I waited 6 months for an appointment that was set on my birthday. I drove 2 hours to get here to be told they left a voice-mail & since I didnt respond to the voice-mail, they canceled. Ive not had a single voice-mail from them. If I set an appointment & wait 6 months 2 get in, I have this crazy expectation of BEING SEEN. I will not be back. The dr could be great but clearly the staff isnt

Dr. Melinda Garcia-Rosell was the first doctor I had outside of my primary doctor that actually read my file before I saw her. I had been seeing a different rheumatologist that had me on pain meds for years without trying other things, and i felt it was time for a change. Boy was I right! Dr. Rosell is kind, thoughtful, and looks at the big picture. I cannot say how happy I am to have found this doctor. The staff is very nice and helpful also.

She is one amazing woman!! She actually takes time to listen. She has a great bedside manner. She has talked to me or my family in a way we can understand. And if I have a problem with something that she is not sure . she will research and get back with me

Ive been to at least two other rheumatologists in the area, and Natalie Braggs is my favorite. She is kind and listens and is of course very competent. Park in the garage off of Dwight Ave. The first time I came the address was wrong on Google maps, but it should be good now.

The best Dr. I have seen. After the appointment I actually have hope of finding a solution to my health issues. She gave me options and talked to me about treatments other than drugs. Which other doctors dont want to do.

Dr. Braggs takes the time needed to make sure your visit is thorough and all questions are answered. She is very informative. Appointment times generally run on time - which is a definite plus!

My initial experience was just ok the first and only time I saw her, but Ive had a family doctor be more thorough with her examination and explanations regarding my fibromyalgia in the past. The visit wasnt unpleasant, it was just ok.I was put on a medication that ended up making it harder for me to fall asleep and it didnt help any of my regular symptoms, so I called back a week in, and she switched me to cymbalta.I tried the cymbalta for 2.5 months with no change in my symptoms, so I called and said that since the medication wasnt working I would prefer to be weaned off. I was never explained that I could be put on a higher dose, they just called back and said to do half the dose for 10 days, and then one day yes, one day no, for another 10 days. The withdrawal symptoms have been awful! At first I didnt realize thats what it was, because I had been on it for such a short period of time, and I was weaning off gradually. I was having brain zaps, which felt at first like my brain was vibrating, and then it changed to feel kind of like electric shocks in my brain and tingling on the tips of my fingers. Sometimes it feels like the shocks pulse with my heartbeat also accompanied by the tingling on my fingers.I called back within a couple of days of feeling this and asked if it was a possible new fibromyalgia symptom, since it seemed to be worse when I had fibro fog. She called back and said she had never heard of it, and it wasnt a fibro symptom, and that I should probably go to my regular doctor and possibly be seen by a neurologist if it continued.Well, two weeks went by, and it got worse; to the point that my brain sometimes feels absolutely exhausted all day and I feel useless. I cant think and every time I move I feel like my brain zaps. I have had 3 days during the past couple weeks that I didnt feel them constantly throughout the day. After my family doctor informed me that brain zaps could be a side effect from some medications I started researching. It turns out that one of the main side effects from cymbalta withdrawals are brain zaps. There are so many studies in it, a pending lawsuit and endless online conversations from people that are going through the exact same thing. As the doctor that prescribed it, she should have been aware of not only the side effects when you take it, but also the effect that weaning off the medication should have on your body.I would not trust this doctor with anything anymore, specially if shes not even competent enough to realize that the medications she prescribes can have such horrible side effects while taking the lowest dose, for not even 3 months.I dont recommend her AT ALL, Just go to someone who will actually do the research on the medications they prescribe. Or someone that at least listens to what youre going through, instead of dismissing it and sending you to a different doctor to deal with it.
