The entrance is on 4th street. But great staff. Mario was amazing. They used to do the needle exchange, but they have moved that to a different location.

When they first opened they were absolutely incredible they were discrete they were convenient they were helpful and friendly. But now a days .I honestly cant say any of those things anymore. They literally have changed there hours 5 or more times in 90 days and they dont update the website. Just that alone makes it impossible to keep up with their hours we cant depend on them to be open when they say they will be nor can we depend on them to give out what they promise they will. One week its one for one then They have a cap of 150 then wait for it .. 2 weeks later its 100and now 50. I literally waste more time driving downtown only to find out they arent open yet or they closed early. But we are supposed to believe that they have the resources to help us in other ways lol please lol yeah right.

I’ve been associated with this organization in one way or another for 25 years. I can’t say enough abt what they do for our community..Kind,Caring employees are just the beginning!! Without them we wouldn’t have so much of the needed Care & Compassion that our city has come to rely on..They serve a very underserved part of so many lives..Always there to help...Thank U for all u do !!

This organization cares about our community and you can feel this when you walk in the doors. They will go above and beyond to create a friendly and safe environment for everyone. The staff is competent and thorough.

I cant say enough about this place. They saved my life, gave me a life. Employees are awesome, doctors are great. They got me insurance and payed for my Hep-C treatment. I greatly appreciate the clinic.

Chattanooga Cares has been my doctors office for 10 years now. I was just out of High School when I was told that I was HIV positive. I was scared and worried and didnt know what to expect. Lisa the phlebotomist held my hand and told I was going to be fine, and Dr. James Sizemore always encouraged me to improve my knowledge, life, and would ask me sometimesDont you believe that you deserve better than being emotional damaged by my family? He is genuinely interested in how Im doing still to this day when I walk in his office. Case has a case management program that will help you pay you bills of get you food or close, and at Christmas if you have children they throw a party and give them presents. The phlebotomist Lisa, has become one of my closest friends. So yes for me Chattanooga Cares is a great Dr. office, and HIV advocate.

They are very incompetent. The people they have running the place are clueless to what they are doing. Have an appointment and go to that appointment get ready to receive phone calls wanting to know why you missed your appointment. That is the kind of incompetence I cannot stand
