Ive always had such a pleasant experience at Scenic City Rheumatology (Dr. Bracketts office). Ive been a patient of his for over a decade. He is professional but still shows care and compassion, which I do personally appreciate. The office staff has always been so helpful when Ive needed anything. Just like any other medical office that I go to, they have policies and procedures in place and I respect the fact that they dont overlook their policies for some patients and not others.

Its sad when you wait 4 months for your appointment and then you get stuck in taffic even though you left home earlier allowing for maybe taffic. Then be nice and call to say u might be around 8 minutes late and them tell you that he want see you and you will need to reschedule . Ive set in that office for about 20 minutes before waiting to see the Dr. But I cant be even be 1 minute late. This world is getting very sad.

I’d seen this dr ten years ago. I was diagnosed with arthritis and osteopenia and sent back to him by my PCP. I made the appt and gave them all the info (insurance,etc) and so did my PCP. I was considered a new patient since hadnt been there for so long. So I waited MONTHS for appt, then the week before my appt they called to VERIFY my appt , then told me they didn’t take my insurance! They were keeping patients with my insurance already established, but not me. So I waited for months for NOTHING and I’m in pain. Now it’ll take months to get in with another dr. They should’ve taken me since they knew previously about my insurance, then said no more new patients. That is pretty sorry to do someone like that! And the white lady in the office was so rude she wouldn’t even let me get a word in. They need to learn professionalism & SOME MANNERS!!!
