Friendly Staff. They make you feel very comfortable. This was the first time I had given in 20 years because of a bad experience with another company. They made sure I was feeling ok the whole time and after.

I Always enjoy talking to the staff at this location. They are extremely professional, and friendly. Total time it took in and out was about 40 mins, but I had a ride. If your driving plan on hanging in the lobby for 15 mins to make sure your okay!

Great experience! Debbie and the staff are always friendly, and take wonderful care of you. It was my first time giving plasma, and they made it a very comfortable process.

You would assume because of the type of facility and the severity of a pandemic that they would enforce masks, but they dont at all. Donate at your own risk, I guess?

The Blood Assurance staff makes you feel like a hero! They are wonderful. Today was my 35th donation, and it has always been a great experience.

DONATE BLLOD AMD SAVE LIVES!!! I donated blood through blood assurance. It is quick and easy and the right thing to do. By doing so I was put in a monthly drawing and WON! What did I win? A grill...a red ‘egg’ type grill. Awesome!!!!!

This is a great place to donate blood and they have severalother good locations. Ive donated whole blood or double red cells for a long time and switched to donating platlets a year or two ago.Everyone there does excellent work, especially the phlebotomists. They treat all donors with respect and genuine friendliness.Please consider helping save lives by donating blood frequently or whenever is good for you.If you are pressed for time, donating whole blood only takes about 30-45 minutes including the paperwork, checking iron and blood pressure, and eating a Little Debbie snack before you leave. You can donate whole blood as often as every 8 weeks. If you are more pressed for time donating double red cells only takes a little longer and you can only do it no more frequently than every 16 weeks. If you have the time, you could donate platelets which takes 1 1/2-2 1/2 hours and can be done no more often than 7 days up to 24 times in 12 months. Appointments arent required, but are helpful, especially for platelet donations.Please check the website or call for details.Donating blood wont make you a hero, but it will provide an important way for you to earn the satisfaction and pride of helping people stay alive.

Parking is convenient, the lobby is comfortable, and the staff is very efficient and friendly. My schedule keeps me from making appointments--I usually drop in after doing something else downtown--but I have always been able to get in and out pretty quickly.

This is the place to go to save lives when you have no life saving skills. The staff is very courteous and professional. I think I will continue to go to the downtown site.

The staff isn’t friendly and was very slow; the location we usually go to on Gunbarrel is excellent they are fast, friendly and make you feel valued , kinda disappointed with this downtown location not coming back .
