within 10 minutes! The associates are attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. They made the process easy and quick. To the previous review, I walked in as you were throwing a fit for having to wait a bit, and it was embarrassing to say the least. The remarks you said were obscene. Hope you find some peace someday. The associates handled the situation accordingly and professionally and managed to deescalate the situation. It impressed me! Will choose this lab if needed in the future!

The individuals working there were amazing. I dealt with Besty Rodriguez at the front desk. She was extremely nice in a very stressful environment. My lab request wasnt there & their fax was temporary broken. Since the doctors office was down the road she suggested for me to go pick it up and she would save my spot, which she did. I think the situation was handled beautifully. She is a gem. Then I also had a nice guy drawing my blood, Tyquan Watkin. I told him my veins are hard & they usually resort to a butterfly needle in my hand. He did that the 1st try ... and I was done within minutes. Excellent job listening to the patient.

I usually use the lab located directly inside my Primary Care Doctor’s office but have been getting a series of testing requested by a specialist. The Lab Corp by Mt. Laurel Walmart is awful (been there twice) so I thought I’d give this one a try. I will always use the Kings Hwy location from now on!I found out that one of my specific tests needs same-day results so they prioritized me in the waiting line in order to get my blood sample sent off ASAP. My phlebotomist, Ty, was the seriously kindest lab technician I have ever worked with. He was very helpful, even to the customers he was not performing draws for. Betsy at the front desk also helped create a good experience for me. I didn’t understand some of the lingo she was using, but she patiently explained it to me.Thank you so much for your care and concern during this trying time of COVID-19 and also my own personal health challenges. You made a test I wish I didn’t have to go through so much easier!

This place is awful. I told them, I have damaged veins and had surgery on my hands, please can someone with experience help me not a student. So she stuck me in my hand, then told me that I should have drank 4 GALLONS of water the night before. Tried twice and gave up. Go anywhere but here!!!!!

This place got plenty bad reviews which made me apprehensive about going, but I needed to go immediately. I went Monday morning (9/10/18) when they first opened. I wasnt feeling having to use the kiosk (my first time). Before I could get over that I was called to registration right away. Things went quickly and smoothly with minimum questions since they already had most of my info. LISA the receptionist was pleasant. I had one person in front of me before entering a room. That went quickly as well. BRUCE was FANTASTIC! He made an already good experience even better!Thank you both!

Woman at admissions was lovely. Tech was perturbed that I asked her to WASH HER HANDS before she drew blood from my 12 year old. No hand sanitizer available to them in the bays, they have to apply in hall. This is an EASY fix, LabCorp!

I came in for a pre-employment drug screen at 9:40. I got called back to stand in a room at 11. 10 minutes pass and a male nurse told me it would be just a minute. He would continuously check in on me, but the nurse who was to actually perform the screening came back around 10:30 and was told that I was still waiting. She then proceeded to say that I had not been waiting that long (almost 40 minutes now) and the male nurse stuck up for me, before the two began to bicker over who was at fault. Another nurse finally came back, apologized for the wait and performed the 5 minute procedure. It should not take 40 minutes, you should not insinuate that I have been lying about how long I have been standing in a room with nowhere to sit for 40 minutes, you should do your job. I didnt say a word; I could tell that the male nurse was beyond stressed while the other nurses were all up front doing whatever before deciding to come help him.

Most timely labcorp around. I go early in the morning before work. They understand everyone has work after their appointment. Make sure you have your drivers license and insurance card. Don’t expect to be sitting in a pretty office that smells like flowers where they hand you coffee as you wait. This facility is still much cleaner than any facility in Philly! Be realistic people. Be smart about your time. Make an appointment. Be a decent human being. Be kind

The people working there are lazy, inconsiderate and lack people skills.The receptionists refuse to get out of their chairs and yell to the waiting room from their office area. Once processed, they tell you to wait beside the blood draw room while someone else if getting blood drawn.Who’s running this place?!?!What a mess!

