Our lasers take months to repair. They had one laser head for two months before we had to chase them down and ask them what was going on. Said they were not able to fix it, so they have to send it back to Canada, then we can send it to Ontario and they can send it to France to fix it?? 4 months later, no answer. This is the third time we have had a lengthy repair time that we have to chase for answers on. Terrible service

I bought a traction table from Chattanooga Medical Supply roughly 4 months ago. Kim was my point of contact and she walked me through the buying process, as well as the setup process and everything in between. I have had nothing but positive customer service experiences with this company. I will most definitely continue to purchase my Chattanooga products from this company. Also, while I was still in the decision making process they sent me tons of brochures and comparative information to help me decide on the ADP 400 I ended up purchasing. I 10/10 recommend this company to anyone thinking about purchasing Chattanooga brand products. Thank you Kim for all the help and time you dedicated to assisting me with this purchase!

I have had nothing but great customer service given to me since I started working with this company, 6 years ago. Kim was extremely helpful and informative. She knew what I wanted and even suggested a product that had the same use as what I needed but saved me a little money, as I didnt need everything the machine that I had initial wanted had to offer. I will continue to use this company for many years to come.

Unfortunately, very poor service offered. I was promised prompt communication, delivery of products. The communication was poor and I still do not have the products. I have had to do the run around to arrange for someone to get the product delivered to the office. The company is not worth the high price they charge!! Very Very Disappointed.

Roughly two months ago I purchased an ultrasound machine. I believe it was the Vectra Neo. My patients have had nothing but great things to say about this machine. I enjoy it as well. It is extremely user friendly. As far as customer service everyone I have spoken to there has been respectful. I needed to call and get a manual for a table I had bought a few years ago. They got it over to my inbox within ten minutes. I will continue to do business with Chattanooga Medical Supply Inc.. Thank you all for your outstanding customer service.

1/9/18 follow up: Nope! Nice try, but I definitely have the right company as stated on my invoice. The total invoice with the unit and all the added products came to around $700. The point made was that your staff was very slow and not knowledgeable about products before taking my money. Kudos on the new website, however.___________________I reiterate another reviewers sentiments: RUN. Customer service is very painfully slow and inefficient, and worst--not knowledgeable about their products enough to give customers what they request. They do not have the best prices as they claim. I found products to be priced about average compared to other retailers.I had an extremely difficult time getting anyone to answer my initial requests for information. Tried emailing the address in the website a few times and never got a response (ever). When I did get her (Kim) on the phone she apologized for their website and said she and her husband were running this business and had paid someone to revamp it. Neither were true. I waited 2+ weeks to get my order even placed. I spent a good 30 minutes explaining exactly what I wanted, careful to mention the size of the unit I needed. She yelled over to a guy she claimed was her very knowledgeable husband to verify the size. I ordered additional complimentary products, then waited for her to call back with the price. I told her I just wanted to order them, but yet waited and waited for a call back about the price. The day she called to say she had shipped them was the day I got the price, AND the news that what I thought I ordered wasnt actually what I was getting.Needless to say, I spent close to $700 on a unit that is way too small and aggravating as heck to use. When I called Kim back to complain (three times) my messages were ignored. I finally reached another guy that worked there who told me it was not a Mom & Pop shop and apologized for the error. He gave me customer service for the company who makes the unit. So now I have a $700 unit with all the supplies but it takes way too much effort to use.So Ill sell it on eBay and find a company who actually listens to me and buy another unit.

I ordered 4 hydrocollator pads. A representative called me to let me know they had one pad in the commercial packaging and the other three not in commercial packaging. She asked if that would be ok to ship them outside the commercial packaging. I said no problem. She said she would put in an extra one free of change.I received the box yesterday, and received three extra pads free of charge. In my experience, not many companies would go to the length Chattanooga did to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I greatly appreciate the customer service person going above and beyond. I did not get her name, but would like to thank her. I will order again from Chattanooga.KevinScottsdale AZ

RUN, do not walk, AWAY from this company. Service is EXTREMELY inefficient and incompetent. They do not return phone calls, nor answer emails, nor respond to orders/inquiries via their company web form. They are very disorganized, and if they DO happen to get your order correct, they will send you multiple duplicate orders, causing much more work for you.STAY FAR AWAY from Chattanooga Medical Supply if you can.
