I could not belive how fast my driver put this bed together! And even though I forgot to put my ringer on my phone ,he still came to the house! Thank you for employing such caring people!The speed in which you provided my bed after my Dr got the correct information was amazing as well !Thank you so much!!!I called yesterday to ask for half rails for my bed and I can not express how pleased I am with this company, they were here today with the new rails !So refreshing to be treated so kind !!!!!

This cPAP machine is my third one and is a definite upgrade from prior models. I also want to share that the explanation I received from Jocelyn was far superior to the hand over of the previous machines. in the past the equipment was essentially dropped at my house with a booklet for me to figure out. this was a step by step explanation about the machine.

Nice and friendly staff, always very dependable. They check our equipment out and refurnish anything we need.

Very easy experience, from getting directions to office to all questions answered and explained. Jack did an amazing job of making sure I understood and felt comfortable with new cpap.

Purpose for visit - New CPAP machine and mask. Erwin took me step by step through the machine setup process and asked for feedback at each step. I felt comfortable asking questions. I wanted to try a different mask than the one I’d been using for years. Erwin took my request and after a couple of fittings, he found the perfect size and fit for my new mask. I’m so excited to try the new mask, tonight. My whole experience with AeroCare was positive. That includes the insurance update call I received from the office, to the receptionist who greeted me.

The first day the RT was to come out, I messaged her letting her know that my daughter was in a bit of a mood and likely wouldn’t be cooperative (she’s 2); her reply was “lol me too.” Not very professional!!A few days later a second RT came with our usual one and “forgot” to wear a mask inside my house. She did send an apology text, but only after I reported her to her supervisor, as she also didn’t have a name tag or any company identification on her.For the past three weeks that we’ve been dealing with this company it’s been nothing but criticism, beratment, and the seeming lack of empathy.I can’t say that I am satisfied in the least, nor would I recommend them for respiratory care.Their professionalism and basic empathy could use a major overhaul.

I almost died from Covid (Delta) and was hospitalized for almost 2 weeks. I needed at home oxygen care and Aero Care filled that void with leaps and bounds making sure I had everything I needed for not just at home, but for the transport home also. Lubna with AeroCare was wonderful. Everyone was helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend using this company for medical supplies. The only drawback was that it was difficult to figure out which door to enter the building from to find their offices. Once inside the building there are plenty of easy to follow signs.

The young man that delivered the product was very professional. He gave excellent instructions and made sure that I understood the directions. You are fortunate to have him as your employee.

Aerocare has been super nice to me for over a year now. I came to know them thru a Hospital stay, my Doctor suggested I wear a C-pap I bought mine from them, Recently I graducated to a newer styleand so far its great I would reccommend to my friends or whoever needed their products

Worst company ever to work with , don’t care about their employees. After 4 years of hard work and dedication got fired just because missed flight and missed one day of work. Diane the manager is very unprofessional. Called HR to explain un fair situation, they didn’t care for employee and supported the higher power . God job Aerocare

Very polite reps and service techs. Prompt supply deliveries, and they take care of replacement items if there is a failure in equipment. Techs are on hand to ask and answer your questions. I have no worries about being able to breath.

The delivery fellow is great! However, their answering service stinks! It took 5 calls to talk to someone “they” claimed they were giving my messages to Aerocare- I found that pretty impossible- anyway- because I’m sure Aerocare would’ve called me

Upon receiving my sleep apnea machine In January, I of course ran out of supplies. The mask I was given eventually tore at the nose piece. I’ve been promised supplies two different times and yet nothing has been sent.This is really bad service and frustrating to not get help. Because of the non existent service by sending me new supplies , which I’m suppose to receive every month. I now am lucky to get two hours of sleep before the machine starts beeping because of leaks.This whole experience has been a nightmare with no sleep improvement

David was very thorough as he showed me exactly how to use my CPAP machine. He explained how everything worked and how to take care of it. He took time to show it all to me and was in no hurry or trying to rush me out the door. I was thankful for the attention to detail that he has. He made sure I knew all about it and how it works before I left.

My husband got a oxygen concentrator from these people. We have had it now since March 2020 and today is June 23 2021. They never came back to do maintenance on it and today a noise started coming from it and we had to turn it off to stop it. I had to quit ordering my CPAP supplies from them because they NEVER got ONE order right. They do not return phone calls and horrible customer service. I would not recommend ANYONE use this vendor.

Top-Notch Customer Service...AeroCare had been an amazing company helping me through a trying time. Due to my ALS diagnosis,and the progression of this awful disease, i now have to use breathing equipment to assist my muscle loss in my diaphragm. The AeroCare staff has been so helpful answering any questions that arose and addressing any equipment issues that one may have.
