I have been a loyal patient since 2012. Today I learned that they are willing to lose me over a $25 rescheduling fee. I did not call to reschedule a Monday 8 am appointment because I knew they were not open over the weekend or before 8 am. I called as soon as they opened to reschedule, and when I asked them to reconsider the $25 fee they refused, even after I told them I would find another dentist. This practice is money hungry and has terrible customer service.
