I had 6 teeth extracted yesterday and was put to sleep . I had no swelling nor did I have any pain. I think from the staff to the surgeon everyone was compassionate and extremely professional in my expereience. I have to have 4 more pulled and will be making my appointment here.

First time ever being put to sleep and dealing with my first surgery ever .Had to get 3 teeth extracted yesterday .ll the ladies there where very nice and made me feel very comfortable . The front desk was great and answered any questions I had. The doctor himself was awesome and answered every question I asked. Felt nothing during the surgery and after I didnt. Even the next day which is today , no pain at all and all I have taken was motrine. Will go back if I ever need anymore done and I highly recommend them to anyone esp if your really scared. Big thank you to everyone , esp the nurse who took me back and talked to me and help me calm down. This place ROCKS!!

Thank you to Dr. Keiser & staff I had a seamless recovery after my wisdom teeth extraction! I was in and out in under an hour. I was taken back promptly on my appointment time & I had ZERO pain during my recovery! My mouth is healing quickly as well. Highly recommend!

Had an appt at 920. Was sitting in the office for an hour when they tell me, oh your appt was at 1030 This office is completely unorganized and completely unprofessional. The ladies in the front are TRASH 🗑! They should be fired!

Do not go to this oral surgery office, My son had a 8:00 a.m. appointment, He missed school, I had to take a personal day, only to be told when we arrived that they could not perform the surgery because doctor Muhammad is no longer there.. The 2 receptionists at the front desk were not helpful at all and couldnt even reschedule an appointment for me on the spot as we were severely inconvenienced.

Dr. Vazir and his team are exceptional. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and an additional tooth extracted in one sitting. From beginning to end the process was well managed and pretty much painless. It’s been 24 hours after surgery and I feel great, definetly better than I expected to be. Would highly recommend his practice if this your looking for an oral surgeon who’s well versed.

Dr. Vazir was the best dentist/ oral surgeon I’ve ever had. He was so kind and accommodating. I was very nervous going in because I had a horribly traumatic experience the last time I was at the dentist, but I feel so much better after my appointment. He was quick and my procedure was pain free. He checked in during the procedure frequently to make sure I was comfortable. Wouldn’t see anyone else after him!

Rude front desk customer service. Brought my elderly father here for a minor tooth surgery during Covid. The employees at the front desk were extremely rude when I asked if I could sit outside and wait in the parking lot (small office, small parking lot) especially since it is during a pandemic. He was getting anesthesia and I was here to drive him home.They were very rude and told me I shouldn’t have a problem waiting inside because I was “the only person here” and when I asked if I could walk outside for some fresh air (I have asthma) they were even MORE rude and told me to stay right outside of the door.I asked them what the specific reasoning is why I had to stay inside the building during a pandemic and they truly didn’t have any. They said “so we make sure you don’t leave”. I offered to give my cell number and would be less than 50 feet away in the car in the parking lot and they said NO. I was extremely uncomfortable the entire time and felt trapped and bullied. I wish I could give zero stars for customer service. I am sure the surgeons do a fine job but some rules and regulations need to be revisited.

I made the appt 3 months back as they were booked; understandable( i was in no rush to have my wisdom teeth extracted anyhow).First time here. Front desk staff was very attentive and friendly. No issues at all with being a new pt and checking in.Dr. Vazir and the assistants amazing. I have terrible anxiety and knowing my one tooth had to be pulled that day; they took their time and answered all questions and went into details about what was going to happen.Dr. Vazir is amazing at what he does. I unfortunately wasnt able to be put asleep as this was an emergency extraction. He did numb and made sure I was numb before beginning. LET ME TELL YOU; I was shaking and scared. He continued on making sure I was fine and trying to keep me calm. Idk how any Doctor handles pts like that and remains so professional.HIGHLY RECOMMEND seeing him!!I go back in 2 days to have the other 3 removed while being put under.

DONT GO HERE! GO TO VINELAND ORAL SURGEON INSTEAD!The WORST experience ever was with this office, they had me come in for my scheduled appointment and when I showed up they told me I had to reschedule because the dentist wasnt in (the front desk women were so rude and made me feel uneasy). Nobody called me or anything and I live quite far from there office so I rescheduled for next week and I didnt make a issue of it and decided to give them another chance. But when I showed up next week for my appointment I showed up early and was waiting in the parking lot, the office looked completely closed and the door was locked so I waited another 10min in my car for them to open when I noticed someone else pulled in the parking lot and walked inside. So I rushed inside for my appointment and explained to them how the door was still locked a few moments ago when I tried to open it and since I was 10 minutes late (it was 8am) instead of telling me to wait or reschedule they became very rude and called in other women who worked there to come to the front desk to make me feel uncomfortable while wagging there phones in my face ( meanwhile none of them were wearing masks) telling me they can see me today still if the dentist approves and while waiting for the dentist to respond if they could see me 10 min late ( nobody was there to begin with mind you besides me and my grandmother who took me to get my wisdom teeth taken out) while waiting for the response they got so rude that the girls were gossiping right infront of me about me and the situation, wagging phones in my face, and being very argumentative. At that point I decided to not go with this office because I felt so uncomfortable with his they were treating me and my grandmother about the situation and when I asked if I could schedule at the vineland office they lied and told me the next available appointment wasnt until 2 months later. So when I left the office I called vineland myself and that wasnt the case they said they could see me right away. And they were so nice to me and treated me so well I definitely want to go back to vineland oral surgeon if I ever need to. I highly recommend not going to cherry hill because anyone who treats a person like that who is in pain from the wisdom teeth shouldnt be aloud to work in a office. Youre supposed to make people feel welcome and at home especially when they trusting you with putting them to sleep for oral surgery. Iam truly disgusted by the women who work there and there attitude towards there clients, I definitely will never want to step foot in there ever again.

