Room is clean, massage was really good! Definitely will go back sometimes.

The room was super cold and when I went to pay I gave a 20 dollar tip and they demanded an extra tip, I asked for an easy one and they only put hand cream on my face and a pharmacy mask and they charged me 40 dollars. in many aspects

Nancy just gave me the best massage Ive ever had! 45 minutes back massage followed by 15 minutes of focused attention on my neck and shoulders for pain Ive had. Excellent massage - no frills, clean beds and no nonsense body work. Ill definitely be back.

I had an amazing experience this wonderful opportunity was given to me as a birthday gift.I was asked questions pertaining to my health, my desires would be and what areas-knees, back.etc- I had concerns with. Aa a nurse, this is very important to me they listened and provided exceptional experiences each and every time.I have had massages. I have had facials and I will continue to go back for more.This place is a family favorite I am humbly grateful- do not hesitate experience for yourself.

So.. where do I start. I was skeptical about this place once I wanted through the front door. The person who greeted me wanted me to pay prior to getting to the massage (which isn’t how it’s usually done), the rooms are right next to the waiting room ( so you can overhear other conversations), the entire place was cold, and the bedding for the massage table smelled like feet. Completely grossed out by this experience. I gave this facility two stars because the massage was actually really good. They definitely have the skills to give a good massage, however the facility is not up to par with being a relaxing environment. Seems like a small family owned place, which is fine. But they need to work on improving the quality of the experience and smiling. I walked in the door and got the coldest greeting along with laying in a cold room. I won’t be returning despite the massage being good. There are places who charge less and the experience is a lot more pleasantLastly, they were forceful when it came to tips. Being that I was made to pay in advance, I couldn’t tip her on my card. After the massage she forcefully pointed at the receipt and got a tip of $9. Never returning here again. I’d rather pay the extra $20 and go to Hand and Stone

NEVER AGAIN! They attempted to scam! I had 3 visits with this place and for whatever reason, they chose to charge my card with a suspicious device my LAST visit ever. Also, They do NOT understand English.

Excellent massage, very professional setting. Everything about it was professional -- the details they provided ahead of time, the health data they requested ahead of time, the promptness of the start of the appointment, the quality of the massage. My massage was relaxing, therapeutic, and invigorating, not an easy thing to do! I would go there again next time.

For other complaining about paying first its business and theyre good at what they do so I can understand why they make people pay before they start to make sure no one runs out on them. I dont know about all of them but Tina had the softest hands Ive ever felt definitely will be back again very soon.

I had tight muscles from working out lifting weights and working construction, she asked if I wanted rough, medium, or light pressure. My muscles feel good and she is very good at her job. It will help you recover from a good work out and aid recovery. The hot oil and pressure will relieve tightness. Thank you.

Yea Ill pass. Definitely a one and done. They speak absolutely no English. They asked me to pay before the massage. Then she said tip at the end. She walked out the room twice in the middle of my massage to go to the front desk to greet someone. The room was right in front of lobby so yuh could hear all conversations. Very awkard and uncomfortable. And the room was cold. Youre supposed to leave the blanket on areas that arent getting massaged. she didnt massage my feet nor my head which is standard and didnt do the full hour. Massage was $50 but charged my card $52. I gave 2 stars because the massage did feel good. But everything else was just Shady. Never the less- I wont be returning.