Terrible. I get there and the 3 people at the front ignored me one guy came to help me . Call me to the back pretty quickly but now theres only 1 lady helping everyone. Had me wait in a like for a room. Got in my room waited even more. The lady behind me in the line got a room and was seen immediately while I was still waiting !! I interrupted and let them know I was in my room first and I need to be seen. They say well were going based off of appointments. The doctor that sent me sent everything electronically. If you were doing appointments first why would you make me wait in a line? 2 of the ladys have smart mouths. The one lady just came right in and took my nephews blood. I will never got to this location again unless they restaff with people who understand customer service. They had elderly pol standing up in a line in the back for very long periods of time!! Why not just leave them in the waiting room or have chairs back there too? All in all it was an awful experience.

I was a bit hesitant to try the facility after reading mixed reviews, but I had great experience. The facility was clean and well maintained, the staff was helpful professional. I had never used the automated check in kiosks, and since I obviously didn’t look like I knew what I was doing, one of the techs stopped and asked me if I needed any help, and proceeded to stand next to me to talk me through the process. I didn’t have an appointment, so I planned to be there when the facility opened at 6am. I left my car at 6am exactly, and I was back in my car and on my way at 6:23am. I will definitely use this facility in the future!

Surprised by the low ratings. I was greeting immediately and given specific steps to check in such as sign clip board, use kiosk, then sit at check in desk. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Techs were skilled and quick! I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Well see how I rate my experience after billing comes through, etc. but I had a great experience at this LabCorp today. The lady who signed me in was nice and helpful (didnt catch her name) and Bruce, the phlebotomist, was excellent! he could tell I was nervous right away and was chipper and supportive with me, which I really need when getting my blood drawn because it gives me major anxiety. I worked out this morning and then worked myself up about it beforehand, and then with fasting I got really lightheaded and felt sick after it was done. Bruce put ice on my neck and patted down my forehead while I sweat, had me sip some water, and helped me cool down, all while chatting with me to keep me distracted and help me along. After about 5 minutes I was back to normal. So grateful he was there for me! Great job!

I frequently go to this location for my lab testing because of the staff. They do a phenomenal job of always being professional, courteous, helpful, and effecient despite being chronically understaffed. My wife and I have been there for blood work over forty times in the past year alone! Management has no clue what these dedicated workers deal with daily and how compassionate they are

Worst lab ever. I went in for a pre employment drug screen. All I seen was an empty office full of people fooling around talking about things they dont need to be talking about in front of patients. While I sat patiently waiting in the 2nd waiting room for about 45 minutes while the employees were walking back and forth like a bunch of chickens with they head cut off doing nothing. The best part about this place is that they ever sent my screening in. Corporate should get new staff in this office. And for the person that collected my sample I should put your name on here. They opened at 6am, I got there at 6:10am hoping to be one of the first people there. There already was a full sheet and 7 people unseen in front of me so I mentally prepared myself to be there for a while. They were so fast in check in and I only waited a few minutes to be seen. From signing in to leaving it was 30 mins. Amazing. Perfect stick done by the phlebotomist and in and out in no time. Kind and smiles all around. Highly recommend.I do think by the end of the day, the stress of everyone complaining piles up so I recommend going first thing in the morning.

Is there a way to give less than 1 star. I just was billed $600 because my insurance number was off by some numbers. The check in process did not work on the computer so it had to have been the secretary who input my insurance incorrectly. I normally believe everyone makes mistakes especially when inputting such tedious numbers but this secretary definitely was trying to give me trouble. From the start I was met with such attitude that ended with her not even telling me where I should go to get my labs collected. She did not confirm any of my information with me to make sure it was correct and I was left confused and unsure if I had completely everything I needed to so my doctor would get the results. It’s a huge shame since all of the lab technicians were incredibly hard workers who you could tell enjoyed working with the people who came in for their lab services. I will not be returning to this location and suggest you don’t as well until they get a new secretary. As a health care provider myself I have never seen such gross misconduct and utter lack of respect for an individual at a health care organization. And once I got my incorrect bill based on her bad judgement, I knew I needed to say something.

