I have had times where I have called the pharmacy repeatedly for over a 20 minute period or more and no one answers the phone. I am considering going to another location or the Walgreens near me.

Terrible, prescriptions are never ready on time. no one is ever around at the drive thru

This RiteAid has the best staff is the best in the area. They get to know their consumers and can anticipate their needs. They have helped me through several medical issues and are genuinely concerned. They are quick to offer advice.The store staff, in general, are just as amazing.

I came in tonight a little after 11:00 just to get a few items. I proceed to head towards the register to be cashed out. I saw a worker in the isle singing and stocking things Im not sure didnt look she like she was actually working. I figured she would come to the register to cash me out since she was in plain site of the counter I was patiently waiting at. After about 2 minutes of waiting I said excuse me mam but no answer she continued to sing and just ignore me So I proceed to find someone else luckily I found someone. Not sure her name but she was extremely nice and immediately apologized. If it wasnt for her I would of just either left or would have been waiting all night. I wish I would of gotten the young girl name including the girl who flat out ignored me I just know she was a blond and the other girl who was no help at all had reddish hair. All I can say is this store should either get some security or a better employee who will actually cash and pay attention to customers instead of singing and have there own show anyone at any time could walk right out without paying.

I never have issues at this rite aid! I am so glad I get my meds sent to this location. The one pharmacist there was very sweet and gave me my flu shot for me. The cashiers are also very friendly. The points system sucks because Ive shopped there for so long and I never get anything. when i ask why, they cant tell me. But guess what? Idc about that because Im still getting bogo sales on my favorite items and getting other good sales

Pharmacy open later than most. Was dying from painful sinus allergies and running low on allergy meds on a Sunday evening. Called several pharmacies nearby, and this was the only one open past 5 or 6 oclock. Thankful for the extended hours. Otherwise it would have been sheer misery for 24 hrs.

On 2 seperate occasions I had called in a script and when I went to pick up i was told we need to order it and receive it tomorrow 1st was my 1 yr olds antibiotics for her ear infection... yea Im NOT waiting 1 more night...and the other was my birth control which I def need... again and few months prior I had the same issue with meds and said screw it Im going to walgreens.... think its time to say the same again! Smfh and very ignorant poor service

This is the unfriendliest pharmacy Ive ever been to. Youll get kicked out of its too close to closing time; I went there first thing in the morning to pick it up, and said I know its not ready because I dropped it off late last night, and the pharmacist says in her snottiest tone possible, its not ready, I JUST opened up 4 minutes ago... I just told you that, Im letting you know that Im here.