They just told me they arent taking any medical emergency patients. WHERE IS YOUR COMPASSION? The next available appointment is a month out? And you mean to tell me that during a global pandemic, there arent ANY cancellations or reschedules. What is someone with an emergency supposed to do? Go to the hospital, I guess. They dont care.

Because of Covid, Ive waited months for my appt to have 2 teeth surgically removed. When they called to confirm, I was told it was just a consult. Fine. When I got there, Sherry at the front desk asked me to sign in and have a seat. I did. 3 people walked in right behind me and were all immediately helped(By the way, they all also had 130 appts....). Temp taken, ins and referrals provided and paperwork given for them to fill out - they were fully taken care of. Finally, after making eye contact numerous times and patiently waiting for her to call me up, I had to go up to her and tell Sherry that I was never helped. At first she didnt seem to care 1 bit with excuse after excuse. I reminded her we are mid pandemic, I have been sitting here for 30 min without her even taking my temp as I walked in! Asked if she wanted my insurance info or my referral & asked if I could fill out the same paperwork that the others were given.When I got called back the assistant was very sweet, took the xray and I was brought to wait for the dr. He walked in and looked at the screen and IMMEDIATELY without even saying hello... were going to want to put you to sleep for this. You ok with that? (I mean, yea, if thats the only option...which it was!) Heres the instructions for before surgery. and was ready to walk out! I had to stop him to ask a few questions! He literally didnt even put gloves on, because he never touched my mouth - AT ALL!When I left, of course just Sherry was available to help me, she did finally apologize, and then charged me $180 for an hour or so wait, an xray and a 2 second consult if you could call it that. WHATEVER - Just get me out of this place! Then had to schedule the remove 6 weeks from now!!Marilyn just called to give me my out of pocket expense...and was very sweet, but its $850!!! 480 of it is the anesthesia! I said CAN WE DO THIS WITHOUT THE ANESTESIA!? sure, didnt the doctor discuss?! THE DR DIDNT DISCUSS ANYTHING. there were no options given. there were absolutely no discussions. Then it was mentioned that I dont have insurance, just a discount plan. Wrong. I gave Sherry my health, dental, and discount plan info. Marilyn called the insurance company - now its only $526 dollars... oh and they owe me $88 for the appointment - They can charge me whatever they want, but cant submit a refund until the owner approves...even thought they neglectfully never charged my insurance!!You are part of a faulty assembly line here, they dont care about their patients, I cancelled my scheduled extraction I will never go there again and will make sure I tell this to the doctor who referred me. I did speak to the owner & they had proper copied of my insurance, just never even attempted to use it. They are refunding me the entire $180 and I will go elsewhere.

Dental staff are incredible, office staff not so much. How are you scheduled for a 9am appointment and you are still literally waiting in the waiting room an hour later. Why make appointments when you are not calling patients in order or at least not at the time that was scheduled. Also, when you call the office, you dont need to hear the same thing over and over again. The most important thing about dealing with the public is to LISTEN. I shouldnt have to tell someone that has been explained to me several times already when I just need to know one thing and you could answer that in seconds with a yes or no but instead your wasting both our time by not LISTENING.

This is my first review I had ever written but i had to share my experience . I was really scared to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth taking out and to be put to sleep. But the staff and doctors was very kind .They made me feel extremely comfortable. Even though I was crying like a baby lol they was very patient with me and never got upset . I would definitely recommend them. I couldn’t have ask for a better experience .. Thanks Guys!

Highly disappointed. Got a referral from my dentist for a procedure ASAP because i’m 15 weeks pregnant and have a cracked tooth with exposed nerves that literally has me in excruciating pain, its hard to eat, and gives me migraines and makes me feel like i’m going to pass out, i wait 3 weeks for this appointment, take the x-rays from my dentist to them, just to go in and the dental surgeon did NOTHING more than what my dentist ALREADY did. explained to him it’s hard to eat and all he said was “i bet” then proceeds to tell me to go to the front desk and set up the procedure appointment for another 3 WEEKS. which is what THIS appointment was suppose to be to begin with. Ended up having to leave work early and go to the hospital the same night because the excruciating pain was SO bad i had a migraine for HOURS & almost passed out at work. the hospital told me i should have the tooth removed ASAP, just as the dentist did. i’m HIGHLY irritated because all of this could of been avoided if the dental surgeon would of done what i was rushed there by my dentist to get done in the first place, especially being pregnant knowing it could affect my pregnancy. VERY nonchalant and no sense of urgency given my circumstances.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kim! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend him. If you need oral surgery, definitely go see Dr. Kim!

Do not go,not only were they rude to me but two people before me went up to the counter and yelled at them. They are not cheap they messed up my insurance and tried to charge me too much and out-of-pocket was so expensive compared to anybody else in the Camden county area. I had to call my dentist back and get a new recommendation to somebody else I didnt want anything done so I left before they pulled the wrong tooth.

I was scheduled to have oral surgery the day they closed for covid 19 i have called and left messages mulitiple occasions to find out if they have reopened. Can anyone give me some insight on when i can get ahold of them to reschedule?

Dr Vaziri is awsome! The whole staff makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. If i could have him as a regular dentist i would hands down change to him!!!