I arrived a little aft 7am. No clip board on the counter but there was two sign in machines. So I signed in on one of them . After sitting for about 25 mins, I stated noticing people now signing on a clip board. I went to lady at counter and told her that I signed in on the machine. She told me that I also had to sign this clip board. By this time there was a list of people. She told me I had to sign the bottom of list even though I had been sitting in front of her for 25 mins. Was there on a Friday afternoon. Waited an hour then asked the women working how much longer. She was so so rude! She says she is the only one working. How can you just have one person working at a lab facility? There must have been about 15 people waiting. I heard one person say they do things a#& backwards in here. Waited additional 10 minutes looked at the clip board again and she highlighted the ones that she just called. She wasnt taking anyone in order as they came in. They were highlighted in random order. I assume she was taking the easier ones first. I left, wasted my afternoon to sit at a facility that smelled like urine. Would never ever recommend or go there again! Just to clarify this is the Cherry Hill Nj location. Went to the Delran location. Completely the opposite! Very clean and wait wasnt too bad.

I see all the low ratings but I have to be honest my experience here was pretty great (as great as getting bloodwork done can be, I guess). I was a walk-in around 11:30 on a weekday, Getting In and checking in was easy, waited maybe 5 minutes. Shout out to Henry (sorry if I got your name wrong, but the guy with the sick man bun) for being so quick and easy and friendly, I would definitely pick this specfiic location again to get bloodwork done.

Horrible expierenxe. I used to be certified as a PT and I can tell that these people did not pay attention to cross contamination or the proper way to puncture. The first individual was not able to withdraw blood and kept digging in my vain until I couldn’t tolerate the pain. He went on to my next arm and couldn’t get anything. He called his coworker who wasn’t even wearing gloves and caused hematoma. I wish I could add pictures of how bad my arms were.

Nasty unpleasant staff. As a fellow healthcare worker being greeted in such an unpleasant manner, like theyd just as soon spit on you as help you is not a good look. They have an electronic check in... But oh. You also have to sign in which they fail to point out as I watch 5 people who came in after me get called in. Then get told in a curt way well you have to sign in on the paper. Will never use this drawing station again. But you cant expect much from a company that hires bottom of the barrel representatives

Brought my 17 year old son in today for his first blood draw EVER so far in his life. It was a fasting blood work so along with nerves and an understandable wait due to many walk in’s, like us, he wasn’t feeling very strong. My son started to pass out even though a very capable Phlebotomist by the name of “Betsy” found a vein immediately! Betsy handled the drama very well and called for help from another one of Lab Corp’s Phlebotomists, “Bruce” and he came to my son’s rescue. All was handled professionally. I would recommend this Lab Corp to anyone, and we will return there again for more caring, compassionate service the next time our family needs blood work done.

Had a scheduled appointment. Arrived to empty waiting room, 2 employees at desk talking about vacation time. Signed in pin clipboard as directed by sign. Waited 10 minutes without a greeting and without anyone checking clipboard. Approached desk and waited for employees to stop conversing and when one employee finally made eye contact I was invited back but again had to wait for the vacation time conversation to end. All in all it took 20 min to get one vial of blood drawn in an empty office. Not the best customer service. Having a scheduled appointment appeared to make no difference in efficiency.

Ive used Lab Corp for several years. The service and workers were great. The last 3 visits were horrible. One man in a chair for his blood work. He fell out of the chair. When he got into the chair, with majority, they never asked if he needed assistance or if he needed the front piece swing to keep you in the seat. Nothing from staff. One comment they made, what was that? I said a man fell down. Time goes by and I had to tell them to look into this. The man never moved or said a word. I kept saying call 911. When I pulled out my cell they called 911, one of them called before I could. Good thing that wasnt me. I did get my blood work done, then I needed a urine specimen. Upon entry to the bathroom I turned and left. Urine all over the toilet and floor as well as toilet paper and paper towels. No surprise the sink was filthy. I did write a note to corporate, then another note after my next visit. They are in my insurance network. I sent pictures to them to see about cancelling their contract. My doctor said he would get my blood and urine else where and he would pay the difference.They do not even deserve one star, but you have to select one to make this post. This place is a patients worse nightmare. Never again will I go back. Three times in row and Ill never go back. My first visit was also bad. Workers talking about non-related conversations, etc. who are these people they hire? Shame shame shame on Lab Corp.3 months later another doctor insisted I use them one more time. He asked me to make a video if anything was less than perfect.experience. UGH

Had a 10am appointment. Got there 15 min. early and was called backat 10:30. What is the point of appointments?

They drop my urine test and then they send a fax to my MD they wrote empty recipient , I called to complain and the supervisor hung up on me,stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
